Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have pdf files that I create using Microsoft Word, then save as a pdf uisng AcrobatPDF Maker. I then add form fields, with embedded fonts, using Acrobat Reader DC and protect the pdf using the Edit PDF Tool's Restrict Editing option. I then verify using Document Properties' Security Tab that printing, filling and signing of the form are all allowed. When I open the pdf in Acrobat Reader Mobile, the fields are not fillable, though the text in the fields is visible and appears to be flattened into the document. When I click on the Fill&Sign tool, I am met with an error message that says "Protected document The tool is not available becaue the document is password protected."  When I attempt to print, I get an error saying "Printing protected files is currently unsupported." Is the Acrobat Reader Mobile app unable to handle adobe pdf security yet? Or do I need to create/secure my pdfs differently to prevent background images from being exported but allow the app

En la vista de archivos recientes, en la app para IOS IPhone, no se actualiza la fecha en algunos archivos y se sigue mostrando una fecha anterior al ultimo uso. 

From the 30th of June I encountered an unpleasant problem: when I modify a starred file on my tablet and then open Adobe on my PC or on my mobile phone, the changes are saved but the files' order doesn't change according to their opening date - for example, I modified a file today (6/07) but if I open Adobe on another device it shows another date (for example 5/03, the date I saved it in the cloud, even if it's got che changes I made). Besides this, some starred files "disappear" from the home page even if I've already opened and modified them (they do not appear in the "starred" section so that I have to go to the cloud everytime to look for them manually). How can I solve these problems? I've also tried my account disconnection from every device and the app disinstallation but the app is not working still.

The acrobat folder in my ipad has gone missing Even before the files went missing Now I'll have to switch to some other appfind me a solution or maybe suggest me an alternative

Adobe not working properly. Only about half the time 

Suddely i can't find my scans of the past 2 years, just a few. I haven't changed the email, I haven't changed the phone, I only updated the app. All my documents gone. I have checked the scans section on pc and nothing.

Does anyone know how to save a complete conversation of text messages to a single file. I'm technologically challenged 

I have downloaded Adobe app. I have followed the link and  I've upgraded to premium. I am still on as free user and unable to use.Money has gone out of my account.I have tried  refresh but my account is saying I've no subscriptions to refresh.What should I do?

Hi. I accidentally deleted Acrobat reader on my phone. After downloading again, I noticed all my files had gone. Are there any ways to restore them all? 

I subscribed to a adobe plan on 2 july and cancelled it the same day and it was three days free trial but still somehow, $22.39 cad got deducted from my account. I even cancelled the same day. And it was three days trial plan and the money was supposed to be deducted after the trial ends. I need refund.

My uni uses Onedrive as the student's digital workspace, and when we upload pdfs to our Onedrive, when we open them, it opens with Adobe Reader. Up until yesterday my annotations on these documents have been saving, but I checked this morning and all my annotations from yesterday are gone. I tried annotating something this morning then exiting/re-opening, and the annotation is not saving.I lost a whole day of annotations from readings yesterday - any help would be much appreciated.

Bonjour a tous, depuis quelques mois je n'arrive plus à sauvegarder mes documents adobe.pdf ils se téléchargent sur leur site sans problème mais pour les mettre dans un dossier sur onedrive rien a faire, alors une "copie récupérée" se met sur le support utilisé : iPad, ordinateur et/ou tel iPhone ou Android...Que se passe t'il?C'est très gênant car je voyage beaucoup et n'ai jamais le même support avec moi d'où le Cloud One drive et adobe deux abonnements que je paye...Merci de votre aide. 

Uso o Adobe Acrobat 25.2.0.37438 num tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, no sistema Android 14, versão UI 6.1. Uso pdfs abertos pelo Onedrive no app. Sempre que faço alguma modificação e saio do arquivo, perco tudo. Ele sincroniza com a versão anterior, sem as modificações. Não salva as mudanças, não as sincroniza e me faz perder todo o trabalhono pdf. Qual a solução?

When i download a pdf manual and open it in acrobat reader mobile. When saving to connected onedrive account , it does not show the actual names of folders. E.g if folder is named  1. Tutorials #. Personal stuff    It just shows up as 1 #   Etc   This makes it unusable since i will not know which folder to save it to.  But after selecting the folder and going into it , i can see the full name of folder properly. 

I use Adobe Reader to read PDFs from my OneDrive cloud. I make annotations, and when I close the files, they save in a temporary cloud under "Recents." However, after some time, these files and their annotations disappear. I would like to access them again. How can I do that? Thank you.

When I make comments, highlights, changes to my PDF, these are not saved, nor are they deleted, it is as if I had no internet and the changes are not saved, this happens in my OneDrive files. Please help. It never shows me the "saved changes"I have the app updated and this error also occurs on my Samsung tablet.

I have always used Acrobat Reader on my tabled synced with my OneDrive account. As soon as I close the document, it updates the PDF in my OneDriver folder, syncing any new anotations. Ever since the last update, it won't do that. If a try to save a new copy in OneDrive, it also won't do that. I noticed that, with Dropbox, there is no problem at all. But if a try to save a new copy to Dropbox from a file that I had been editing and which was originally in my OneDrive account, none of the edits are saved in this new copy. I have removed and added my OneDrive account again, I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. Is there anything I can do?

Hi,  I want to link my OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat on Android but it gives this message: Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent. I don't think I have a problem with my account because I can connect the same OneDrive account to Acrobat Reader on Windows and it works properply. I hope you can help me find a solution. 

I have subscribed to the Adobe suite but find myself in difficulty when I have to manage the location of saving documents. My typical workflow on Android 14I take a pdf from OneDrive. I open it in Acrobat.When I have finished working on the file I need to save it in the source location. Here the pains begin. Is there a way to do this?Is there a way to do this without saving a duplicate in Acrobat? Last question. The log of recent files does not match the source of the files that give rise to the list of recent files. In other words, when I delete a file from the recent list, do I delete the source of that file? ThanksA
