Adobe 2026 crashes when I launch a project that uses 6k BRAW footage.   I downloaded the latest Blackmagic Raw plugin since I updated Adobe Premiere to 2026.  It won’t load my project unless I disable the plugin. I already created proxies of this footage in the 2025 version of Premiere, but now it won’t relink to the BRAW footage and only uses Proxies. Operating system – Apple M2 Max  OS Sequoia 15.7.3

Built the ExporterSDK example plugin from Premiere Pro SDK 2026 WIN on Visual Studio 2022 (v17.14.25) with build tools v143.The plugin fails to load on both Adobe After Effect v26.0 and Adobe Media Encoder v26.0.From the logs:Loading C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\SDK\ExporterSDK.prmInvalid registry entry found so the plugin will be loaded from disk.Loading from disk...The library could not be loaded. The error code: 2685337601

Même avec le correctif de ce matin (25.6.2 build 1) les fichiers récents enregistrés avec la v25.5 ne s'ouvre plus (message d'erreur). Ce qui est étonnant c'est que j'arrive à ouvrir des fichiers plus anciens voire très anciens (24.x) !!!!

FrameIO v4 updated panel in 25.6.1 is a little better but still doesn't export and shows incorrect frame rates on export profiles which seem to be unchangeable. H264 presets are either stuck at 29.97 (or 30 for Vimeo preset) despite your sequence settings. There's no option to create custom presets that I can see in the extension (custom just shows a list of one you may have created in the past. Mine had a VOB preset which I don't recall ever creating so maybe it's baked in there. ) still having to break out to browser use and not able to use markers in the timeline. FrameIO is truly broken, anyone know any decent alternatives I need to carry on working somehow!

Only after enabling that option does Premiere show the folder selection dialog. After selecting a folder, the user can disable “Save as Separate Asset” again and export normally. This behaviour is confusing and inconsistent with previous versions. Problem The Export button remains greyed out even when inside a Frame.io project. The UI shows no way to select a Frame.io folder unless “Save as Separate Asset” is turned on first. The folder-selection dialog should appear automatically when exporting a new version, but it does not. There is no visible warning that a folder must be selected for versioning workflows. Hello everyone. I am experiencing an extremely odd error in Premiere that I've never encountered before and can't find any exact reference to. Essentially, the Export page is completely broken and nonfunctional. Initially the error presented itself as bening unable to access the export tab at all. I would click it, the button would highlight but nothing else would happen. I woulc becomeunable in interact with the Import/Edit/Export tab at all after that, but could seem to still edit just fine. I was able to solve this issue by selecting my timeline footage first, which then allowed me to click through to the export tab. I've never had to do this before today.However this ended up not being the extent of the issue. Once I actually reach the export tab, there are a brief few seconds where everything works fine, and then the page appears to freeze. I can no longer interact with any of the settings/buttons except for the file name, and pressing export does nothing. What makes thi

Made a ton of new custom presets with test names. When I finished up and decided to change their names everything was fine until I closed PP for the day and started a new session the next day. All my custom effects name reverted back to their old names. No matter how many times I change and save it, the names keep changing back.Im on windows 10, latest version of PP

Premiere Pro 25.6.1 sucks!My Premiere Pro just updated automatically, and it's causing me a lot of problems. It even happened on the day the client made the edit before it was actually used. The client blamed me for my inability to work, even though I didn't know what was going on. That's why I blamed myself.If this continues, I'll be permanently switching to Davinci and canceling my Adobe Cloud subscription, which I've been a customer of since my student days (15 years).And now, I still can't recover the backlog, I can only wait..which makes me very, very disappointed.

I am so tired of this HECV codec cannot be installed issue.  (premiere Pro)Hundreds of people have been complainging about it for SEVERAL YEARS now.They cant fix it though.  I know you need another PC for the workaround.  I dont have one.  Should not need one.Considering unsubscribing to adobe completely fix your product already!!and no I am not going to reinstall anything I have spent literal days on this issue time and time again over the years.  It's on their end but they wont find a fix for it

If you use the Text panel's transcript feature for text-based editing, you'll know how annoying this bug is.  If you try to highlight text which spans over a cut in the timeline, the highlight will fail the first time, then work the second time.  The highlight itself does not show up in the text panel the first time, and the in/out points are not placed.  This only happens when the attempted highlight crosses a cut.  See the video below for an example.   Premiere Version 25.5.0 (Build 13)Windows 10 Pro 22H2

When I edit a caption, the font is smaller than the size of the font in the text workspace This happens every time when I double click on the caption. This did not happen on the last version. check spelling doesn't work and has not been working for some years now!! at least on mac. come on guys!

whenever i transcribe my timeline and then cut something out of my timeline, the transcription doesnt follow. I look at it and its all off.  like when i hit play on the timeline, the transcription is showing something totally different then what I'm hearing on the timeline. I swear the transcription used to travel with you when you cut stuff out. Premiere version 25.4.1 (Build 3) 

On MacOS, you can normally navigate through text one word at a time by holding option and pressing the left and right arrow keys. This functionality is broken in the latest version of Premiere Pro (25.4). It still works fine in all other apps, and it worked in all previous versions of PP, so this is definitely an issue with the latest version of PP.   For example, when editing the name of a sequence, I can't jump between words by holding option and pressing the left and right arrow keys.   Edit 1: This only seems to affect the Project panel and bins. I can use Option + Arrow keys in other areas of PP, such as transcripts in the Text panel.

I used to set some templates to make sure ,all of my footages are the same.But recently it just don't work.As my screen shot,when the template drag on timeline,the text appearance setting doesn't fit. 

I have no idea what happened with Premiere pro. Everytime I open the project/create a new project and import video, there's like 50% chance it will crash. It is easily reproduced too when CTRL+M in export and then select preset/format. You keep trying until it crash.This happens consistently. While not 100%, it's still annoying knowing that you have to do this constantly. I tried installing in older version of premiere pro 25.2, 25.5. I tried NVIDIA Game ready driver and Studio ready driver, still not working. I tried disabling IGPU 9800x3d, still not working. I tried holding ALT when opening premiere pro and clearing all cache, still has the same issueIf only I could pinpoint the issue, I could just solve this. Anyone can guide me? Despite having it enabled, full-screen playback on my 2nd monitor does not work when I boot up Premiere. I have to go into preferences > playback > ok, and then it works. I don't even change anything, because it's already enabled. But for some reason, it won't work until I go into the menu and "ok" it again.  Does anyone know why this might be happening?  Thanks 

Hello everyone,when I installed the new 25.6.1 Pp on a fresh Windows 10 system (without traces of the previous premiere 25.5), I get the following error warning "film impact settins erorr" . This happens when I open projects from the 25.5 series (in 25.6.1)....some idea...thanks...all the earlier projects are version 25.5 and worked great...but when I open them in 25.6.1 I get that error... 

IssueI'm unsure if this a bug, but for some reason any type of transition (audio, video, effect, fade in/out, etc). Does not precisely "snap" to frames and you can end a transition between a frame. Which isn't ideal especially if you are trying to be precise as it can be time consuming ensure that a transition/fade in/out started and ended where it was suppossed to. I only noticed this behavior in the most recent update of premiere (25.4). I downgraded to 25.3 and it's reverted and back to normal. I also want to clarify that I do not have Show Audio Time Units enabled. This can happen anywhere in the timeline regardless of where the playhead is. I have created a new project and the same behavior is still there.  Hello,My premiere pro has been working fine for 2 years then all of a sudden I can' t render at higher resolutions. I have cleared my cache, tried making an entirely new sequence and changed the renderer. No idea why it is doing this, rendering only works at smaller resolutions now.  

Hi guys,   I'm having trouble with using the Type Tool and the Captions within the Text Panel.   This has happened in the past couple of days or at least, it's when I have noticed.   When the Type Tool is selected and when I click in the Programm Panel, like usually to type text nothing happens.   A red line now appears at the top and across the said panel. I am still able to drag a box but nothing happens after that.   Likewise with the Text panel and the captions. When I create a new caption track, and create a caption, I am able to create it and type in it, but nothing appears.   I've tried uninstalling the 25.1 version and re-installling - Nothing. I've tried installing the 25.0 version and the same problem - Nothing. I've tried creating a new project and opening an older project - Nothing. Lastly, I have also tried turning my Mac off and turning back on - Nothing.   In the 24.6.4 version, it works but ideally I'd like to be using the most updated

Hi GuysI recently started a new project after return from overseas holidays.  No matter what I do only after creating no more than 60secs of timeline the program continuely crashes giving the error message  'Premiere Pro has encounted an error and must close' I have tried everything Reset preferencesUninstalled PP and installed previous version. have even gone back to try and get 25.4.0 (Build 99) to work.Over the last wo days I have sent countless number of Error Reports,I have documented everything that is happening.As a final thought I tried to Create a New Project (Using Stand Template Settings) A new location to save to on a different internal Hard Drive New Folders to bring footage from Copied footage into the folder, only three small video clips to try and start. After I had done all this opened the New Project and created a new bin for the footage and imported , then crash.Sent report and tried again and discovered that the New Project hadn't

Hi there, I discovered a really annoying bug that needs to adressed asap. When I create a Premiere project with Dynamic links in After Effects on a Windows machine and later on open the same project on a Mac, upon saving the After Effects project, it deletes itself. It vanished, literally. Example: I create and work on a project with multiple dynamic links on a windows machine. Later I open the same project on my MacBook, and right click the dynamic link > edit original. Change the composition in AE, hit save and boom! Gone.  When you close out AE you're in bad luck. It;s nowhere to be found. Workaround is to hit 'save as...'  I've read online multiple people running into this problem. This is a serious and known problem and needs to be fixed asap!
