I was informed that the duplicate payment would be automatically refunded. I am from Bangladesh and I am not able to add a Bangladeshi number Error. The country is not showing for me. When I go to Region, Bangladesh is not showing. Even when I go to Payment Method, it is not showing.Even though the country shows, it still causes problems and errors.
My annual prepaid plan for Adobe creative cloud ended on Feb 3, 2026. My renewal date was also Feb 3, 2026, and I received an email saying I had to cancel before my renewal date to not be charged. I cancelled on Feb 2, 2026, and it didn’t charge me. I keep getting a message saying I cannot purchase the monthly plan because I already own creative cloud. When I look at my plan tab on the website. It says: “Services will expire on February 3, 2027.” I think this is preventing me from buying a monthly subscription.
I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved.It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

My adobe account access authenticator keeps crashing immediately when it opens.I have: deleted and reloaded, hard reboot, reset the phone settings, made sure I have password and biometric access to the phone. Worked with apple support. redone the above multiple times. A colleague of mine has the same problemHelp! please The community manager did try and help but he / she was under the impression I could not load the software. The software loads fine and I have used the product successfully for years. I dont think this is operator error.
Hello,My Creative Cloud plan was previously billed at the student/teacher discounted price of about €29 per month, but it recently changed to the regular plan price of €65.54 per month.I am a teacher and still actively working in education. This account is registered under my name. I have now submitted the required verification again through SheerID, including proof of my employment at the school.My next billing date is March 28, 2026, so I want to make sure the education discount (~€29/month) will continue once my status is confirmed.Could you please confirm whether the student/teacher pricing will automatically be restored after the verification is approved, or if I need to manually change the plan?Thank you.
So my account got suspended, I repaid for my subscription but it is still showing up billing issue on my account, giving me no acess to my photoshop or lightroom apps on my mac. I was charged the full amount via Paypal and have the invoice to confirm that. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Can't seem to find an email address anywhere to contact them directly. Thanks.
I got charged for adobe pro although. I cancelled before the 7 day trial ended. I cancelled The same day if not the next day after I started my trial because it didn’t fix what I needed. I logged into my Adobe account and it doesn’t have any active paid plans listed under my account with the email I used. I have tried to contact the company using the live chat but it ends the conversation before I ever get an agent. I have tried multiple times to find a way to contact someone. I would like my account cleared and a refund.
Free trial ended on 28/feb but the link to manage plans doesn’t let me proceed to a cancellation link and says ‘unable to make changes at the moment’. You are now trying to take out money from my account. Surely there must be another way to cancel this free trial ??

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on March 3.I noticed the credit card charged. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.I ALREADY cancel subscription but ai support said it can’t see pending refund. This is a bug.Adobe randomly decides my account is in use by more than one person. The previously suggested solutions DO NOT WORK. Instead, Adobe will close all instances of work WITHOUT SAVING A RECOVERY COPY and insist I reset my password. This entails retreiving a code from email, using the autheticator app AND getting a text code. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?Adobe has a licence management problem. This is NOT THE WAY LICENCES ARE MANAGED FOR PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE like PackZ or ArtPro+ or any other product of its like. And those applications cost thousands per year, not $1100 like CC suite, and Adobe can’t manage to emulate those licencing schemes?Unbelievable.
In Nov I used a 2 mo. promo for adobe creative cloud pro. When it ended I separately went and signed up for a student plan. I have been paying monthly for that plan since January and was charged for my CC Pro plan on Feb 28th. Today (March 2) I log in via web browser to download browse the fonts and I got prompted to update my payment information. After doing so, I now appear to have 2 active CC pro memberships. When I go to cancel the full price membership it says it will charge me $271 to cancel what is a redundant membership that I didn't mean to sign up for. I can't seem to find any way to get help for this. Anyone else have experience solving this? tl;dr:Promo CC Pro got activated and paid for via “update payment” prompt after a separate student account had been started and paid for. Need to cancel redundant account without fee.
I installed adobe acrobat trial version in order to purchase it for a company.I purchased the product for the company. I have an account with an active Adobe subscription, this morning I received an email that my password had been reset since apparently it was being used on two devices, I followed the steps, enter the code that arrived in my email to reset my password, the boxes are placed in green (indicating that they validated the code) but it does not advance to the next screen where I can enter the new password, from so much trying they blocked my account for a few hours, now at night I tried again and the problem continues, it lets me advance to "Verify your identity" but after that it does not advance to another screen where I must enter the new password. I should mention that I already tried to try to receive the code to my phone and it does not reach me either, try from another device and different internet connection, I even used a work computer that I had never accessed and does not advance from that screen.When I try to enter I get this:When I click continue, he asks me to add the code that

My Adobe account appears to use the correct name, but the Welcome message in all the apps uses the wrong name. If it helps, I have a student account.

Canceled my free trial 3 weeks ago and just got charged $30 to my card. Tried calling customer support and it kept hanging up on me. My account says I am signed up for adobe stock which I cancelled and have an email saying I did.
