Hi Adobe Community,I forgot to cancel my Adobe Pro free trial and no longer have access to the card used. I haven’t used the service since the trial ended, but I’m being charged. Now it shows a $112 cancellation fee. How can I cancel or request a refund without the penalty?

Hi, I can't access anything from my PC. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe, but it still doesn't work. I can access my plan from my phone, but not from my computer (and I can't use the programs either! HELP!!! Adobe is running a. scam and charging my credit card but I have no access to any subscription for adobe products. how do I get this stopped? 

I have Payment error, because I don't have cash on my card, but it tries to to get every 12 hours cash from my account!!!! And I can't cancel the plan, there is no way to contact support, any email. What to do??

Olá, comunidade Adobe.Escrevo este post como um último recurso, pois estou enfrentando um problema extremamente frustrante com a minha assinatura do Lightroom Premium e já esgotei todas as opções de suporte que encontrei.Assinei o plano Lightroom Premium diretamente através da App Store no meu iPhone. O pagamento foi processado corretamente pela Apple, a assinatura consta como ativa na minha conta Apple e o valor já foi debitado.O problema é que, mesmo com a assinatura confirmada e paga, os recursos premium do Lightroom continuam bloqueados no meu aplicativo (tanto no iPhone quanto em outros dispositivos).O que eu já fiz para tentar resolver:Contato com o Suporte da Apple: Falei diretamente com a Apple. Eles confirmaram que a assinatura está ativa do lado deles e que a confirmação da compra já foi enviada para a Adobe. I just want to share a bad experience I have had with Adobe a few minutes ago. I visited my Account page and wanted to update payment information. I noted there were 3 cards, one of those had expired. To my utmost dismay, I could not believe that I could not delete the cards I WANTED to delete as Adobe does not allow that option for its customers, unlike companies like Google or Apple. I had to chat to a totally clueless and useless virtual assistant. Eventually I was connected to a human, who took nearly 20 minutes to delete 1 card. The whole experience of trying to delete cards for payment methods took me nearly 30 minutes, a process which should not have taken more than 5 minutes elsewhere. This is not my first bad experience with Adobe. I only have 1 app now in my plan, I used to have 20 ! I am trying my best tor leave Adobe and its extremely poor customer service and do business with other more friendly and more in-tune companies.

Hi, I'm a university student from Italy. About two years ago, my university provided an Adobe student plan to all students who needed it, linked to our university email addresses. I stopped using that plan (and cancelled it) because I no longer needed it at the time.Recently, I was given access to a new Adobe plan to attend other courses. However, it was activated using the same university email, and now I seem to have two different Adobe accounts linked to that one address:– the first one is a Personal Profile– the second one is an Enterprise Profile, connected to the new plan.I was advised to log out of the personal account before signing in with the enterprise one to avoid conflicts. I followed those instructions and downloaded the apps I need. However, whenever I try to open them, I receive a warning saying that I only have 5 days left because the plan has expired. I hope I explained the situation clearly enough. English isn't my first language, and this is my first time

Cancelled my account but overlooked the GIANT cancellation fee.  I only use the app every other month sometimes less, it was not worth $50.  Now I am charged $278??!!  Please please reactivate my account.  I'll deal with the $50 a month, just reactivate.  Thank you.

i did cancel the plan right after i registered for the free trial but an error occurred during the cancellation. and its been charging me twice already. first on july 9 and today, july 22.  ive checked all my emails but unable to retrieve the plan details. is it possible to just cancel it inside the photoshop app? need help asap, im losing patience

Good morning,I changed the payment method for my 20GB Photography plan from monthly to annual. Since making this change, I've received the attached message, which prevents me from proceeding. At that point, I exit by Lightroom Classic and restarted the program, which worked well.How can I resolve this issue?Thanks, Bye

The photography plan is a good, but limited option for retirees. It doesn't allow me to edit video (PremierPro), create a presentation (Acrobat) or create any kind of document to carry the images I'm creating (InDesign)-One problem that perhaps Adobe doesn't understand is that when professional designers retire, they don't stop being creative. It's in the blood. We might not be earning the money from it that we once were, but the drive to create is still there. It's a common problem and guess what - it will affect every creative who is fortunate enough to reach retirement age. A sizeable market.

Hi, I understand that the refund policy typically allows for cancellations within 14 days. I’m aware that my request comes on the 15th day, but I hope you might kindly consider making an exception in this case. I subscribed to Illustrator on July 8th, but due to unexpected personal issues, I wasn’t able to use the software at all. I only realized the charge today, and I immediately reached out. As someone who plans to use Adobe in the future, this situation is truly unfortunate for me. I’ve always held Adobe in high regard, and I hope this experience can still reflect the kind of customer care Adobe is known for. I’m sincerely asking for your understanding and support in this one-time situation. If it’s at all possible, a refund would be deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for considering my request. Hey. I tried out the 7 days free photoshop. But now i cant quit it. Since two days it says that "die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein " meaning "managing this subscription will be available soon". Has somebody had a similar experience ? Tried to find a contact email or telephone number but couldnt find any....

I want to cancel my plan which I have been paying for 3 years, they still want to charge me for cancelling before my one year subscription. How is this right?

I have been a member of Adobe creative cloud for many years now, a faithful customer with all apps. I retire this year and will have to give up my Adobe account due to the cost. Now I only do a little photography and digital artwork but will have to find another way of doing the editing. Adobe do not support retired or disabled customers which I am both now, I find this quite dissapointing from a company that is so big and makes so much money from us. My account will stop in October of this year and in the meantime I will search for other options and download all of my content and hope I can still use most of it when I want to. Does anyone else with an Adobe account find adding Adobe to a dwindeling retirement package a strain and, why oh why does a company of such size and stature not help or even be seen helping people in the same position, I know veterans that would love to get into Adobe but just can not stand the cost. Come on Adobe, get seen helping.

I made a purchase today, but realised that I did not need it. I cancelled the purchase within 24hrs or my subscription, but have not recieved and email confirming my refund yet. Please can someone assist me and correct the error. RegardsCarmen    

I’m using the Adobe Photography plan and trying to purchase Adobe Firefly credits, but every time I attempt to pay, I get this error: We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank. I’m already using the same default payment method (the same credit card) for my Adobe Photography plan, and Adobe charges it without any issues. I don’t understand why I’m unable to use this same card or even a different one to buy Firefly credits. Since the card works fine for other Adobe charges, I don’t believe the issue is with my bank. Can someone help me understand why this is happening?

Estoy tieniendo un grave problema con mi suscripción a Photoshop. Hace unos meses activé a prueba gratuita y no entendí que me comprometía a un contrato anual con multa por cancelación anticipada.  Cuando vi que empezaron a cobrarme, intené cancelar la suscripción dos veces, pero no funcionó. Sólo usé la aplicación un día, pero igual me cobraron cuatro meses seguidos. Y ahora que quiero cancelar, me aparece un cobro extra de casi 70.000 CLP, lo que es importante para mi como estudiante. Por favor, necesito que me ayuden a cancelar mi plan sin multa y si es posible recuperar lo cobrado. No he recibido ninguna antención humana y realmente estoy frustada. Gracias de antemano.
