Creative Cloud desktop

Greetings all, I recently got my new computer system up and running a week+ ago, and updated all of my apps in my plan.At this point in time, I feel very comfortable that everything is operating properly. I am of the opinion that I could/should safely delete the old apps; Photoshop 2020, Bridge 2020, LIghtroom Classic 2020, etc since I won't be using them any longer and they are taken up disk space unnecessarily. I am curious what the general consenus is in the Adobe community. Thank you in advance for your feedback. Hi - I am getting AbobeGCClient quite unexpectedly on Macbook air 15.6.1 os. Mostly I launch Acrobat or Photoshop these days.Any way to correct this?thanks 

I no longer see the Fonts tab in the Creative Cloud.I had some fonts I had "Installed" within this tab so that they work in other apps like Figma for example. NOw those fonts are disabled, and that tab to manage my fonts no longer exist. Is that a problem on my end or an update done to the app? anyone else have this issue?

I can't find the photoshop beta version, has it been removed?

Hello, I just signed up for a free trial, and downloaded the .exe file for Creative cloud, and when I double click it to install, I get a little thinking circle for half a second, then it goes away and nothing happened. I have never installed adobe products on this device before, and I've tried restarting and turning off my VPN, all with no effect on the problem.

I just installed my new Mac ( Sequoia 15.6.1) .  When trying to download CC to my new Mac I get this message :"creative cloud must be transfered to a compatible version to work on this machine" I'm clicking on "transfer" and then:"The repair failed due to an error. Please download and install a new version of Creative Cloud from www.adobe.(...)"When I'm trying do download CC again it's back to the first message, and it just keeps looping betweent he two.Deleted my old mac and uninstalled the Adobe apps on it trying to solve it.Any ideas what the problem is here?

Providing I run CC Desktop 6.6.0.611 (issued in April this year) along with LR Classic 14.3.1 and Photoshop 26.7, everything runs smoothly with not problems showing up in Win11 Resource Monitor. BUT as soon as I try to update LR or PS, CC Desktop insists on updating itself to 6.7.0.278 and then Adobe Crash Processor starts producing  up to 30 instances of CRDaemonHeartbeat.db-journal files. I assume this means that one of the dozen or so background progs that are updated with CC Desktop app is crashing. I have not noticed any effect on LR Classic or PS so far, but I don't like progs misbehaving on my computer! I have regular system backups and have gone back several times to prove that is it simply this update of CC desktop group of files that is causing the problem. Any solution in sight from Adobe? I understand that the Adobe Crash processor report to Adobe. Bob Frost

Iʻm so tired of not being able to speak to a human support person. I have a subscription to Creative Cloud for years now. Within the past several months the desktop versions quit working, they just hang or shut down. While the web versions do work they are really cumbersome to work with and force you to use their cloud storage, which I DO NOT NEED! After months of trying to get help, reinstalling programs, etc. this is the final straw, if I do not get an Adobe customer support person to contact me about these issues I have no other option but to cancel my subscription!! Unfortunate because I spent a lot of time learning the platform. However, if you look around there are a lot of options available these days and some of them are FREE. Adobe, if you do not change customers like me will be leaving in droves! To bad because this used to be a great company.

I am a new user and I cannot get rid of error code 198.  sync installer will not install.  I have removed every single adobe app and even used the cleaner.  I also removed all apps from my iphone. I still cannot sync.. this is all in the apple ecosystem.  Please help 

So I was just using Lightroom Classic and PS the night before and everything worked well. The next day nothing worked. Not the creative cloud, not LrC not PS. Tried opening them outside of CC and still doesn't work. There were no driver nor windows updates since the last time I was using LrC and PS. I tried searched around the net for hours and nothing worked. I tried downloading AdobeCreativeCloudCleaTool.exe, that does not work. I thought maybe I'll just uninstall everything from the W11's Add/Remove page, does not work (no response like how I open CC, LrC, PS). I tried the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/my_en/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html After downloading creative_cloud_uninstallerwin, running the service is just like the others, it'll run at the background (you can see it in TaskManager) but nothing happens.So I'm stucked with unable to open these softwares nor can I uninstall them. Any help would be appreciat

Periodically, especially when it loads upon start up Creative Cloud produces a loud buzzer noise. Seems to do it whenever an update has been installed as well. I have a macbook pro running the lates OS. The computer does not do the buzzer noise for any other apps. Cannot find any preferences that has anything to do with that. Any ideas? Thank you.  

The initial interface says there are 14 updates available. Most of the updates are incompatible with my system so this number is always inaccurate.  MacOS Monterey - Mac Pro 6,1

I've had this problem with the CCdesktop app displaying ver weirdly for quite a while. I've plugged away trying to find a solution myself for ages but it won't go away. There is also a problem with library syncing where have to enter the app and click on the files before they start to sync (very slowly) in Photoshop. I don't get this type of display problem with any other app, just CC desktop.All apps/drivers are up to date on Win 10.Thx in advance.  

Dernièrement, j'ai mis fin à mon contrat d'abonnement. Mon contrat se terminait aujourd'hui. J'arrive à supprimer Creative Cloud de mon bureau d'ordinateur, mais pas le fichier Adobe Creative Cloud. J'ai tenté plusieurs fois mais sans succès. J'ai même réinstaller la version pour le bureau et de supprimer le fichier mais sans succès. Ça m'indique tout le temps que je dois installer Adobe Creative Cloud. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide !!! 

Al instalar Adobe Cloud Desktop, comienzo a tener problemas con mi teclado de notebook. De estar funcionando lo más bien, el teclado de mi notebook comienza a tardar en responder durante unos segundos. Luego se soluciona y al dejar de teclear, el problema regresa otra vez. Si ingreso en modo seguro, la computadora funciona perfecto. Probé desintalar todos los programas de adobe. Formatié la computadora, volví a instalar el programa de adobe y el problema regreso otra vez! Hi. I have license Creative Cloud Pro.  But Adobe premier closes   Why the supplement burns and I reject this assignment ?????    

For a few weeks now, I keep getting asked to log back in everytime I open an Adobe app and many times a day, for no reason. Everytime, I have to log back in, hope that the Creative Cloud app will load and wait for all the fonts to reinstall... 20 minutes several times a day. This does happen on all the computers I'm logged into with this Adobe account (both Mac and Windows).I already tried reinstalling, cleaning caches of all sorts, going offline, etc.. but the issue remains.I am tired of this overprotecting system that litteraly stops me from working, as I almost spend more time dealing with the Adobe ecosystem trying to open my work than actually using the software...Please help/fix it. Application : Adobe Creative Cloud v.6.7.0.278System : macOS Sequoia 15.5

Last week I needed Photoshop but I couldn't open it because it happened to be removed from my computer (MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020). Today I found out that the same had happened to Premiere. Why? Nobody asked me!I had to re-install both apps and now all my settings are gone! 🙎
