Acrobat Reader Mobile

Baixei o app clicando na opção de usar gratuitamente e simplesmente me cobraram 124,90 no meu cartão de crédito, sem aviso, sem autorização. Não consigo reaver o dinheiro de volta com o banco e não tem um meio de pedir ajuda por aqui. Pessimo app, absurdo tudo isso.

While I purchasing the adobe premium it says free 7 days trail but  on the same day itself my subscription started and money got debited

I have been charged £7.99 a month for a free trial I didnt sign up to. I have been charged for months for it. Adobe, playstore and Samsung all deny its their problem. Help? 

I keep on trying to view a PDF, as always, with my Android phone. Lately, however, I can no longer view a PDF on the Android Adobe app downloaded from the Google Play Store. Usually a downloaded PDF from a bank, credit card whatever I would either have the chance to tap on "open file" while I'm waiting and expecting the PDF to download to my phone then it might pop up a few apps of which I'd choose Adobe with a tap and the PDF would open with Adobe for me to read. That no longer works. It's the same thing if I go to downloads on my phone and tap a download (that's a PDF), and it opens in Adobe after I tap on Adobe as the app to use for that file. Unfortunately, both of these ways no longer work. I go as far as tapping the Adobe app; however, when it opens, a paid subscription page opens over the app, forcing me to choose a monthly or yearly plan, which I don't need, and when I tap the X to get rid of the subscription page, the Adobe app closes. I have converted a PDF file to Excel but the excel file i am opening is not converted to Excel. i have taken a subscription for this and i want solution on this. request you to please help me on urgent basis.

 I created a PDF on my PC. To prevent editing, I protected it with a password, but I'm allowed to fill out and sign it. I have PDF XChange Pro on my PC. On my iPad, I open this document with Adobe Acrobat Reader. However, I'm only allowed to read the file and can't fill out or sign anything. It tells me that the document is write-protected. The 7-day trial version didn't help either.Greets Robin

just paid extra for the Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF.  It said it would be able to read scanned text, so that I could highlight and save and copy - etc. Doesn't work at all 1) takes 3-5 minutes for it to do some OCR text wizardry.  Sometime this is too much work, and the whole app crashes!  Booo2) the text never gets hightlighted - the pop up does give me the options, but you can't select the text, as you should be able to, and, in the end, nothing happens

I am trying to use a JavaScript to create a dialog box asking if a user wishes to reset a form. I have the following script in use: if(app.alert("Are you sure you want to clear this form?", 2, 2) == 4) { this.resetForm(); } but on android or iPhone this only gives an option to tap OK which does not clear the form when you tap it. I have tried different variations of this script I have seen here and around the web. They all work properly on PC. One even adds another option on PC so I see Yes, No and Cancel, but they all don't work properly on mobile, i only get the box saying "Are you Sure you want to clear this form?" But the only tappable option is "OK" which does nothing. im hoping someone can help me adjust the script or has a solution to make a dialog box work with the option to say yes or no

Frustratingly, Acrobat has been crashing on my iPad. Upon reboot, I have been finding that I have lost an hour's worth of notations. Is there any way to increase the frequency of autosave? It's driving me crazy. I have to go back and re-read all this Freud now and reading Freud is the worst. Any help is appreciated.

There are files in Acrobad for iPhone that I can't delete. If I go to iPhone (or iPad), Files, Shared, I see old PDF files that were sent to me via Whatsapp. I can't delete them, they are not displayed among the files on Apple iCloud, they are not present in Adobe Cloud. But they appear if I open them. So somewhere they are stored. If I delete Acrobat from cloud services in File, they disappear. So they are related to Acrobat and Adobe Cloud. But in Adobe Cloud they are not displayed (and therefore cannot be deleted).

I work for a theater and we add our tech cue markings to our scripts digitally. But we want 2 designers to be able to add markings at the same time. I have tried on my personal Adobe Pro account editing from my iPad and my phone at the same time but it creates seperate conflict files and the edits don't appear together. Is there a way to make the edits on the same document at the same time?

I recently added security settings to some PDFs to prevent editing and commenting; we only want them to be able to fill the fields. (There are no signatures on these documents so signing is not required.) For some reason users can no longer fill them out in the Acrobat Reader iOS mobile app. The fields no longer appear blue and the following message appears: These forms worked fine when there was no security applied to them. I just tried to download the trial, but not successful in downloading, but later a monthly payment has started to dedcut from my bank account every month, by now two payments have gone from my bank, starange how?

I have saved a pdf book.  I can open it in Adobe Reader in my Android phone.  The only way I've found to change the print size is buy pinching, but that runs the sides of the pages off the phone.  So I can't change the print size, which is tiny and unreadable.  I tap the three dots, and go to Printer, but there is no option to change the print size.  How can I change the print size?  Or, how do I open this book in another app on my Android?

Why is there no simple user guide for your product? You have all these layers of convoluted AI; I dont need or want that. I want to learn about the features and how to use them. All this emphasis on signing in, I already signed in.In the olden days when apps were called programs, there was a 'Help' button on your toolbar. You clicked it and BAM it took you to a searchable user guide that would walk you through the various features. Now if you can actually find where the 'help' button is in one of your apps there is a link to your payment or account info and a couple other options that have nothing to do with helping the user to use the app  -whats up with that?

I download a file and save it. I then go to my file and when I click on the file I want to see, it takes me back to save which I do and then takes me to open and when I choose open it keeps returning to the save option. I have multiple files that I can't open, even though they're saved. I'm using my iPhone mobile phone. It always worked before so I can't figure out what changed. The only difference is I updated my phone to an iPhone 10.
