My activation license for Photoshop Elements 15 is being used by a stranger. I purchased the original in January 24and registered it in August 24. The PC on which the software was loaded has been disposed of and the drive was securely wiped. So while trying to load the original copy  on to my new laptop i am now told that my code is being used on a third party machine and i need to purchase a new code. Logging into my Adobe account confirms that. I am greatly puzzled how this could happen. I surmise that someone has hijacked my email account to register the software as when i tried to login to my original Adobe account  my original password had magically changed.      

Hi,I have a brand new Windows 11 based computer and it will not allow me to install Adobe Photoshop.  It says that Photoshop can't work with Windows 11 due to S Mode.  Will Adobe create a version of Photoshop to work with Windows 11 S Mode?  Adobe Photoshop is one of my favorite apps and I don't really want to loose it.

I tried all versions available, all of them start up with the same error message:Could not complete your request because of a program error.then with every click, the error window duplicates. Only Photoshop beta works now (latest version)Tried all the fixes online (except deleting all CC from machine)HELP! MacBookPro18,1Apple M1 Pro16 GB

Hi,I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 13 last year for my windows pc. Now I also have a Macbook and would like to be able to use it on both PCs. I was able to download the Mac version, but when I entered the serial number I'm being told it's not correct (I double-checked - the number is correct...). So - any ideas? Anybody experienced the same thing? Or is it just not possible to use it on both systems? PLEASE HELP!!!

Estou arrependido da minha assinatura. Contratei os serviços da Adobe e não obtive a satisfação esperada. A Creative Cloud me deu a opção para instalar o Photoshop 22.2 (compatível, o Photoshop 23.11 não é compatível). Eu instalei a versão fornecida, mas quando tentei abrir, deu um erro ("Erro ao carregar a biblioteca ippCV").Minha máquina não é compatível com essa versão, mesmo no creative cloud dizendo que sim, não funcionou. Está faltando o SSE 4.2 ou superior. Mas então por que a Creative Cloud me deu a opção de instalar uma versão mais antiga, não havia nenhuma mensagem de incompatibilidade (como a da versão 23.11), então levei isso ao pé da letra.Eu precisava do download da versão v21, que ainda seria compatível com minha máquina, mas usando o suporte virtual, ainda não tive sucesso.

1. Ich muss meine aktuelle PS- und Lightroom-Versionen auf ein anderes Laufwerk verschieben, weil das Standardlaufwerk voll ist und keine Updates mehr zulässt. Wenn ich PS aber über die Windows-CC-App installieren will, geschieht dies automatisch auf dem Standardlaufwerk, eine Auswahlmöglichkeit habe ich nicht. Wie kann ich das ändern?2. Muss ich dann auch die gesamten anderen Creative Cloud-Anwendungen (Bridge etc.) verschieben oder kann ich die auf dem Standardlaufwerk belassen?

Signed up for the 7 day trial of Premiere Pro today and when I attempt to open the installer via the downloads folder an hourglass appears as if its loading, howerver nothing happens. I've attempted to open as an admin, and open in compatability mode (windows 8), both of which yielded the same results. Windows just updated as of today and my graphics drivers are also up to date. My PC specs are:Windows 10 Homei7-6700 CPU at 3.4GHz32GB DDR4 RAMGPU: Nvidia 1080 w/ 8GB of memory 

I have the Photography Plan Today as my personal/private account.   We are looking at getting Adobe Illustrator at work.Sometimes I need to do some work at home in Illustrator (when working from home).   Can I be logged in both at my works account and my personal account at the same time?       /Jocce

Hello,Where are pervious versions of Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere, AE, etc.)?The oldest I can find is 2021.Where can I find CC2017 or CC2018? Or CC2015?Using an old machine and newer versions are obnoxious on it - had it pretty flawless with CC2017 - I upgraded and can't go back.Any help is appreciated.Thanks!

Early on in my experiments with the Illustrator CC library, I added a few common items including a piece of text with a copyright statement. Many months later, I'm adding more vector art assets to other libraries, and I find that same copyright text snippet showing up in every asset, positioned several inches below the artboard of the added object. I'm puzzled where it came from, because it was never present in the documents from which I'm adding artwork. In fact, it's a 2017 copyright statement that I've not used for a long, long time!I've tried different methods of adding the art, but the mystery text object always appears. I can, of course, edit each one and manually delete the extraneous point text object, but the art objects themselves are small (about a pica square) so the regenerated thumbnail comes in only a few pixels wide/high, which is often too small to distinguish one artwork from another.Is there anything I can do to prevent this rogue text object from inserting itself in

Hello! I have purchased a Photography Plan (20GB) with Photoshop and Lightroom. I have currently activated my license on two PCs, but I'm in the process of upgrading to a third machine. I am aware that I can only have Creative Cloud active on max two devices. My question was, if I deactivate Creative Cloud from one of my two current devices, will the Photoshop and Lightroom apps that I downloaded on that PC, be uninstalled? Or will they stay installed on the PC, and I'd simply be unable to use them?I ask because I may still need one of my two current devices to work on Photoshop, and wanted to preserve all my current brushes and settings without having to reinstall everything, in case I need to use Creative Cloud on there again.Thank you!

I am trying to login to my adobe account from my android phone, using the samsung internet browser, i enter my email and then get this page and image (see attached), It appears to be russian, but not sure why? 

I am trying to get a 32bit adobe reader version installed on my Windows10 machine along with a 64bit Adobe Pro but no matter which order I try to install it, I get a message saying that there is another version already installed and so it will only install one or the other. I have tried running the CC cleaner and that did not do anything either and so if anyone has any ideas I am all ears!

During the first call, the agent unnecessarily uninstalled my software, claiming reinstallation would resolve the issue, but abruptly ended the call without resolution. A second call confirmed the issue was certificate-related, not software-related, but no solution was provided.Ten days later, I began receiving errors indicating my Acrobat Pro software required payment. During a third call, Adobe claimed my software was outdated and unsupported, despite functioning properly prior to the initial support intervention. The agent could not restore my software, citing a lack of records, despite finding it under an alternate email. Unfortunately I have had the experience of gotten myself into some bad stuff in life, which caused these annoying things to take care of. That is, to uninstall all of the unused and unwanted Adobe CC applications that I really dislike.  I've never used them, just got them installed to test something a few years ago. Then I found out, you can't uninstall e.g. Photosh... without first logging into an Adobe Creative Cloud account. That is, must I say, a very "creative" (if I shall be polite) way of controlling users. So I found the terminal based Adobe CC Cleaner application, that found A LOT more applications installed than I thought there were, 15 of them! I was quite amazed, actually.  To the questions: Why are Adobe so anti-consumer nowadays that you need to download their special anti-malware application to uninstall their own software without login? And second, does it actually work to uninstall the application IF you first login to your CC account, or
