Quería probar la versión premium de 7 días pero me he dado cuenta que me han cobrado ya la suscripción para el mes. Y no creo que la vaya a necesitar.

My adobe is super slow and spins when I click on a page.  It will also delete my information I just typed on my estimate sheet for work.

The app is telling me I am a free user and to start a free 7 day trial when I try and edit a document. I paid £175 for an annual last year and now am paying £20/month for a subscription. How do I get the app and online account to recognize this?

Olá, Entrei recentemente no aplicativo apenas para verificar a minha conta, porém não realizei nenhuma compra, contratação ou assinatura. Minha assinatura está inativa desde 2025 e, quando estava ativa, utilizava o plano mais básico, no valor de R$ 16,90 por mês. Mesmo assim, foram realizadas tentativas de cobrança no meu cartão em valores de aproximadamente R$ 56,00, R$ 26,00 e R$ 15,00. Não reconheço essas cobranças e não autorizei nenhuma delas. Gostaria, por gentileza, que essas cobranças fossem canceladas e que verificassem se houve algum erro ou bug no sistema, pois minha assinatura permanece inativa desde 2025. Os possíveis e-mails vinculados à minha conta são:[Personal email id removed by Adobe moderator]

I have multiple charges last month back to back days. I want these charges refunded. Further, I want these services cancelled. You can’t properly use my credit card.Cancel my service!!  

I want to cancel my 7 day free trial but all instructions on how to do so don't appear to work. I tried the form but I downloaded the app so I don't have an order number. How can I cancel before the 7 days are up as I cant afford to be charged??

Greetings,I downloaded 2 .PDF files today. I haven't used Adobe in a couple of months; however, I can't open these 2 .pdf files. When I tap on the "download" on my download phone section, it displays Google Docs and Adobe. I choose Adobe, and nothing happens. I go to the Adobe mobile app and the files aren't there. What's going on. Do you have to purchase a subscription for Adobe on Android now? The first time I downloaded a PDF today the Adobe app opened. It displayed that page for an AI Assistant version. I Xed out of it, and it just showed me all the files that I previously had opened with Adobe; however, the new one wasn't there. That's why I went to downloads on the phone, picked the PDF, and tapped on it. An icon of Google Docs and Adobe both showed up. I tapped Adobe, and nothing happened.Please advise.Thanks,Barry

I had done a trial and then got charged on the same day I cancelled

When i scan docs and combine and send they are sometimes corrupted. The receiver is unavle to open or the doc is unreadable. I use adobe scan premium on an android and outlook as my email with yahoo. This is a new issue as I have been using this setup for several years with zero issues. I went and cleanes out the cache even force stopped and reloaded ourlook thought it was fixed but still having issue with some
