Hello Adobe Community,Since a couple of weeks I cannot get rid of the tab on the upper part of every page of my Adobe pages, saying "Résumé génératif". In French, my user language.In the setup section I have selected to not use AI. I have restarted my Ipad several times. I am using Adobe to read music scores. This "service" is completely unnesserary and not asked for. It also distracts my eyes and it seems impossible to remove.Any solutions that could work?ThanksDaniel

 any ideas why my download are not saving  and this also happens when saving to folders in my onedrive

I just opened Acrobat Reader on Android and noticed I have in my file list several files that I'm guessing are "stuck".  On the list, at least 15 files show to be "pending" and one (over a week old) appears to be stuck as "saving".   What's happening?  Is there a way I can "nudge" these to finish their processes or is my only choice to completely delete them?   Thanks

Hello I have yet another issue, the they seem to update there issues they seem to cause..when filling in forms, drop down menus just stop working... no Reasoning. You can do a page and its ok, then start a new form and halfway through it just stops working... Acrobat 24.12.02 (20241210.160339) (iPadOS - IOS)IOS version 18.2 and also 18.1  

Good morning, for a while now, when I open a PDF file from Adobe Reader on my phone (a Samsung Galaxy smartphone), I can no longer share the files, in the sense that the sharing icon (triangle with three dots) doesn't work. I tried uninstalling the application, reinstalling it, turning off the phone, but nothing... it doesn't work. I solved the problem by opening the files with other PDF readers, but I found it easier to open them from Adobe Acrobat What can I do to solve this issue? thanks

Bonjourj'ai reçu un lien via WhatsApp d'une personne qui essayait de m'envoyer un fichier PDF.En essayant de cliquer sur les trois petits points en haut à droite j'ai eu pour résultat l'erreur en bas en bas de la capture d'écran. Je n'ai jamais réussi à télécharger ce fichier malgré une très longue attente et de nombreux essais.

I cancelled my subscription back in November, but they still charge me for the subscription to this day!! Good day. I recently activated a free trial since I wanted to edit a pdf. I rarely use adobe and as such would like to cancel the subscription before the trial ends, but it seems that adobe is working on their systems and I cannot access that feature. Kindly indicate how I can go about to cancel the subscription before the trial ends. Kind regards

How to find password to open pdf

I have a recurring, on-and-off problem with Adobe Acrobat (version 21.10.00) on my iPad Air 3rd generation (running iOS 13.3). I have a library of PDF files organized in folders within folders on Dropbox. Sometimes, when I double tap on one PDF file inside of Acrobat, it actually opens a different PDF, stored in a completely different Dropbox folder. If I close and reopen, I will eventually get the correct PDF to open. I then highlight the PDF as I'm reading it. When I close it, the highlights are lost. Sometimes, this happens to an entire folder. I open folder X in Acrobat to find a file, but it shows me the content of folder Y. It's like wires are getting crossed and Acrobat is creating links between PDF files that have no obvious links behind them. 95% of the time, I don't have this issue. But the remaining 5% is really annoying. What is happening?

when I go to the google drive section in the Adobe iPad app it only shows the 'my drive' option and the shared drive doesn't come up?any ideas?

When using Apple Pencil on iPad, to markup PDF documents, it would be helpful to have a toggle to disable any kind of finger drawing. This way I can use fingers to scroll through the document.
