Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi! We need some help linking Salesforce with Adobe Sign for Salesforce.We’ve been using the integration for years, but it recently got disconnected. When we follow the setup steps we found online and go to Launch Setup Wizard, we’re supposed to see two configuration steps.However, in Step 1, when we try to connect our Adobe account, we get redirected straight to the Adobe home page instead of moving on to Step 2, where we should be able to enable and connect the accounts.Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?  

Hello,we are using Adobe Sign to sign purchasing contracts. Some people have to put their initials on the document and other people have to sign it with their signature.I tested it two weeks ago and had no problem with this constellation. Since a few days I got the following warning. If I click on "send", Adobe Sign add new signature block for every person who only should initial.Is there a solution for this constellation of signers? We don't want these signature blocks on the last page of the document. 

Hi,I am facing an issue with the attachment fields. When I design a web form and place the attachment fields, they appear clickable with a yellow background, as shown below. (here also Display Label I gave as 'Attachment 1')However, when I place the same attachment field in the adobe sign template, it doesn’t appear clickable and the yellow background is missing. Please refer to the screenshot below.I also noticed that if I don’t provide any value in the Text to display property, the attachment field appears correctly with the yellow background. In the screenshot below, I didn’t specify any value for the Text to display property of the first attachment, and it displays properly.  Could you please let me know is why it is not  looking clickable with yellow background if I provide the Text to display property value? Thanks,Sreejesh

I'm in the process of digitizing a self-evaluation form that my students fill out each year during their undergraduate program. The form asks them to enter a number between 0 and 3 in several categories, and their total score is then associated with a rank (emerging, proficient, etc.). Since I am going through the process to make it a fillable PDF instead of a pen-and-paper form as it has been in past years, I'm wondering if a formula can be added so the numeric sum are automatically calculated (per year) as the students fill in the form (see a screenshot of the original form):Since this form is ultimately aligned with state licensure standards I can't make significant changes, but I am allowed to add some automation if I can figure out how. I did some exploring through tutorials but couldn't find anything that showed an elegant way to do this, although my search did indicate it is possible. Any Acrobat experts have an idea of how to implement this?

Hi All, I  have created a very simple workflow with some templates thatuser will have to fill up.After selecting the workflow , Adoby is asking me to re-select one by one the templates to send.Screenshot attached. Is there any option I should select for having the templates pert of the workflow automatically uploaded? Thanks 

It is such a waste of time to double-click on every single box and assign them to a form filler.  I have documents with pages of unassigned fields that I have to assign individually.  The new version included an option to drag and assign all selected fields at once.     Now that the new version is gone, is there a plan to bring the multi-assign feature back?

Hi,I'm working on v23.6 and since I've upgraded Adobe has been auto detecting fields on my forms and I can't seem to stop this from happening.  I mainly use for Adobe Sign and on the old version I used to click the box and Adobe would automatically fill it with a signature box.  As you can see from the pic, this isnt happening now. I saw another post advising Preferences, Forms, and toggling the Auto detect form fields but his hasn't worked. Any suggestions?

I have created various templates to send to clients. Some clients only get one, but many get various combinations of the same templates. A few of the templates contain CONDITIONS. As an example, if you add verbiage into a different designated field, then it will SHOW the field for the borrower to add the pertinent information. (IE: SHOW this field when ANY of the following condition(s) is true. FIELD NAME (Creditor 1, Name I created) is ≠ , then the next box is left blank)) When I send out just one template by itself, it works as it should. However, if I send multiple templates together, then I get this error, "Field names have been updated to avoid conflicts across multiple templates." When this happens I notice that the field names are changed and the condition does not work correctly. Furthermore, I have changed the standard field names in the original templates so that they would not conflict with each other, but this does not seem to fix it. I am cert

Hello,  When creating a resuable template for Adobe Sign I am able to upload the specified document, but when I click on the "Preview & Add Fields" button, the page reloads to an empty blank page.  I have close down the system and reopened it, but nothing seems to help make it work and this same issue recurs each time.

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community,I am facing an issue when using Adobe Sign on a mobile browser. When I try to accept the Terms of Use, the "Agree" or "Accept" button does not appear, which prevents me from completing the process. Details:Problem: The "Agree" button for the Terms and Conditions is not visible.Environment: Mobile web browser (tested on both Chrome and Safari).Troubleshooting Steps: I have tried opening the link on several different mobile devices (both iPhone and Android), and the same issue occurs every time.Workaround: The only workaround I found is to enable "Desktop site view" in the mobile browser. When I do this, the button appears correctly, and I can proceed.Is this a known issue? Is there a permanent fix for the mobile interface?Thank you for your help.

Hello, I want to send documents that require 2 parties to sign - how do i send them the document without them seeing each others email addresses? I wish to keep them seperate. I have tried sending document to one party and then saving to forward on to the next but that doesnt work either. Thanks

Hello,  When I send a document out to get signed, the recipients aren't receiving any emails to sign it. I tried replacing a recipient with someone else, the new signer did not get an email but the old signer got notification they were replaced, but never received the initial email for signature.  All junk/spam folders have been checked and email settings have been checked to ensure that the emails are not going to the wrong place.  Thanks

The Adobe Sign app produces an error when i sign a document. The same document however has no issue with the same signature when signed online. signature error message is that the signature is out of bounds. any ideas to resolve this issue?

Hello, I have a strange occurrence with Adobe Sign recently. I added some text fields to a template I wanted to use to gather some survey responses. I made sure all of the text fields were set to a specific font type and size 16, I also made sure to enable "Mutli-Line text" for all text fields. Same day, I sent the survey to various emails to retrieve responses back. On April 22nd, I recieved some responses back and the format looked completely fine. However, this is where the issue started...after April 23rd I received more responses, but the text fields were all different sizes and ever since the 23rd, all my other surveys came back with this same issue with the text field. Some responses were kind of normal text size if they didn't type a lot, but other longer responses were extremely tiny and almost impossible to read without zooming in at 200%. I don't know how this happened since I sent all the surveys on the same day with the exact same template. Is there a way for a signer to change the font of the esignature through adobe sign? It is forcing one of my signers to sign in comic sans and they don't like the way it looks and are having trouble drawing their signature.
