Selected art boards disappeared after I downloaded them. They were copied boards, but I did a bunch of editing, then after I got the notification that they were finished downloading, they erased themselves. One was an animated board I only needed a still from. I selected png for the download type. Mac computer on Chrome browser.
The last few days, my libraries have been too zoomed in and I have been unable to view most of my graphics. Typically I can see two rows of graphics in my libraries, but now I can only see one zoomed in and the very edge of the 2nd row. Resizing my browser does nothing to adjust the size of my graphics. I have tried logging out and restarting my browser. I am using Google Chrome version 143.0.7499.170 on a MacBook Pro running Sequoia. I have attached an image of what I am experiencing, and as you can see, the edge of the next graphic is just barely visible on the side. There is no scroll bar or ability to view all of the graphics that are in the library.

The animations in the template appear to work in the "template editor", but once user creates a file from the template, some animations no longer work.
Scheduled social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn have reverted back to drafts at least four times over the past approx. three days, including three times in the past hour (1:56PM ET). Facebook and Instagram content were scheduled several days ago but were revented to drafts as of at least Friday, 12/5, around 4 PM ET. A LinkedIn post and a separate Facebook post were scheduled on 12/5 around 4 pm. ET. On Sunday (12/7) the Friday-scheduled post *was* successfully published. Today, all scheduled posts on our shared calendar have reverted back to draft sttus multiple times despite updating scheduling times. Work done using either Chrome or Microsfot Edge browsers (at least 2 users), Mac laptops running Tahoe 16.1.
None of my Adobe Express files will open so I can edit them. Just a continuous 'getting everything ready' screen.I have tried multiple Desktop web browsers and the mobile app. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, logging in and out.I used Adobe Express perfectly fine about 10 hours ago, but now it wont open anything.
Hallo und allen ein gesundes neues Jahr, ich wollte heute meine Adobe Express Premium Testphasefristgerecht kündigen, um Canva auslaufen zu lassen. Danach würde ich gerne dauerhaft bei Adobe bleiben. Aber natürlich will ich keine doppelten Kosten. Leider wird mir jetzt aber seit 2 Tagen immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt sobald ich die Kündigung durchführen möchte. Hi Adobe Team,I'm getting a recurring "Oops! Something went wrong while creating your animation" error in Animate Characters.When I upload an audio file (via the "Upload from browser" option), it reaches 100%, the animation processes inthe background, but then this error appears. I can't play or download the video -- only refresh, which resetseverything.I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), cleared cache, used Incognito, multiple accounts, smaller.mp3/wav files, and even different networks -- same result every time. Only one video worked before this issuestarted.Please check if this is a known bug with the audio upload feature or guide me on how to fix it.
Hi Adobe Team, I'm struggling to consistently resize the images for different social media assets, at times it works and other times I just get an error please see attached. How can it be that certain images work and other don't
I have a problem with app. It's been two days and I couldn't use the app properly because whenever I clicked my projects (any of my projects) it would only get stucked on the “GETTING THINGS READY 98%”. I already did these solution and nothing can fix my app. Please help me. I can't edit because of this. I did clear the cache Uninstall then reinstalled the app Turn off the wifi Clear the data of the app
When I log into Adobe Express in Chrome (Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (x86_64)) or Safari (Version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9)) on Mac OS 26.1, the Scheduler icon in the black navigation bar on left had side of screen is visible for just a second then disappears. Please see attached screen recording. I have not updated Chrome or Safari and it worked when I last used it on 20251222.
I am getting "Your storage is full” even after deleting half of the projects and all file uploads. Is this a caching issue?using the app
Adobe Express has a beta feature called QR Code Tracking. When I turn this feature on and try to generate a QR code, an error occurs. It keeps loading, but no result is generated. However, when I turn this feature off and generate the QR code, there is no issue.
Hello everybody,I am a teacher and my classes are on Express Adobe Web Page. This morning, I discovered that all my pages are linked "404". I tried to unpublish, then to publish again: it still remains 404. I tired on various Internet browsers too. only solution I found yet is to duplicate the page, to create a new one. But it is not a good solution for me (many pages, many links to report for my students). So you spend hours getting your Instagram Reel ready, and when you try to share or download it, it gets stuck at 84%. You try making it shorter and compressing some of the data, but nothing works. Adobe Express is absolutely useless for giving feedback on how to compress it properly so you can post your file to your desired platforms. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem. Why am I paying so much to use Adobe only to be stuck with these issues?
I decided to try out adobe express and I got a constant error page and can not create or make anything. I tried to unsubscribe like normal, yet again hit with a never ending error loading page. I assumed it was a one time thing but every time I tried, I tried to contact support but the pages wont load! Everytime I tried anything I got the same result. After a month went buy, I got charged for a new month subscription, which im upset about and decided hey let me try to unsubscribe again. Yet again hit with the same never ending loading pages even though its been 1 month and a week since I last tried! I felt okay since im subscribed I might as well check if it allows me to create anything, yet again hit with an error notification anytime I click anything! Please release me from this, I cant make any content and I cant unsubscribe!! This is now month 2 of being stuck in this loop!adobe error.png

I started having issues yesterday with a blue pop up when I launched adobe express to create a YouTube Thumbnail. It is now saying "Performance Limitations Detected. Please ensure your browser is updated to the latest version and hardware acceleration is enabled for optimal performance." I am using Chrome and everything including the browser and Adobe Express are up to date. I also cleared my cache as well. It still throws the error upon clicking in to create. I use Adobe Express on my computer thru the web. The same issue also happened when I tried it on Micrtosoft Edge. Is there a fix for this? Everything literally lags when I am trying to work! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! Never happened until yesterday.
The ability to download to files isn't working on my iPhone or iPad. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Desktop -> Windows -> Progressive appAll my scheduled posts switch to "draft" after I set a date and time for them. If I try to change the date, they go back to "draft"The only workaround is to create a duplicate of that post and set the date on that duplicate and it apparently worksExcept that I've got a month or so worth of posts scheduled and I need to do that for every one of them.It happened for instagram, LinkedIn and facebook (I recorded a video), and it seems that it switches to draft on the actual date and time it's supposed to publish. Windows Desktop Web App and Firefox Cache have been cleared in both Edge and Firefox when trying on a browser, as well as logged out and logged in again: Same result. Folders no longer appear when applying a filter in the "my stuff" section: see video attached.As far as I remember it wasn't the case before and doesn't make much sense UI wise. Thanks!
