I am a designer from Indonesia. I used BCA bank account. I also used Adobe. Specifically I used BCA Debit Online Feature which said "accepting international payment" but not Adobe. BCA said Adobe is not a secured merchant platform. I hate jeni*s, jag* bank, I want to have a simple life and simple payment only 1 bank. which is BCA. but BCA just dont want accept Adobe. . Do you have any plan/ official community in Indonesia that might want to propose to BCA to consider that adobe is a secure platform?#AntiRibetRibetClub

Hello. There is a problem with my free trial. I got a free trial, it has been almost a week and i want to cancel it, but there is no information about it on my account, and there is no option to cancel it because it says ,,Unable to load plans''. im scared that i will be charged for not canceling because i got a illustrator plan for a year, but i only wanted to try it. What can I do, and do I even have the plan?  

I signed up for a Creative Cloud subscription where I was given 7 days of free use. In the end, I didn't have enough money on my card to pay the fee. But I did not cancel the subscription. Now I can't cancel it because it says "you must resolve a problem with your payment information before you can make any changes to your plan. If you do not take action, your plan will be suspended." How can I cancel this plan?

How do I request a refund after a successful plan cancelation? In other words is the refund automatic or not? Thank you in advance.

Hello, ideally need help from adobe directly with a simple email address from support/something like that. I have been getting charge 9.98GBP each month for around 6 months now. Using the two emails i have and my partners i have no active subscriptions. So trying to cancel the payment and using the chat assitant goes in cicrles as there is nothing to cancel. I have tried searching for an email address and the different help services on the website but i am getting no where.does anyone know how to solve this or enlighten me on an email that works and i can speak to a human and not a chatbot. Thanks

Hello everyoneI was signing in to my Adobe account with a Google account of my work email.I left my work and canceled by Adobe subscription on work email. Before I did I downloaded all the invoices.  But apparently there was a cancelation fee and I cant access the invoice for the cancelation fee because my Google account for work email is no longer active.  Now need help with retracting that invoice

Por engano cancelei o meu plano, agora não consigo restaurar nem encontrar o plano que tinha que era o de fotografia de 20 Gb, não consigo falar com o suporte que diz sempre que está fora do horário de atendimento e o número de contacto do apoio diz que de momento não é possível atender a chamada.  Preciso de ajuda para saber como continuar a usar a aplicação.

Hola, encantada. Me gustaría saber si es posible cambiar de un PLAN ANUAL DE PAGO MENSUAL a un plan MENSUAL DE PAGO MENSUAL, es decir, tener la opcion de cancelar mi plan otra vez sin tener que pagar el 50% de la cuota por cancelación anticipada. Gracias.

Hey! I took the route of trying adobe products as as student. I always wanted to cancel my trial, but my user got locked and i was unable to cancel my trial. Now im tied to one year plan and i don't think thats fair.Best regards, Joni

My account is active, last payment was on May 21st, but my apps all show Subscription Expired. I've tried logging off and logging back on, but that did not fix the problem.Are there any other bits of wisdom I can use to fix this issue?TIA.

I accidently cancelled my subscription. I have a project and I don't have the money for the cancellation fee and resign-up for lightroom.

I currently have an active “Export PDF” plan, but I’d like to upgrade to the Acrobat Pro Individual plan (the one that allows full editing of PDFs). Unfortunately, I don’t see this option available under “Change Plan” — only more expensive business or team options.Could you please assist me in upgrading to the Individual Acrobat Pro plan at the standard pricing? I’m based in South Africa and happy to cancel my current plan if needed.Please let me know the next steps. Thank you!

I'm having some difficulty with accessing Adobe Illustrator and I can't figure out what is going on. I have the Creative Cloud student plan that is supposed to include Illustrator. I know this as I've used it many times. Although, when I went to open Illustrator today it asked me to "Try" or "Buy" it. Help @adobe,

i cancelled my adobe priemer pro subscription in the same day i made it and I didn't receive my refund. why?

I’m extremely disappointed. I missed the trial cancellation by just one day due to a family emergency, and now I’ve been charged £99.99. I had already deleted the app because it constantly crashes and wasn’t useful to me. I understand a small charge for being late, but a full year’s subscription for something I don’t use and can’t afford feels really unfair. I’ve tried reaching out, but contacting support seems nearly impossible—hence this review. I’m currently in serious debt, and this unexpected charge is a huge financial strain. I’m kindly asking for a partial refund for the unused months. Please understand my situation and help resolve this.

So basically, I'm trying to login to my other email that I used to purchase my products, instead of my usual one (my school account). I click sign out on Creative Cloud, but it then tells me to sign in again. I click sign in once again, but it auto signs me into my school account, which is the account I do not want to log into. I want to type in the information for my other account... Not sure if this is related, but I tried out going into Photoshop directly to see if it would ask me to log into an account with a Photoshop purchase. It constantly says it can't verify my subscription status because it can't reach the Adobe servers. I've tried using my home wifi and my phone data network, but I don't think it is my internet issues as I can connect properly to anything else but Adobe apps. I tried out uninstalling every Adobe file and product on my computer, but when I install Creative Cloud, it keeps on auto logging me into my school account. Can someone please help me out? Tha

Dear Adobe employee, I would like to ask about my refund progress, it's been 4 days now and the refund money haven't give back tome  after I paid Acrobat pro, RM143.64 and cancel it on that same day I paid it. I thought it suppose to be fast refund because its within 14 days. Originally, my Acrobat pro trial was expired. When is the date refund money?
