I have been using adobe mobile app for a long time, a couple of days ago, the app does not open for scanning.

I subscribe for free trial by mistake and then forget about it! I never actually use your  app and when I learn about this subscription checking my phone settings I cancelled it right away! But there was no option to claim refund. And I want you to help me with that because I never actually use it! Thank you!

I would like a refund for my subscription I attempted to cancel the subscription but the cancellation wasn't working and now $144.99 has been taken from my account.

I was using a phone to edit and document and while I was trying to save it, I accidentally tap the subscribe button to save. I have requested for a refund as I do not use Abode on the phone at all. But I have been made to jump 500 ropes, because this subscription was through Google Play. Google Play says the developer should refund, the developer Adobe says Google Play should refund. Ultimately they both do not want to refund.   

I use Acrobat to read lots of different screenplays distributed in PDF file format. The screenplay format is a very deliberate document format. I NEVER, EVER want to use Liquid Mode. I disabled the automatic conversion, but Acrobat keeps prompting me trying to pressure me into using the feature on every document. Why? Why would I ever want a program to mutilate the original format and intent of an author? Especially in a way we do not understand!Yes, I saw the thread that says I can open and save the default view for a document, but I never reopen these documents after I read them. Adobe collects a lot of usage metrics for their applications. I am sure they realize I never ever click on this thing other than to dismiss it. Why is Adobe trying so hard to force a bad/useless feature upon its users? I have a form I need employees to be able to submit via cell phone (IOS). The submit button will not work. I have tried multiple things to fix it but when I open it on a cell phone the submit button will not let you select it. It does work on a PC. Can someone please help me?

Quero cancelar o meu plano! Fiz o cadastro no site do Adobe para utilizar o plano de 7 dias grátis para assinar um documento. Agora, estão cobrando no meu cartão de crédito no valor de R$ 84,00. O detalhe é que ao acessar o e-mail que eu cadastrei a conta diz que eu estou no plano gratuito, nem mesmo no dia que fiz o cadastro pude utilizar as ferramentas do plano pois nem foi disponibilizado para mim. Preciso cancelar esse plano urgentemente!
