Download & Install

I run MacBook pro High Sierra 10.13.6It says my Mac is not compatible if i want to download indesign. Why is this? Can't i download an old version?

I just migrated all my content to a new MacBook Pro.But my Adobe Creative Cloud settings didnt follow and in spite of a lot of filling-in of digital forms and passwords, doesnt load. I have had the suite for many years and paid the latest montyhly invoice for it on 24 January

I use a Macbook Pro, High Sierra/10.13.6. I keep it this way because I choose to keep my standalone version, hence cannot upgrade my Mac. I have had no compatability issues for many, many years (and still don't, I hope). However, within the last month, when I open Photoshop, I get a boxed message that states, "Adobe APplication Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager". However, the box also contains an "OK" box, which when I click on that, allows me to proceed with using PS. Clicking ok DOES work!! But trying to download "a new version... of AAM" does NOT work. Why has this suddenly started happening??  I also have LR5 standalone and Bridge CS6. Each of these work fine and open up withOUT any warning message, so what gives? Do I need to keep AAM at all? If I delete it, will this warning message go away? Bottom line, everything has been working just

How do I migrate over to a new laptop my version of Phtoshop CS6? When I tried it did not recognize my serial #. 

I just purchased the new 16" MacBook Pro.  I am trying to install the Creative Cloud and I get this message: "Creative Cloud Installer can't be opened because Apple Cannot check for malicious software." I am a graphic designer, and I need to access the Adobe Creative Suite as soon as possible to continue work.  I cannot access the Creative Suite.  Please help.  Thanks! Andrea

Yes I have downloaded the photoshop elements for $79 through thinkedu website but It gives me an error. What should I do now?

I have run adobe cleaner, restarted, and reinstalled four times with an identical result each time. I need a real solution. Each time I install Creative Cloud it gives this looping 'repair' error. I am running Windows 11 and installed Creative Cloud last week with no issues, installed Premiere Pro with no issues. Yesterday I tried to run Premiere Pro and had errors relating to Microsoft Visual C++ (I have never experienced that before) but was able to fix that quickly by re-installing the runtime files for C++. This appears to be unrelated but I will include that information for what it is worth. I have attached an installation log file. Thanks.

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à télécharger l'appli Creative Cloud. J'ai du la supprimé à cause de problèmes liés aux mises à jour et depuis je n'arrives pas à la télécharger. L’installation se bloque à partir d'un pourcentage. Que faire ??

Hello, I cannot login to Creative Cloud on MacOS Monterey. I tried everything, even cloud cleaner. When I tried to install Crative Cloud app again, there is a round turning but nothing is going on. Pls help!

Trying to update Creative Cloud for the past three days. Keep getting the same message: 'Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, and try again in a few minutes'.Tried a range of things:-tried different internet in different location-internet settings have't changed and i'm not using any virus protectors, but firewall is off-creative cloud cleaner to fix host files-uninstalled CC and reinstalled-uninstalled Premiere P and reinstalled-checked that I can reach adobe servers -installing a trial of Premiere from adobe websiteAnyone any tips - i've written to Adobe chat but will try anything in the meantime. Hallo,ich habe die CS6 Master Collection auf meinem iMay mit dem Betriebssystem Yosemite installiert und kann die Programme nicht öffnen. Zuerst kommt die Meldung "Seriennummer überprüfen". Die stimmt ja. Dann habe ich auf den Link "Probleme mit der Internetverbindung?" gedrückt. Dann kommt die Meldung "keine Interneterbindung", obwohl sie da ist. Es ist kein Lizenzproblem, ich habe noch genügend Lizenzen darauf. das hat mir auch der Adobe-Support bestätigt. Leider supporten sie solch ältere Programmversionen nicht mehr.  Habe dann noch verschiedenes "durchgeklickt" (s. Fotos), aber bin nicht weitergekommen.Vielleicht kenn jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen. Ich wäre sehr happy darüber. Vielen Dank.

Wanted to find out why the Adobe Creative Cloud running slow, then will pop up message stating "program install is taking a bit longer than usual, we are resoving this issue" will continue very slow to finish the install.

Hi guysSo, today I have run out of space of my 100GB in the CC file storage. I therefore made a huge clean, deleting tons of macro and micro files. Awesome. Nonetheless, after you delete all these files, in order to "really" free your space you need to permanently delete them.Awesome again. I go to the "deleted folder" but it seems I can't "select all" files.I even read the Adobe Help page, and they just write to select the files you want to permanently delete. Now, I have about 8000 files to select...Any solution?Many thanks

Bonjour , j'ai acheter la version 6 de lightroom version "à vie", j'ai recement remis a jour mon ordi et me voila dans l'incapacité de retelechercher ma version. Quand je clique sur "telecharger" j'ai le message suivant , version plus disponible !!!!Comment faire pour recuperer cette version ? I am trying to uninstall Photoshop, as I can't open the app and the icon just keeps bouncing (I'm on MacOS). However, as I try to uninstall the app from Creative Cloud, it keeps telling me I need to quit Adobe CR Daemon first- but I've already force quit Daemon multiple times from Activity Monitor. Estava funcionando e do nada parou de abrir. Tentei dos os modos contidos no Help da adobe. Reiniciei várias vezes, desinstalei várias vezes e agora não consigo mais instalar os programas da minha assinatura.  

What is the latest update for Photoshop that will run on Mojave. I have CS6 13.0 

AdobelPCBroker.exe - System Error placed a box in the middle of my computer screen. Cannot get rid of it by clicking OK or by closing. Box will not close; says "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Tried to no avail.   

I cannot install elements 13, I have the key. 

I bought elements 2021 as a gift for my wife through the Microsoft store. I am no longer able to download it to install. How do I get a refund? I own this software, I have a receipt for it, yet I cannot download it. Think we might take our business elsewhere

Hi all I need some apps like Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, but when I try it says "Not compatible" . Is there anyway to possibly get an older version? I tried looking at my apps but theres no option to get an older version.I have an iMac mid 2010 with High Sierra 10.13 and this is as far I can go with it.If someone knows a way to download older versions of the apps OR how to upgrade my OS I realy apreciate.Here you have my OS version and what is showed when I try to see older versions.

I cannot update my OS to whatever new version of Premiere Pro is available. I need to download the version that is compatible with my OS.
