Hi,I saw i was recently charged for a subscription (acrobat) I no longer use. I was charged three days ago but only saw the money exit my account today. I was wondering if it is possible to request a refund, and if so, how long does the refund take?I am also confused because if it is automatically given back ot customers within the 14 day window, why do you still keep access to the subscription until the end of the month?Thank you to anyone who offers adivce.
I understood that I was enrolling in a 7-day free trial and expected to be charged only after the trial period. However, ₹790 was deducted immediately upon enabling auto-renewal. Since the charge was unexpected and I cancelled the subscription right away, I kindly request a full refund.

Last June 13 when my husband notice a payment go through on his (Gotyme account ) twice first is 1891 and second is 441 even his card is locked and it was taken by adobe , he reach the bank but they instructed him to reach out the merchant to request the refund since he did not authorized the transaction or the payment. this account is not supposed to be active since i only use it once and i never use it again since i dont really need it . Hi. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and cancelled it ahead of the deadline. I was charged anyway and somehow on my account it appears I will be charged monthly. How do I stop this? I did receive an email from Adobe saying the subscription had ended, so I don't understand why I was charged and why it appears I will be charged monthly! want to ensure that I get refunded for €7.92 which I was charged; and ensure also that I will not be charged again. I need to be removed from the monthly subscription which I did not sign up for.
