Anytime I create a multicam sequence and try to color correct within the multicam sequence, after a few adjustments the lumetri window grays out and I cannot make any adjustments. If I embed the multicam sequence within a new sequence I can make adjustments all day long with no issues. But, again, when I go into the container that holds the clips, after a few adjustments I can no longer use lumetri. It grays out. Here is a video I made showing the issue. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/452t8md7stqtmc9e7wc6r/20260309_143620.mp4?rlkey=5ar6y395g1ois9kcpxh6uq3qh&st=j58revyu&dl=0This has been going on for at least six years. I've seen other posts but no one can find the problem. Adobe will You please finally do something about this? relinking offline files has been causing my premiere 2025 (vers 25.6.4 Build 5) to lock up often and give me the spinning rainbow wheel. I wait and I wait for it resolve and when it doesnt i have to force quit the application. The company I’m freelancing with will not let us use Beta or Premiere 2026. I'm using the automatic transcription tool available in Premiere Pro to edit my videos, but I've noticed that when I right-click on a filler in the transcript and select the "ignore this filler" option, the rest of the sentence in that transcribed block disappears – causing the rest of the transcript to be out of sync.Transcriptions are in Portuguese (BR), I´m using Premiere Pro 26.0.0 (Build 72)As an example, you have a quick screen recording I’ve done of the issue. As you can see, the whole sentence present on the 10:27:11 - 10:46:56 mark disappears after ignoring the filler. Closing the project and reopening it doesn’t fix it, nor does changing my workspace. I’m happy to provide any additional info if needed Thanks in advance.
I have two cases:either the sound is not imported AT ALL...( the video does contains the sound), like NO sound track… either the audio and video are not synchronized…I do NOTHING else that importing a video…My project was build up from the previous version of premier, I dupliacted it, removed the video and imported the news ones that I need…I am stuck with this issue since 2 weeks now...corresponding to the exact moment I installed the V.20.5.2my laptop is on windows 11 pro, V25H2processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) ultra5 135Utype of video : MP4 Video File, recorded with the tool “camera” of the computerI didn’t try in another project… it really happened strating from the conversion from my previous project to the new version of adobe (cf screenshot) (but again, I removed all the previous rushes and imported the new ones...)
Trying to use text-based editing by loading a sequence into my Source panel so I can pick a choose sections from it in the text panel and insert them into the sequence I have loaded on my Program panel.First I load my sequence into the Source panel, them I open it in the timeline (pancake mode editing) and then when I go to the Text panel to select the portion of text I want to insert into the sequence I loaded in the source panel, the system automatically closes the sequence I had loaded in my source panel.
We have been using Premiere Pro 25.3 on Windows 11 (40gb RAM, 4gb graphics, Intel processor). Recently, when we save a project, Premiere will freeze after the save. We have tried clearing cache and temp files, even rolling back to earlier versions of 25.x and it still does it. One thing I did find is that if I roll back to the final version of 24.x it works fine. Only issue is that we have a lot of files that have been completed or are in-process in 25.x and you can't open them in 24. Our footage is being pulled from a network attached server that is connected via fiber in-house. Luckily, the project will save before the freeze, but you have to use the task manager to close Premiere and re-open it to continue working. I found a couple of posts from previous versions of Premiere with similar issues, but found no solution. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
The folder Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud exists, but there is only one item in there - a link to Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud. If I 'Show Original' on this link, I get the usual macOS message "the original item can't be found". Searching my system does not reveal the app Creative Cloud, only an app I can't seem to open called Creative Cloud Content Manager. All my Adobe CC apps open and function as normal. I know I didn't delete the CC app - I was looking for it to see if I could get the 2025.4.1 update, and I last used it to update to 2025.4 the day that was released two week ago, but now I can't update, because the app no longer exists? macOS 15.6.1MacStudio M1 32Gb EDIT: Just tried to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app from a freshly downloaded installer, and macOS just tells me "Can't open the application Creative Cloud Installer because it is not responding"? I’m working in Premiere Production in v25.6.3. The “Make a Copy” function in the production panel is making copies of projects that have duplicate IDs. This is now how it worked in previous versions. I’m not sure what’s causing it, but without “Make a Copy” I haven’t found a way to make copies besides just making new projects from scratch and copying content from the old version to the new version. Make a copy is causing a lot of duplicate IDs. Thank you.
This is the first time I’ve seen this error, after which Premiere crashed. I was gonna show a guy how to create a choppy text effect, so the steps to reproduce are:Create project, 1080@25 sequence Place a text on the timeline, type anything Add a turbulence displace effect to the text layer, animate Evolution, change the size property Play it backI got this error twice out of 6 takes, so it’s hard to reproduce. But 2 times is a bad sign as well. There’s was nothing else in that project except the sequence and the text layer. The project was created on a fast SSD I work from. 14700K, 4080, NV Studio driver 591.74 (not gonna update to the current until NVidia fixes the fan problems the new driver is notorious for, and a bunch of reports from users prove the new driver is safe).
Hello! I'm running into a problem where after using the Auto Transcription feature in the Text window, my clips source timecode is "changed." I believe it to be a visual bug: For example, my audio clip's start TC is 10:34:34:00, yet after transcribing, it shows incorrectly as 13:13:16:06 in both the Media Start column of the project panel and in the Source panel. However, it shows correctly 10:34:34:00 when hovering over the same clip in a sequence. This happens in both Premiere v24.6.5 (Build 3) and in v25.2.3 (Build 4). Saving and closing the project fixes this visual bug in v24, but not in v25. I'm currently transcribing clips in v24, converting the project to v25 to have clips show the correct source TC in v25.
When I am editing text in the transcript window, everything is fine for a few minutes. I can edit text and make changes as normal. Then after a few minutes, it suddenly stops working. I can edit the text, but when I press ‘Return’, the text doesn’t change - it just reverts back. I have tried going back to the source file and editing the transcript there, but I have the same issue. I have to quit and restart Premiere, and then it allows me to make edits again, until a few minutes later when the issue repeats itself. I have tried cleaning the media database, but it doesn’t make any difference.I am using Premiere Pro 26.0.1 on a 2023 Mac Mini. Thanks
Premiere’s search feature produces no results. It hides all the files and makes me believe I don’t have the file I imported earlier but it’s there. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the exact file name either. Doesn’t matter what type of project or why type of media. Even when I try using Premiere’s new search panel, it finds me a bunch of other things except the same file with the keyword I’m looking for.M1 Max Macbook ProSonoma 14.8.3
In Premiere 26.0.1, when I create guides in the program monitor, they work fine. But when I switch to full screen, the guides are present but they are not correct. See attached. Running Premiere 26.0.1 on a 2025 Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.7.4

(Title wrong, I confuse the two )Video below should explainWhen using “Ripple edit tool” it will not “grab” the cut26.0.1This happens specifically if you try to grab the cut from the audio track, and not video trackAnd also, more specifically, this tend to happen when the audio track is collapsed fullyHowever, it’s impossible to grab and adjust cuts from the video track, as a huge timecode will cover the audio waveform (another post earlier)
Seeing it multiple times this week in in premiere 25.3 25.4 and 26.0.1. Importing a .2+ hour gopro video at 1080 resolution. The audio is there, but it processes the audio and only shows me the first half of the waveform. I have deleted the peak files dozens of times, and it craps out after the long reopen/generate process, only to crap out with less than half the waveform available. The recent changes absolutely SUCK!!! I have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for the waveform to generate to become visible (unlike the old version where it would start showing you the parts of the waveform that had processed as as soon it is available Also “Generate Audio Waveform” function has never done anything.. absolutely nothing hapens. “Render selection” or Render Audio sometimes kicks it into working but not lately This program is SO fucking maddening--without this visual ability to see where the songs of the band stop and start, it is insanely time consuming to chop up and edit video.
My program window. The only way to fix this is to turn off Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration, which is no longer available. I occasionally run into a glitch where the image in my program window gets scrambled. Not only does this make editing a nightmare, the glitch often persists even when I render, making my final product unusable. In the past, I had been able to turn off Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration, which fixed the issue. However, Adobe has recently made the ill-advised decision to remove that option. Adobe has written an article explaining that they removed the option, but no explanation for why they did that or what to do when the GPU renderer creates problems. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/software-rendering-update.htmlI’ve looked online, and Adobe recommends that I start up Premiere holding the shift key and selecting “Use Software Rendering”, but that option has apparently been removed. There is no option for “Use software rendering.”I cannot fix thi

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue when exporting through Adobe Media Encoder. When I export directly from Premiere Pro, everything looks perfect — but when I send the same sequence to Media Encoder via Queue, I get random visual glitches (broken frames, artifacts, or flickers). Here’s what I’ve already tried:Updated both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to the latest version.Deleted Media Cache and Media Cache Files.Reset Media Encoder preferences (Ctrl+Alt+Shift on launch).Tried both Hardware Encoding and Software Encoding — same result.Exporting directly from Premiere works perfectly, so the problem seems to be on the Media Encoder side.System details:Device name: DESKTOP-KSKHTV7Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX @ 2.20 GHzInstalled RAM: 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable)Device ID: 3AC5D6EC-ECB2-410A-BA30-FA75179D5FD5Product ID: 00342-21183-14825-AAOEMSystem type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch: No pen or touch input is available for this displayGPU: NVID
Premiere - 25.3.0AfterEffects - 25.3.2Apple M2 Pro, OS Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)The [T] missing fonts icon appears even when the only font is installed and renders correctly and 'Sync Missing Fonts...' does nothing. I have Adobe Fonts turned off to ensure fonts I include with my mogrt all work and attach correctly. To narrow down this issue and find the offending font, I created a sample mogrt with two layers(a text layer and a solid) and an empty dropdown control. After installing the mogrt in Premiere, the [T] icon appears, indicating a missing font. The 'Sync Missing Fonts...' menu is not greyed out, but nothing happens when selecting it. The only font used in the mogrt displays correctly in the Program Monitor when on the timeline.I have tried this with a number of fonts and variable fonts seem to trigger it more often than static fonts, but I cannot find reliable pattern. My intent is to sell my mogrts and I reallly want to avoid the perception of errors i
In Premiere Pro 26.0.1, I have a multicam clip in the source monitor and I am doing transcript-based editing. If I go to the wrench on the source monitor and switch to composite video (to see only one camera), then I click in the text panel to jump to a point in the transcript, the video no longer moves to that point in the transcript. Scrolling and highlighting also stop working when in composite video view from a multicam clip. If I then close the clip in the source monitor and reopen it, or reopen another multicam clip, and leave it in multicamera view, the text window still does not re-align with the video, and won;t let me navigate by clicking in the text. The only way to get text-based editing to work again is to close Premiere, restart it, and stay in multicam mode. This is very frustating because when doing my assembly, I just want to see the main camera in the source monitor not the other angles - I want to see their facial expression up close, not all the camera options. Issue - playback freezes for about 3-6 frames immediately before a simple cut in the sequence. I think it’s happening before the cut, not after.Reproduce - place simple clips in sequence, trim the clips down, place more than one clip. I’m working in 4096x2160, 23.976 progressive. When I open premier pro at initial launch or while switching workspaces, when I go back to the audio workspace and select audio mixer, the tab is blank, no faders, to track effects, nothing.I have to go to workspaces on the top drop down menu, select Audio Mixer to turn it off, and then click it again to turn it back on and that bring the mixer back into view with all faders and effects tabs showing. This bug is intermittent, but it happens once or twice a project. This also happens on both my M4 Macbook Pro and my Custom Built PC (4090, Intel)
