My CC annual payment will come up again in October, and I just learned of the new Pro vs. Standard situation. My usage:A few desktop apps: Mostly just InDesign, PS, and Acrobat; occasionally Illustrator, Premiere, or AuditionOccasional flurries of Generative Fill or Generative Expand inside PS (mostly when designing a quarterly magazine)I don't need any mobile/cloud stuff - in fact, I wish apps would stop trying to get me to save files in the cloud. I'm old school. So I know I need CC Standard for the apps. Most months I would be fine with 25 Firefly credits, but if I have multiple images for the magazine that need cleanup, I might use up that allotment, since I suspect that trying multiple times to get Generate Fill to give me what I want still counts every time, regardless of whether I merge the new layer or just delete it. Hello,I had an active Photography Plan (20 GB), purchased directly through Adobe. The payment was made on August 25, 2025, and I was still using the software on August 29.I am aware that this plan was discontinued for new customers as of January 15, 2025, but Adobe stated that current subscribers would be able to continue as long as the plan remained active.Now, however, I see no active plan in my account, and no billing history either. Today (on September 25, 2025) another payment was made in order, but there is still nothing in the account.Could you please investigate this issue and help restore my subscription (or explain what happened)?Thank you.

I was recently laid off and the cost of keeping creative cloud on a fixed income (social security) is a lot for me. I plan to continue working and will need the adobe creative suite. As you are fiscally kind to students, I thought perhaps you'd extend that also to senior designers

Hey, I was wondering if Adobe has an option to receive your invoices automatically through Peppol. Does anyone have any idea about this?

It feels impossible to cancel my free trial. I try to do it in my account settings but it says error the whole time, I've tried countless times. I can't get a hold of customer support either, they keep kicking me out from the chat, saying theres a problem with servers or something. How am I supposed to cancel my trial if nothing works?

i want to cencel my subscription but it keeps showing  It shows error only for the canceling part. It loads the data just fine when i clicked on upgrade plan .PLEASE HELPregards

I just started my free trial a few hours ago, as I wanted to try out a certain feature. I immediatly wanted to cancel my subscription. However, when I tried that, I got the following error: I already viewed posts from other people (e.g., https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/unable-to-load-data/td-p/14656667/page/3?profile.language=de) who have encountered the same problem. However, I tried everything mentioned there (different browsers on different devices, disabling VPNs/ad blockers/script blockers and ensuring that cookies and pop-ups are enabled) but nothing worked. Furthermore, it seems really weird that it says 0 days left at "Your plan" and "End your free trial" although (as I said before) I just started the free trial.Unfortunetly, I cannot reach anyone via chat or support agent, so help would be deeply appreciated.

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and access to many Adobe programs.  Due to upcoming travel, I activated my Adobe subscription on 2 macs, and disabled it on my work PC.  However, I no longer can use the free Adobe Reader program on the PC on which I've disabled my Creative Cloud programs (it says I already have 2 devices active).  Is there a workaround?  Seems like there should be a way to use a free program.  I don't want to create a new account for Adobe Reader on my PC, as I will reactivate my normal account early next year.

Thru the years I have ended up with two Adobe Sign accounts.  Is there a way to merge the two accounts?

My trial subscribtion was thru 8/15/25 and as you can see, I cancelled on 8/13/25. However I was just notified by our accountant that we have been charged on 8/15/25 and again 9/15/25. I would like the money to be returned on the credit card that you charged to. I have sent another cancellation today as well, do whatever it is that you need to do to make sure this is NOT charged again on this credit card! Hi everyone! I imagine this is a common subject, but figured I'd ask given the situation. When I was in high school, I had my Lightroom provided for me for free. I used that account as my primary and only Adobe account, but when it expired (graduated in May) I didn't export everything over. I'm still logged in on my phone, and can see all of my photos but can't access anything about plans or moving it all over. Is there anything I can do to regain access or move it to my new account, or am I going to have to move it all over manually? Thanks in advance

Recently my daughter wanted to get into 3d projects and such, so I let her use my designated apps for it, but now I've noticed she’s signed up for the Adobe Substance 3D with my Cash App card (I'm assuming it auto-filled), and looking through the Adobe terms if service, she's still not above the age allowed to start a subscription (she's 12 years old)Is there a way for me to get out of paying this fee that I didn't agree to without renewing my payment method? I wouldn't want to pay $60 for a program my daughter only used once for 15 seconds.

E quando fui atualizar as informaçoes do cartao, automaticamente foi efetuado a compra do plano completo da Adobe, sendo que, eu queria apenas o plano de fotografia! I can barely understand the person at the help desk; their accent is so heavy, and they speak so fast, which makes it difficult to get help.  Is there a way to talk with an American representative when calling in?

My subscription on Adobe provided by my university's funds has just ended, and yet I managed to activate a 7-day free trial on that account. After this 7 days, if I do not end the trial and continue, will the billing be applied to myself, and not university? Will I be able to cancel it during the next 14 days and get a refund if I am the one being charged or will the university be automatically charged? I have already contacted Univeristy on the issue and they say that this definitely something I need to contact Adobe about, and if they answer otherwise, then it is incorrect information.

Hi, I have started a free trial for adobe pro on 6 Aug 2025, which clearly told me the free trial will end on 21 Aug and I have to cancel before this date to prevent charges. I cancelled my trial on 14 Aug 2025. But i was still charged on 21 Sep 2025. Please find a way to refund me thanks. This is a scam.
