I subscribed to the free Adobe trial today and I cannot cancel. The page does not load on the last click even if I'm using my phone or laptop. Tried edge and chrome. I feel this is a scam because even the chat doesn't work and there is no contact email or telephone number.

Hello, hadn’t realised I had an annual subscription due for renewal. I’ve cancelled it (after payment had been made), and believe I’m in the 14 day window just about, but finding it really hard to speak to anyone at all. Really unhelpful that there isn’t a clear cut way to talk to support or similar.

Hi everyone,I renewed/paid for my Adobe Photography Plan 20GB on May 20, before my previous subscription expired.Since then, my account has been showing this message:“We’ve received payment for your new plan. You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly.”It has been several days now, but I still cannot properly manage my plan.Also, before renewing I had Firefly 2,000 credits available, but after the renewal they disappeared, and now I only see 250 credits.Has anyone had the same issue? Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you.

I have downloaded free trial of the Adobe Illustrator and when I tried to cancel it, it offered an extension of the free trial for another 7 days which I agreed. However on that day, they charged my credit card with name: Illustrator ADOBE.COM IE. I talked to the customer service and he said: "I have checked all my records and also with our Backend Team as well for you. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the charge matching the information could not be found. In this case, I would kindly request you to contact your Respective Bank at the earliest to Dispute this charge and request for Chargeback (Refund) from the bank. " I searched the web and many has the same problem. Is this Fraud commited by Adobe to knowingly charged our credit card even we ended the free trial before it ends? Anyone reported to the police?
I am encountering the error: 'We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank' when trying to purchase Adobe in the Vietnam market. I have tried multiple payment methods, but none worked. I am wondering if payments from the Vietnam region are currently blocked. I spoke with a support agent, but the prices they quoted for the apps were different from my local region's pricing. Furthermore, I looked for authorized resellers in Vietnam, but they only sell business plans, not individual ones. Please help me find a solution to resolve this issue.
Hi, i cancelled my subscription to Acrobat Pro and received an email saying it was cancelled and that I had basic access. Today I was charged for an Ai assistant which I knew nothing about, per EU law I should have been notified of this payment before it was taken. I have no email saying I subscribed to this
Hey there!Few days ago I cancelled my Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Stock subscription, and today by morning i got charged 60 eur for Adobe Stock assets (which was cancelled already, i double checked in profile and with the chatbot). And because I don’t have any active subscription anymore, I can’t contact an agent and the Ai assistant can’t manage to help me. I’d like to get my money refunded.

El día 21/11/2025, la empresa Adobe intentó realizar un cargo por la suma de ARS 45.819,68 utilizando mi tarjeta. A partir de ese momento, mi tarjeta Astrocard presentó inconvenientes de funcionamiento, por lo que me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente para conocer el motivo. Durante dicha consulta se me informó que existía un problema relacionado con un pago a Adobe.En ese momento desconocía completamente el origen de dicho cargo, ya que nunca he contratado, utilizado, creado una cuenta ni autorizado la suscripción a ningún producto o servicio ofrecido por Adobe.Posteriormente, el día 05/06/2026 a las 11:59:04, se efectuó un débito por ARS 45.819,68 desde mi cuenta sin que hubiera mediado autorización, consentimiento o notificación previa de mi parte.Por lo expuesto, desconozco totalmente esta transacción y niego haber contratado o utilizado cualquier servicio de Adobe. I cancelled my adobe subscription last year in late September of 2025, I was told that I the service will end on 29-September-2026, And now it telling me I need to buy a subscription on both web version and app version. I’ve also been using it since, the last time I has able to use it was about 2 weeks ago. I tried talking to the chat bot, but it told me the only thing I can do is start a new subscription. The was extremely unhelpful in finding answers, I was hoping to would give this escalating problem to someone higher up or give me a number I could call but I couldnt find one either. If anyone has any ideas that would help, that would be most welcomed!
