Acrobat Reader Mobile

I'm having trouble creating PDFs; it just keeps saying "reloading" and nothing gets created. I need help with my account—it's urgent that I be able to create PDF documents.

Hi,I’m facing an issue with Acrobat Reader and left a review on the App Store. The developer suggested I escalate the issue here in the community.I am experiencing a bug in Acrobat Reader on both my iPhone and iPad (though I mainly use the app on my iPad).When using the Fill & Sign feature, any text I enter completely disappears if it contains Thai characters. This happens whether I type Thai text alone, combine Thai with English, or combine Thai with numbers. On the other hand, it works perfectly fine when typing in English only.I have attached two screen recordings to demonstrate:1 Video 1: Showing the Fill & Sign function, where the Thai text consistently disappears.2 Video 2: Showing a different text insertion tool where the Thai text does not disappear.I am currently using this second method as a temporary workaround, but frankly, it is much less convenient than using Fill & Sign. Device Details:iPad: iPad Pro (11-inch) (3rd generation) running iPadOS 26.5iPhone: iPhon

Hello, I was on a free trial and forgot to cancel the subscription before my free trial ended. I would like request a refund. This is not something I will utilize on a regular basis

I had been charged for a subscription through autopay that I didn’t intend to make, can i get a refund? 

I know I have quite a few files stored in my ADOBE Cloud but I can’t access The Cloud!    Anyone else locked out?

I have an annual premium subscription - expires in 9 months.  Adobe Reader app on iPhone suddenly stops working on a file it was previously reading fine.  Error message is something went wrong please try again later.  Have tested other files and get the same error. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.  

I just subscribed for the monthly rate of $14.99 and it still keeps telling me if I want to use certain features that I need to subscribe..… I would like to access to what I have paid for please. 

I have my subscription currently, but i cant edit anything anytime i log in it keep asking to subscribe and it will say you are currently subscribed when i press ok it stops there and keep rotating….please assist

I was refunded  for cancelling my account yesterday but now ye are trying to take 24 euro more back out I had cancelled it all this is extremely frustrating as I cannot afford this I am just a college student and this is giving me unnecessary stress and anxiety please get rid of my whole account I regret even trying out the website 

Cancelé mi suscripción gratuita 4 días antes de que finalizara para que no me cobren. Me llegaron los mails de confirmación de cancelación. Hoy verifiqué mi cuenta de banco y me debitaron el costo de la suscripción como si no la hubiera cancelado. No sé dónde reclamar ni por teléfono ni Mail. Ayuda por favor 

I just resubscribed but when to go to print something from my iPhone it's asking me to subscribe again.  Any ideas? How can I contact Adobe?

Unable to create pdf using images, there was no upper limit mentioned during creation. The creation has been going on for the last 2 days and unable to close the tasks even after the mobile restarted

Acrobat Premium ist über Apple aktiv. Das Abo wird auch auf account.adobe.com angezeigt. Ich bin mit derselben Adobe-ID angemeldet. Trotzdem zeigt die Acrobat-App auf dem iPad einen kostenlosen Plan an und Premium-Funktionen funktionieren nicht. Beim Löschen der App erkennt iOS das aktive Abonnement.
