Hello! I was charged by Adobe after my trial ended yesterday. I forgot to cancel my trial and I haven’t been using the application ever since I signed up for it. When I go to “Manage plan”, is says “Unable to manage, You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.If you take no action, your plan will be suspended.” How am I able to resolve my issue without my card getting charged for incase I put some money in it?

Hello i cancelled my free-trial subscription before due date. But automatic payment was still taken. I request a refund of the charged amount.
I had cancelled my free trial on Adobe and ensured the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was marked as cancelled, keeping a confirmation mail from adobe as a proof. Additionally, I logged into my HDFC NetBanking account, navigated to the Credit Card section, and successfully cancelled the e-mandate linked to my card. I have retained the confirmation email as further evidence. Despite these actions, I was still charged for the subscription today, 17th July 2025. Adobe's chat support has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a proper resolution. This constitutes a clear case of unauthorized charging, and I would like to know the proper procedure to initiate legal action against such practices. I had a reduced rate for my subscription and it just renewed at a higher rate. I have cancelled the account and would like a refund as this is an education account and I cannot afford the higher rate. How can I get this done??

I subscribed to the free Adobe trial today and I cannot cancel. The page does not load on the last click even if I'm using my phone or laptop. Tried edge and chrome. I feel this is a scam because even the chat doesn't work and there is no contact email or telephone number.

Hello, hadn’t realised I had an annual subscription due for renewal. I’ve cancelled it (after payment had been made), and believe I’m in the 14 day window just about, but finding it really hard to speak to anyone at all. Really unhelpful that there isn’t a clear cut way to talk to support or similar.
