O app está com problemas na opção de modificar cores do preenchimento de formas. A barra inferior com opções simplesmente não aparece. Já desinstalei e reinstalei o app, o bug continua.
Hi, I have an exact same problem as this guy.Issue Accessing Adobe Express File (UUID: 0dd79c44... - Adobe Product Community - 15226414 there is thes error messages keep popping up and i cannot access to any of the projects or create new projects on adobe express.error code UUID: caef2c9b-2c45-4e0c-af04-39787d4082b7 (but error code is keep changing) how can i solve this problem?I'm attaching the console log and screenshot of the actual error message. thanks!

Hi, For all the decks I'm creating they won't render properly in Chrome or the Express app, they only seem to appear correctly in the Edge browser (below a screen shot from the Express app, get a similar thing in the Chrome browser.) JustKeepBreathing_0-1768816292782.png
Cloning a new file from a Project Template isn't working: the new file I create shows a blank placeholder of the content I configured. Please fix ASAP.

After completing 100% nothing happens no download
Yesterday, everything worked fine. Today, the app is COMPLETELY USELESS! Five minutes to load fonts, then when I chose a font, the app restarts...every single time! Restarted app several times, iOS 26.2 iPhone 13 Pro Max Too annoyed to try any more today!
At the moment most of our scheduled Instagram posts are failing, I've tried refreshing the connection etc but nothing works. I don't think there are any issues with the size of the post either as it's the same as previous ones that uploaded fine.

I am experiencing a persistent issue when trying to download files as PDFs. The progress bar goes up to 23%, then gives the following message: "Download failed: A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again." My internet connection is fine, and this error has occurred across multiple devices on different internet connections. I have tried using Chrome and Edge, as well as the Adobe Express app, and this does not resolve the issue. This happens with both PDF Standard and PDF Print file formats, but I am able to download files as PNGs and JPGs without issue. I have tried downloading multi-page projects one page at a time, and I have also tried downloading them as separate files using the "Download as individual PDF files" option. Every time, the same message appears. Thank you for any help you can provide!
Its hard to track comments without timestamps
My UI updated as I was working on something — now my safe zones have disappeared. I checked under file, where I can find ruler and guides, but no safe zone. I cleared my cacheMy artwork is sized under the social media templates but it's just not there. I really need it so I can continue with my work!
I've been working on a video since yesterday. Everything was going well until a few minutes ago when I got a message popped up saying it looked like I was having trouble editing (nope).I refreshed the browser page and major elements of the video had disappeared, along with colors being swapped in text and backgrounds.Version history was on, but after the refresh it had completely disappeared. There seems to be no cloud version and I apaprently have to start the project over.I am on a MacBook Pro running Tahoe 26.2. I am using Chrome (Version 143.0.7499.193).I have the Adobe Express app on my iPad. When I tried to open the file there last night, it was also corrupted, but was fine on my laptop this morning.The last thing I did before this happened was to import 3 SVG files into my library. They successfully impported and I was able to place them in the project.
I am trying to edit the fonts in a template (https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/template/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:3345a9fa-26bc-5d8d-9f85-04534ce313d3?category=photos) I can write new text, but I can't change the font, weight, etc. The panel on the left is nowhere to be found. What am I missing? This kinda makes it unusable. Thanks
When importing a new photo to edit, I would always drag it from my file explorer and drop it across the 'upload' or 'start new design' icon. Since a recent update, that drag and drop system seems to not be working. Has anyone else has this problem or know how to fix it?Thanks.
I couldn't find any way to make the areas I erased the same blue as the base image, so that they could blend together perfectly.
What do I do if a simple text/image file will not download? I have scoured the fourms and all I see is "try clearing your cookies and cache" but I am having the issue on the browser, desktop app, and the mobile app. "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download soon." is all I keep getting.
All I ever get when trying to download is a message saying. We're working on your file try again later. Eventually I have to close the app and lose hours of work. You actually charge money for this !!!!!

I am working on a Macbook, Safari. Im busy with a video edit in adobe express. I have finished the video but everytime I download it it keeps downloading the first draft without the audio files. I've seen that you all are aware of this issue...for years actually. Very disappointing that it's STILL a problem. I am using the 2021-2026 Adobe Express app on my Windows 11 work laptop, not in a web browser. I have a "Premium account" through my job. I have created a 34 page PDF with some stock (not AI generated) images throughout. I've tried to download the file multiple times as PDF (best for printing), with no other settings selected. IT gets stuck on 90% every single time. I need to be able to get this to my team by EOD today...but it doesn't look like I will be able to. I've canceled a few times. I have logged out and back in. I have closed the app and reopened it. I have restarted my computer. How can I get my work out of Adobe Express and delivered on time now?
