Adobe Acrobat Sign

I cannot send any documents out for signatures as its stuck at 72% i have uninstalled reinstalled updated signed out restarted mac my OS is upto date im loosing my mind we need to get these contracts out. any help.

Is anyone else having trouble with e-signatgures - everytime I put the email address in and attempt to click specify where to sign, it does not go to the next page.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in to creative cloud to access adobe that way - cleared cookies - nothing is working.

I’ve confirmed with Adobe Support that there is currently no way to permanently disable automatic reminders for E-Sign agreements. This is incredibly frustrating. I do not want reminders sent automatically, and I shouldn't have to go into every single agreement to turn them off manually. Please add a feature that allows users to disable reminders globally. It would be a much-needed improvement for those of us managing multiple agreements. If this is available and support was incorrect, please do advise.

Hi, I am trying to make leases for a few of my tenants (Canada, NS). Whenever I send E-signatures the Data Fields are already present in all sections of the 15 page lease and I need to manually delete each one except for the intended sections. How do I stop Adobe from automatically making data fields and I can just manually add my own? I have attached a screenshot for reference. The yellow sections automatically fill up and it takes me so much time trying to get rid of it with every lease. The "Save as a Template" does not work either for future use either. 

I have multiple reports from users being unable to e-sign our agreements. They are pulling the agreement up on ipad and mobile respectively and they will click the "tap to sign" button but there is no response from the document. 

I have multiple users with an Acrobat Pro license that can't request e-signatures from the e-sign tool. They either get the "services are unavailable currently" or the contact your IT team for permissions. When I go into the admin console there is no option to enable signatures for individual users. 

Hello, I'm managing an enterprise implementation of Adobe Sign for my University, and getting a 403 error when attempting to set up the e-signature integration with Jaggaer iBuy. Are there any required permissions settings we'd need to have in place for our service account or group within Adobe Sign? Especially interested to hear from anyone who has implemented this successfully as Jaggaer documentation is scarce to non-existent. Thanks in advance,Scott

Hello, I’m using the Acrobat Sign API, and in the signed document I receive, the email address appears below the signature. How can I display the signer’s name instead of the email address? I’d like to achieve this without modifying the original PDF document, and if possible, continue using the automatic placement of the signature field. I actually provide the signers name and e-mail in the json configuration file. How can I do to solve my problem ?    

We have 2 different Adobe contracts in my company.  An existing Business account that stores our Acrobat and other licenses, and a new one for Adobe Sign only.  Our reseller set them up separately, as the original Business account expires soon, so they created a new one for Sign, with the intent that when we renew, all the Acrobat licenses would move over to the new Sign account.  I don't know if that was the correct solution or not, as my users cannot use Sign now, since it is set up with the same email as Acrobat.  When I log into Adobe Sign Admin, I do get an option to pick a "Profile", but I seem to end up in a loop when I try to log into the actual Sign app - it goes back to the original Acrobat sign-in, and Sign is unavailable in that account. Is there a way - other than access Acrobat with one email and Sign with another - to combine the two accounts/identities/profiles so that one login can access both contracts and products?  Here is the

I would like to get out a report of the data from adobe sign where I could see how many signatures we are doing in our company.For some reason I can't see it under reports even though I have the same settings as my collegue who can see it. I can only see my own agreements.Anyone experiencing similare and have a fix for this?

I have used the Adobe Reader desktop application to sign two documents.  Adobe generated a URL for them, and I downloaded the signed files from my Document Cloud.  The documents show a status of 'Archived'.  I want to delete those files, but there is no option to do so.  How may I accomplish this?I have attached a screenshot with redacted filenames showing the options that I have to work with.  Thank you for your assistance. 

I need to request electronice signature in Echo Sign- just the signature name but without date and time stamp.  how to do?

i am able to open form but while click on fill and sign on right side its opening new window for authenticate. After validating authentication my page is looks like above. i tried to open in EDGE & Chrome browser. Also tried to open in android phone. Checked with site information in url bar if anything blocking but all are allowed but still getting same screen everytime. Need help asap.

How can I resend an agreement to a corrected email address without resending the entire agreement to all recipients?  This is for Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I used to be able to select "alternate recipient email address" for the undeliverable email, but I can no longer find this feature.  

Hello, The request e-signatures from e-sign templates function is not working for me. After stating 'Your files are being processed' for about a minute, the error 'Unable to process files - There was an error processing your files. Please try again.' appears.I have tried this on both Edge and Firefox, and have tried multiple saved e-templates to try isolating the issue but it still persists. Can you please suggest how this can be fixed?

How to change default so when I want to create and have people to sign my documents, that by default recipient settings = Adobe sign So stupid and tedious that I have to mouse click every time I have to create documents. Would just be a good service to users that I can chose this as a default settings. 

Hi, Reading through the documentation of Adobesign's API, I was able to find a specific error "WEBHOOK_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" with the following message: "This webhook can’t be activated. I have a webform with multiple recipients, the last of which is an approver. Is there a way for the approver to view a list of documents that are pending their approval without being made a User for Sign?  They're having a hard time keeping track of them using only their email. I would like the approvers to have this ability but I don't want them to be able to use all of the features of Sign (create their own webforms, etc.)

I'm fairly new to using Adobe Sign. When entering the email address for one of the recipients, I typed it incorrectly. Now every time I put in her name the incorrect one keeps popping up. Is there a way to delete that stored information so that only the correct one pops up?

I work for a local government and we Adobe Sign to send contracts through a lengthy approval process; User > Department Manager > Legal Dept > Finance Dept > Mayor > Clerk (for filing). This process works great when we are the writer of the contract. The problem we have is when we aren't the one's who create the contract and we are receiving the contract from a vendor. In almost all cases, the vendor will be required to sign the agreement before the mayor can. So we receive an Acrobat certifed signed document. However, I cannot find a way to now send that document through our internal approval process. The only other option is to print it to PDF or Image and attached it into a new Adobe Sign request.  Now the Clerk's office wants the signature panel on the orignal document to be included, but I cannot find a way to do that since the orginal docuemnt is not yet fully signed. 

Hello everyone, i hope somebody will see this as i am in a hurry, our company needs to decide if Adobe Sign is the correct solution for us, but in my testing i can not get something simple to work. So basically, i uploaded a template document, added some fields (locked them and assigned them to "any participant"), created a signature field and all is fine and well. But, when i send out the document via my account using an API call, prefill the fields and set the status to "IN_PROCESS", the document does not get sent because i need to "fill out" something and it gets stuck in the "Waiting for you" status. Is it possible to skip the "Fill out" portion of the document when i am already populating the fields via an API and directly send out the document out via email? Note: There is an option when doing this manually, a "Send now" button, which has the functionality i am looking for, but i can not find the same in the API documentation. Thank you in advance!

We are currently explore use case to allow recipient/signee to add form fields (drag and drop) during agreemennt's "In Process" state. Is there a way to allow this behavior?
