I have tried to request a refund from Adobe but they recommended me to consult Apple Pay? But Apple pay is not the one charing me and I didn’t use it for the payment with Adobe. 

Witam,W dniu wczorajszym zostały pobrane pieniądze za subskrybcję. Niestety za późno ją anulowałam. Chciałam odzyskać pieniądze. Aplikacja nie spełnia moich oczekiwań i niestety za pozno zostala anulowana. Dział Samsung kazał mi napisać do was o zwrot pieniędzy. Niestety nie mogłam zablokować transakcji, pobrania pieniędzy z konta. Subskrybcję juz anulowałam ale niestety środki zostały pobrane. Chciałbym je odzyskać. Proszę o odpowiedź z waszej strony czy jest to możliwe. Pozdrawiam

Hello,I had canceled my Adobe Acrobat subscription in April through my iPhone, and the subscription was successfully canceled. However, I have now been charged for the subscription again in August.Since I had already canceled my subscription, I would like to know why I was charged again. This charge appears to have been made incorrectly.Please investigate this issue, refund the amount that was charged, and confirm that my subscription is completely canceled so that I will not be charged again in the future. and refund my amountThank you. 

Unable to open any document on the app. Saved or new. 

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS, but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files. I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs. Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.

Before July of this year (2026), I used to be able to have full discretion with my documents: edit, convert, insert or remove pages, and combine documents. Now, I can no longer do that, and it keeps telling me that I don't have an account. What is the problem? I've been paying monthly, but now it's like you're taking my money and not giving me what I pay for. 1) What happened to my monthly payments of $20 that gave me my subscriptions to Adobe like I once did?2) Why did I need to pay another $60 for a subscription that I already had? Renewal is one thing, but it said that I didn't even have an account anymore.3) I would like to go back to my previous subscription setup and accesses and a refund for a new subscription that recently paid for but still cannot access through any of my devices. Thank you

Hi, I was using a 7 day free trial and decided I did not want to continue with the subscription so I cancelled but adobe attempted to charge me today. Please assist me in this matter

Did Adobe forget to enable Zoom in/ Out on tablet  Android app? I can't imagine that such a tging should be a hassle to find.Using Adobe Acrobat on Samsung S9 Ultra

I installed a trial version of Acrobat Pro and liked it, and purchased the Creative Cloud account with access to 47 apps or similar. I am using an iPad OS and cannot for the life of me find the dmg installer files for either Adobe Acrobat or Dreamweaver. Other apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator installed successfully without any issues. Can someone please help me? I’ve looked in every Downloads folder I can find, on my iPad and on the Creative Cloud space. Supposedly the installer dmg files have downloaded successfully but I can’t run the installation program without finding the files. HELP PLEASE!

Just bought a Xiaomi Pad Pro 2 and signed for Adobe Reader Plus version. All works fine except I can't rearrenge bookmarks, only edit, delete or add. Do I need another version of Adobe Reader?

It says I need an Adobe for pc or Mac . But I was able to open and fill out this form in March 2026

Renovei a subscrição no chat por 19,99€ e estão a cobrar-me 24,80€ desde então. Já tentei entrar no chat novamente para reclamar mas aparece sempre indisponível. Acho inacreditável que uma empresa de grande dimensão como esta, a cada ano que passa, esquece-se de priorizar a questão da comunicação com os seus clientes, já para não falar de contratar uma coisa e cobrar outra. Não vou subscrever no próximo ano, não é pelo valor, é pela postura comercial.

Signed up for free trial and got charged for using app for one hour

I've recently noticed an issue with the adobe acrobat apps for both android and ios where when typing into a fillable field, overlapping letters are appearing -see attached photo.  The error resolves itself when you click out of the field and into another.  But when you're entering a lot of text into the field, it makes it very difficult to see and keep track of what you're typing.  This issue started recently and I saw that there was an app update on Feb. 18th kind of leading me to think this might be a bug.  Anyone else experiencing this and are there any known fixes?

Documents auto closes 2 seconds after opening via Acrobat reader. This didnt happen before i subscribed to premium. 

Does Anyone know why Zooming Out in Adobe Acrobot app for TABLETS (not phones) doesn't work using 2 fingers pinching, and no alternative exist? Using a Samsung S9 Ultra tablet latest Android/UI/Adobe software.
