today i subcribed and i want to cancel and to be refundedi didn’t know ocr function is not supported 

At first, it showed that it was a free trial, but then money was immediately charged from my card. I would like to cancel the subscription and receive a refund.

Hi, I would like to confirm your refund policy. Does the 14-day refund period start from the beginning of the 7-day free trial, or does it start when the paid subscription begins after the trial ends? Thank you.

I am being charged for a cancelled subscription and want a refund

Lately, despite all print setting set as ‘double sided and flip on long edge’ print jobs are coming out double sided on short edge (when done via desktop) or single sided only when printed via the mobile phone app (iOS).  Is this a problem being addressed in any updates or am I missing something.  Never had this problem before - it’s only been happening over the past month or so. 

I paid for my subscription and everytime I try to log in im always prompted to buy a subscription. I dont understand why. How can i use my account with the subscription I already subscribed. What do i do?

Didn’t get my refund idk why it’s been a month

I want to cancel my subscription but I don’t see on my subscription panel on my iPhone subscription account. It appears like if I have never subscribe an account for adobe in which it’s weird because I do remember that I did sign up for that 7 day free trial. 

I am contacting you regarding my Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription, which was recently renewed automatically. I did not intend to continue the subscription and was unaware that the renewal would be processed at this time. As soon as I noticed the charge, I decided to cancel the subscription renewal. I would kindly like to request a refund for the recent payment, as the renewal was not intentional and I do not plan to use the subscription going forward. I would greatly appreciate your assistance and consideration regarding this request. Thank you for your time and understanding.

HOW DO I DELETE MY SUBSCRIPTION 

Everytime I open up a document to try to get the 'generative summary' or any of the other AI "Ask AI Assistant' tools it says that 'something went wrong' and I can't get it to work. Help! I've uninstalled, and re-installed it and nothing works.

Subscription keeps declining even though there are enough funds in my account 

As I am filling out a form I am able to input all data, but when that text box is complete it only displays the first letter of the text. If I select the box again all data comes up, but only while the box is selected. I am using the Adobe app on my phone to open and make edits.

Signed on for a 7day trial a couple of weeks ago (~Monday 13th June) of Adobe Acrobat Premium (Monthly). Was immediately billed the subscription fee. The LiveChat that I had with Adobe Customer Support let me know that I needed to contact Google for a refund of the subscription fee. I contacted Google however unfortunately, they are not providing a refund, regardless of the screenshot I provided with subtext showing that I wouldn't be charged until the 7day trial period ends. They contacted me before the trial period was meant to end. In response to my review, I was recommend to contact the Adobe Support Community. Please let me know if further information or screenshots are required. Many thanks  

Why is it not possible to make pdf-documents offline available in Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 25.03.05 on iPad Pro? 

I have been trying to talk to someone , where can i talk to your agents or executives, i have been trying since last 3 days to be heard, you deducted money during trial period and now you are telling me that i have taken subscription from third part, and some of your executive are saying I don't even have a subscription plan when i cancelled it. I have all the proofs don't force me to make it big please.  

It's not allowing me to edit, it's asking me to subscribe but I already have subscription until August.

Hello,   On August 8, 2025, I signed up for what was clearly labeled as a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium through the App Store. I clicked the “Free Trial” button, was directed to my Apple billing confirmation, and accepted. I was given instant access to the service.   However, the very next day (August 9), Apple attempted to charge my account $14.99 — well before the trial period should have ended on August 15. The payment failed only because I do not have an active payment method listed. I canceled the subscription on August 10, yet my account still shows access until September 8, as if I had paid for a full month.   This situation is misleading for the following reasons:   The subscription never displayed any “trial ends on…” date, which contradicts the free trial offer.
