Hello Adobe Stock team,I'm trying to submit my drone footage as a contributor, but I keep getting the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."I previously had a second account, which I have already deleted, but the error still appears. I also opened a support case about this around two weeks ago (Case #00515944) but have not received any reply yet.I would like to keep only ONE contributor account and have the other one fully closed. I can share both account emails privately via DM if a moderator can assist. I confirm I intend to operate a single contributor account going forward.Could a moderator please help escalate this so the residual link from the old account is cleared and I can submit again? I made a payment on May 30. Two days later, I tried to cancel my subscription and thought it had gone through, but it seems it didn’t. I finally canceled it on June 14, which means more than 15 days had passed. Is there any way for me to get a refund in this situation?
I started a free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. The welcome email stated that after the free trial ended on May 24, 2025, Acrobat Pro would be billed at CAD $40.94/month and AI Assistant would be billed at CAD $9.44/month.I later received a cancellation confirmation email stating:"You cancelled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You will continue to have access until May 21, 2025, after which your account will revert to a free membership."Despite receiving this cancellation confirmation, I continue to be charged CAD $9.44 per month.It appears that cancelling Acrobat Pro may not have cancelled the associated AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription, or the billing system is continuing to charge after cancellation. Is the CAD $9.44 charge for AI Assistant for Acrobat? Why did that subscription remain active after Acrobat Pro was cancelled? Can the subscription be cancelled immediately, even when it does not show up on my account?
Good evening. I deactivated the 20 GB photo plan (expires at the beginning of next month) but I would like to reactivate it because I need it. Am I still in time?
Does anyone from Adobe look at this? I have been trying for hours yesterday and again today to cancel an account, followed all correct steps and just end up with a spinning circle. There is no link for any account support email listed. If someone knows how the send a real email, please send a link
Hello Adobe. I would like to get a refund. I was charged for 35.99 euros today on my card. I've used adobe once on a free trial for university and then canceled. I have no idea why is my card being charged now. I can't even see the transaction on my account here with todays date.

I recently installed a perpetually licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on a new machine. I went to Products → activated devices to remove it from the old machine and I do not see any activated devices. When launching the program, I do receive a warning about not being able to use the product in 30 days. In the past there was a list here of every device. Also, do the documents need to be in English, or are Vietnamese documents accepted? Can the verification documents be submitted as scanned copies or clear photos? Hello! I was charged by Adobe after my trial ended yesterday. I forgot to cancel my trial and I haven’t been using the application ever since I signed up for it. When I go to “Manage plan”, is says “Unable to manage, You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.If you take no action, your plan will be suspended.” How am I able to resolve my issue without my card getting charged for incase I put some money in it?

Hello i cancelled my free-trial subscription before due date. But automatic payment was still taken. I request a refund of the charged amount.
I had cancelled my free trial on Adobe and ensured the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was marked as cancelled, keeping a confirmation mail from adobe as a proof. Additionally, I logged into my HDFC NetBanking account, navigated to the Credit Card section, and successfully cancelled the e-mandate linked to my card. I have retained the confirmation email as further evidence. Despite these actions, I was still charged for the subscription today, 17th July 2025. Adobe's chat support has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a proper resolution. This constitutes a clear case of unauthorized charging, and I would like to know the proper procedure to initiate legal action against such practices. I had a reduced rate for my subscription and it just renewed at a higher rate. I have cancelled the account and would like a refund as this is an education account and I cannot afford the higher rate. How can I get this done??
