I want to cancel my Adobe subscription. The account says I have to resolve a payment issue before I can make changes to my plan, but I don’t want to update my payment method. Please cancel my subscription manually.

My email was hacked, and it was the same email I used for my Adobe accountI had a paid account, but I luckily unsubscribed before; however, I have a huge cancellation fee to attend to. I just need to change the email on my account and deal with it.Is there any way to contact Adobe to help me? 

I can't cancel my subscription. I find it irrepressible on your part the page to cancel the subscription has a bug and it does not allow you to cancel the subscription, I need it resolved

Well i reactivated it and changed the plan now. But still, do i still charged?

I would like to cancel my subscription. Will I be charged a cancellation fee in addition to the monthly payment, or will the account simply be canceled and charged a prorated amount for this month?

I subscribed for the adobe plan some time this year, I used it once . It was to amend my documents. Four days later, I unsubscribed on time and got a confirmation email that I have successfully unsubscribed. I was shocked to find my bank statement showing multiple attempts of withdrawals

I chatted with Adobe online support to ask if the Photography Plan includes AI credits. The agent said "yes" and asked me to update my credit card info. I did that, but then the agent went silent. I closed the window because I hadn't decided to buy yet.A few minutes later, I got a bank alert that Adobe already charged my card.I never clicked "Buy" or "Confirm". Updating my card info is NOT an agreement to pay. The agent never informed me that updating the card would trigger an immediate charge.

Mein 20GB Foto Abo läuft noch bis 14.10.2026.Ich habe bis dato keine Zahlungsweise hinterlegt!Ich habe schon einen neuen 1TB Prepaid Code.Muss ich mein 20GB Abo kündigen oder kann ich es einfach auslaufen lassen und am 15.10.26 den neuen 1TB Prepaid Code eingeben?Was passiert, wenn ich später doch noch eine Zahlungsweise irgendwann hinzufüge?Gibt es dann ein problemn mit dem alten 20GB Abo, das am 14.10.26 auslief?Ist das Vorgehen mit dem auslaufen lassen und einen Tag später den 1TB Code eingeben richtig?Ist dann in LR und PS noch alles vorhanden (Bilder, Einstellungen, etc.)?Hoffe auf eure Hilfe, danke.

Was there a recent data breach at Adobe? I just woke up to 2FA login request in the app that I do not recognize coming from the other side of the world. I was asleep while this happened so the request already timed out. However- it means a hacker got my Adobe email and password (fortunately it’s a unique combo not used anywhere else). HOW is that possible and WHY would anyone want my creative cloud credentials? To use Photoshop for free? Bizarre.

I cancelled my subscription but was charged after the cancellation.
