I updated to "All Apps" and still do not have access to "All Apps" Just as stated in the header *Windows10

hey there guys i have been facing photoshop installation on my new laptop its showing some error although i have been working out diffrent software of adobe <spam link removed> and i want get help on installing it.

I have lost all color in my computer. I hit a button somewhere and suddenly lost all color from my entire laptop, I cannot figure out what I did or how to fix it. Please help me! 

Just need to delete the whole account as this product has been unreliable and costly.

Although i have the apps language switched to english in the Creative Cloud Settings the Media Encoder only always gets installed with german user interface. I'm working on a german Windows 7 PC.Does anybody see the same behaviour? and maybe even knows a cure ... ?

Hello everyone,I seem to be having a problem installing Creative Cloud for my desktop (windows 7)None of the answers online seem to be helping. I've tried redownloading the setup, restarted multiple times, and put it directly on my desktop but nothing seems to help.Photoshop HAS been downloaded on the same exact computer before, but now that I've uninstalled and deleted many adobe folders, it doesn't want to install again.I'm not very computer-savvy so a detailed answer would help a lot.

please advice i own a license of adobe creative suite 5.5 standardi cant activate the prudoct - the activation reach 2 pc limitthe old pc is dead and i cant deactivate the prudoct how can i deactivate old instalations and activate the new

Hi, I've been using Photoshop Elements 13 on my iMac for several years.I'm in the process of switching to a Windows PC. I've installed Photoshop Elements 13 on my PC, but the serial number that I got from my "Products" page in my Adobe account isn't accepted because it's already being used on another computer. I went to my Mac, opened Photshop Elements 13, clicked on Help > Sign out, but unfortunately that doesn't do anything. When I open the Help menu again, it still says "Sign out (<my-adobe-id)". I've tried several times, after closing/reopening the app, restarting the Mac, nothing goes.I thought I'd try to uninstall the app, but this doesn't work either as I've updated macOS several times over the years and the app is not supported anymore, so I get a "The app <some-guid> needs to be updated" error message.I've also tried reinstalling the app, but the same error is shown. I found people in the same situation, and the advice is to get someone from the

My computer is Win8.1 64bit. Where can i download Adobe acrobat DC 64 bit? The application manager always download 32 bits application for me!(I tryed PS and AI just now. the application manager installed 64bits PS and AI. Why it can't find a 64bit acrobat for me?!) 

I subscribe to the entire Adobe Cloud package. Can I install these on my iPad Pro, or do I need to purchase the mobile versions? Thanks.

My Media Cache occupies more than 350 GB  on C:C:\Users\micha\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files  Therefore I can't update Photoshop.I have no further options for deleting other Applications on my Computer.My Question:How to reduce the Roaming or to transfer it to another volume?

I cancelled my Adobe and paid a cancellation fee, only to be continually charged. When I try to review my purchases they will not show the cancellation charge. Where can I veiw this transation? I shouldn't have to pay another cancellation fee. I just want to stop being charged. I have never regretted signing up for something more.

my photoshop stops downloading at 10% despite me having changed the download destination to my D:drive. Also, when i press the error log, it claims 0 bytes are availible?

I would like to use Adobe Creative Cloud in discussion boards, essay, and anywhere possible within college courses. Some of theses college course includes Public Speaking, Culture and Society, and Intro to Programming just to name a few classes. Has anybody ever tried to turn in assignment to basic classes using any of Adobe Creative Cloud programs?

Hi, after the motherboard blew, I had it replaced, and there was an initial problem with CS6 which mostly cleared once I'd logged on (I guess my account said the licence was valid). However, Premiere persisted on quitting on startup. So, I have set about reinstalling CS6.It now claims my serial is invalid (again). It isn't. Take that as read, I have the discs and the box here and I bought them. I have run the CC cleaner tool.And now it's even worse at it comes up with a box saying installer failed to initialise.t also says "please download Adobe support adviser to detect the problem"When I do that it advises me to run the cleaner tool, which is what got me into this mess.Please help, this is driving me around the bend!

Hey there,  I'm trying to figure out if a font I downloaded from Dafont can be used on my CC iPad apps. I've already imported them into creative cloud on desktop and they work well there. For iPad right now it seems like the Anyfont is the way to go (I'm not totally sure what adding config profiles mean or if it's even safe––I would really rather use CC). Does anyone know of any app that takes avantage of the new ios's font install like CC?  Sorry if that was hard to understand! Thanks for any help 🙂
