Hi all, can someone contact me please. I only started a free trial due to desperation in not being able to upload a word doc for work. I forgot and got charged. I still didnt cancel and just noticed a separate fee of $10.99 also came out on top of the $47.99. I havent even logged in, please can I get a refund as a goodwil once off. Thanks

This just happened to me today. I only needed illustrator for a month so I signed up for the month 19.99$. I checked today when the month is over because I wanted to cancel before the month renewed as I didn't need it any longer. I went to my account and ended the Illustrator which it stated that July 4th would be the last day. Great! I thought. Then I noticed that Creative Cloud Pro was listed underneath and thought that was odd because I never signed up for the Pro. I only used illustator. So I went to cancel that, even though I never signed up for it and it states that to cancel that early would I would be charged 109$ That also had a July 4th date so I was like, okay I'll just wait until the exact day (which is scam that you ahve to cancel ON THE DAY. Adobe is truly hoping people forget). about 20 minutes later I get a notification from my credit card that Adobe has charged me 164.95$ For what, I have no idea. I got a subscription for adobe around October 2026 but got charged twice and thought nothing of it. One charge on the 2nd of the month and one on the 6th of the month. I was getting charged £40 when I was only supposed to be charged £20.Then at Easter in April, I cancelled the subscription and paid the remaining amount and thought nothing of it.But I am still being charged £20 on the 2nd of the month by Adobe despite having cancelled this subscription. What can I do, because I simply cannot afford it anymore but I also have no subscriptions running according to my profile?

Please allow more than two devices (3-5) to be registered so a user can seamlessly switch between them depending on where and how they want to access their PDFs. Adobe can then limit to no more than one application instance/device being used at a time. Alternatively allow a user to use the Adobe Reader function without having to log into their full version.

I done a less than 1 hour trial of using adobe to edit PowerPoint and cancelled. This thriving company continues to steal money from my account even though so do not use their services. It is extremely annoying how u can have access to my account

My Adobe Creative Cloud Student subscription was automatically renewed on June 3, 2026. The renewal was for a full year and the amount charged (€485.98) was more than double what I paid last year.I cancelled the subscription within 14 days of the renewal, but I am worried that I may not be eligible for a refund. I signed up for a free trial a few days ago by accident, my computer was lagging. As I hoovered over the offer constantly moving and clicking trying to get my sensor to connect it clicked on the offer and went through the prompts, all my information was already there due to me having an account before. I was in the account trying to fill out a document, but I didn't have plans to sign up for Adobe again, I had it before and it didn't work out for me. I tried to cancel, it gave me a your subscription will end on June 5th message so I logged out thinking everything was ok. But after a few days went by I went to check my email for a cancellation email, nothing, but I did get an email today saying payment declined. And I'm glad it did! Because it shouldn't still be active! Please cancel

So I reently graduated and heavily used lightroom and other apps. I learned this site was where I could do so: https://filetransfer.adobe.com/ after signing in to both accounts, I attempted the transfer but was unable as my plan is for 100gb and the files are roughly 279gb. Because of this, I upgraded to a 2tb account and when I tried again, it continues to state that I dont have sufficient space and that I am at 100gb but obviously my account states otherwise. Seems like the site has not updated my plan change. I dont know what to do from here. Any suggestions?
