I've spent hours over the last few days making a long form video. Images and video were added, along with vocals from 11 labs which I pay for. Now it's disappeared. I literally cant understand why I'm paying for this. It's not good enough. It's glitchy and slow. And now work dissapears like magic.
Hi everyone, I need some help. I had a portfolio website on Adobe Express that was working fine up until about 18 days ago. Now, whenever I click on the link, I get a “404 Page Not Found” error. I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times, but it still won’t load. I’m not sure what happened because the site was working perfectly before, and now nobody (including me) can access it. I also tried checking on Adobe Express itself, but I still can’t figure out what’s going on. Does anyone know why this might have happened or how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't know if this is a bug or intentionally trying to be creative, but I tried to create a banner with two specific words and good lord, the AI misspelled the words in all 12 versions! One of them I would have liked to use but then I would look like I can't spell or can't proofread, neither of which makes sense. Can you fix that? This is what I entered: "the words surviving dating in stylized form with faces of women of different ethnicities colors purple, lavender, rose pink, black, white and orange accents" so you can try it and see the hot mess results for yourself. Using Windows 11 and Creative Cloud for which Adobe Express is a part of the license.
An assortment of buttons are unaviailable on mobile app when in a file. This buttons include the save icon and "..." for more options

Hello, after the updates, that has been made, I miss my favorite functions: the old link was: https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio the new should be:https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/animation/audio but clicking on "create" the page stays blank. Is the funcion hidden in another part? I check also in the menu. with this function I could put an audio file in the program and got an animated "cartoon person" as a video file as result. There were no issues to begin with then stopped working.. Rebooted Reconnected to tiktok Verified token Rebooted Uninstalled desktop. Started free trial with credit card

Hello Adobe Express Team,I would like to share some feedback about the View-only link feature. When I copy the link and open it on my iPhone 15 Pro, navigating between pages is very difficult.Tapping once or twice does not move to the next page.The only way is to drag the page, but it is not clear whether it has worked or not.Ideally, the next page should slide in smoothly as a whole when swiping, so it’s visually clear.Alternatively, a simple single-tap navigation would make it much easier.If the intention is to prevent accidental page switches with a single tap, then making the page transition more obvious (like a full-page slide) would still improve the user experience a lot.This issue makes it hard to review multi-page documents on mobile, and I hope the navigation can be improved.Thank you.
I worked all day on a presentation slide document to have it complete deleted with no warning and I can not find it anywhere in my projects. This is awful, I spent more than 5 hours on this presentation to have everything just gone without me even closing the browser. Screenshot is the pop up.
I have spent HOURS and even full DAYS designing logos and products for my husbands business over the past few weeks. Upon downloading them I find them to be less than 1 MB in size, sometimes even less than 100 kb. I have pro, I have tried resizing the image to extemely large sizes, and I have tried downloading as a pdf and converting. I have tried on my desktop and my phone. No matter what I try, the image quality remains tiny. Upon searching the issue I find users have been struggling with this issue for years with no fix by the company. I sure wish I would've known about this before I wasted all this time. This is incredibly disappointing for a company with such a well known name in the graphic design world. Canva has the ability to choose quality of download, so theres no reason why Adobe still does not after three years of reports of this issue. If I am missing something, please advise.
Hello, I've had this ongoing problem for a while now, anything I download the quality becomes terrible and blurry. I've had support recently from customer service, I provided them access to my file and they improved the quality issue slightly, however, it's becoming worse now and quite frankly I'm getting fed up with the platform as it causes me so much friction. Please help resolve this issue!
This image looks fine while editing but when downloaded the quality is very poor
I created multiple display ad sized assets in Adobe Express and when I export them, the quality is really low. I have tried all the ways to export to see which is better res and they all export low quality. I am having to bring the ads in PS and redo some things but since I created all of these in Express, it would be a pain to redo them all in PS/Ai when the quality looks fine when working within express, only when the asset is exported, the quality is gone. Is there a better way to export small sized ads to retain the quality?
Keep getting a 502 Gateway Error when trying to add connection to LinkedIn. Wanting to see if it works before going premium.
I cannot connect to a LinkedIn page. I get the attached screenshot. Have tried ocver a dozen times.I have signed out and back into both Adobe Express and LinkedIn.I have tried to use connect and reconnect. I deleted the connection and tried to connect afresh after again signing out and in of Express and LinkedInI tried using the 'LinkedIn filter' which seemed to work for one user.I have confirmed that I have Super Admin rights for the LinkedIn page.Adobe Express can 'see' the LinkedIn page but will not connect.Safari 18.6MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1
I have been using the same AI generated font effect on Adobe Express for an event poster for the last 8 months, when I needed to update the date/times I would just go to the original file and update the text, and the generated text effects would update to the new text input. I have gone to do the same thing and now the text effects are not generating the same text effects, it seems to have created a new text effect for the same prompt without me changing anything. The result is a completely different text that I can't use for the branding anymore, and I can't seem to add any new text without prompting this new text effect. Any help?
Seems to me that overnight, Adobe changed the bounds of a text object - those periwinkle rectangles that appear when we edit text. In the attached screenshot, the text "vs" has its periwinkle bounds showing. They used to hug the text contents much more closely. This is just bizarre and not helpful in any way. This change makes it more awkward to arrange objects and to move them. Please give us an option to revert back. I am yet again confused by this team's weird UI decisions. In the meantime, there's still a bug that autoselects another object when you bring something to the canvas. This is something the team has acknowledged months ago. I do not understand why such fundamental bugs are not fixed, yet Adobe changes the UI to make it less intuitive and more awkward.

I select the page the click translate choose the languages that I want and then click translate on the bottom. I get a warning "please select a page to translate" and i don't get the option to duplicate.
I took today two hours ago the monthly plan and it's been two hours it's not showing that in the account though in Google play it's showing that I have purchased also stating that open the app to confirm the plan..I did it thousand times but still plan not reflecting in the app.

Dear Adobe, I have ran into an issue of some sort, recently. Whenever I try to download a video project, I get a notification that the download has failed (as can be seen below). This issue occurred all of a sudden, and hasn't changed every since. This issue occurs both on the adobe express web browser, and the app for pc (windows user). I have attempted to duplicate and resize the file. I have also used different media files, and also tried clearing cache, switching browsers, and using incognito mode. Regardless of any attempts, it isn't possible to successfully download a video. Other formats such as pdf and png do seem to work however. Could you please share with me what else I could do since I have attempted nearly everything so far. Screenshot below of the error, when downloading video:
