Last october I started the trial - realised it wasnt going to work for me - and cancelled. This was within days of start up.Clicked all the buttons and done right?Nope - turns out it became and active subsciption and I have been paying for it for months. Now if I try to cancell there is a fee. For a service I cancelled, have never actually used, and dont want.So - check and double check and even use the chat service to make sure In the mean time I am 'on hold' in the chat; and I am going to guess that will remain my status until one of us dies - not wait.... the chat has just been terminated.

Hello, I bought the Adobe Photoshop student plan yesterday.However It still shows that I am on trial mode and that I dont have any plan under my account.Is it normal? What do I need to do in order to solve this problem? I Thank you for taking your time to answer.

A few days ago, I purchased Creative Cloud's Student discount package. (I purchased all the applications.) But Creative Cloud did not download. The authorities sent me a file and I was able to download Creative Cloud from this file, but I could neither update Creative Cloud nor download the application. Both of them gave Error Code 113. (There is a photo for information) No official could solve my problem. I turned off my antivirus and firewall and tried different internet networks. But the problem is not solved. (I did everything on the Adobe support site.) Please help me, I don't want my money to go to waste.

I purchased a prepaid copy of the Acrobat Pro 2020 from a store (it is a physical card with a redemption code). I sucessfully retrieved the serial number from the Adobe setup website and clicked on the link, but it keeps downloading as an .exe file not a dmg file despite the card clearly marked as for macOS. When I clicked to install it my Mac gives the fail message that there is no compatible program to open the .exe file (which is what I would expect knowing that I need dmg for Mac). Is there a way to get the prepaid card version to download the dmg copy instead of the .exe copy. I know there is an online download page, but that requires me to purchase a copy/subscription again, which obviously I don't want to do having already paid hundreds of dollars for the prepaid version. My computer is a Mac Mini M2 (2023). Thanks for any help. PS: I have been trying to find a phone number to ring Adobe for HUMAN support. Can't find that either, if anyone can help with that.

Please could anyone confirm if the current set of Adobe Creative Cloud products, including the Creative Cloud installer, work on Amazon Workspaces ? At this point I am looking for a Yes/No answer so as not to waste further time if it is a negative.The reason for this quesion is that Adobe Creative Cloud Installer does not re-commence after the web browser login step. I've been running the company's desktops locally using Adobe CC successfully for years and now we are migrating desktops to the cloud we seem to have a major issue. I Googled for some time on this issue and found no clear or consistent answers, so am pposting here in hope of getting an understandable answer.Out of interest, I believe Amazon Workspaces uses Win Server 2016 with the Windows desktop experience - maybe that has something to do with it ? Thanks in advance and for taking the time to read.

I bought the original CS6 package a long time ago. The seller even talked to Adobe about whether the serial number of this software is okay (I have the transcripts). Then everything was fine. After five years, however, Adobe blocked my number. After talking to them and handing over the proof of purchase and transcript, they admitted that they would give me a new number. Now, again after five years, the number they gave me was blocked. They say that the number they gave me cannot be used in Europe. Somehow, for five years, it was able to be used. When they gave me my number, they knew I was from Europe. The number was legally registered five years ago. Now they dismiss me and don't respond to my emails. And it's not true that Adobe doesn't communicate via e-mails (someone wrote that somewhere on the forum). The chat person sent me an email and I replied to it. I also know that Adobe employees read the forum.   In this way, they are trying to force me into a cloud that I don't need.

I recently got a new machine with Windows 11 and I'm going through the painstaink process of moving 8 years worth of data and programs over.I'm finaly over to CS5, and it installed without any issues, but I goofed on something else and had to restore the computer to before the install of CS5.For whatever reason when I try to reinstall it just wants to give me issues. I've tried clearinging out old folders left over from the install that for whatever reason stayed.I've tried restoring it again and going to a backup.I tried using an uninstaller and cleaner program to make sure it was scrubbed.I used the Cleanupscript program I tried hunting down what elements I could find that were adobe in the registry that I dared to remove manually.I even went so far as to dig into my old machines harddrive and tried to drag and drop the files in the same location and checking that the paths were the same. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!!!!!!!One error it keeps yelling is that the OS isn't supported,

Hello, ich habe leider das Problem, dass ich AE nicht runterladen kann, da immer wieder die Meldung "Mehr Speicherplatz für die Installation fpr After Effects erforderlich" erscheint. AE benötigt insgesamt 8 GB, habe ich gelesen und mein Systemspeicher beträgt 8GB. Ich habe aber Speicher auf diesen "Macintosh HD" drauf. Ich kenne mich damit nicht so gut aus und benötige hilfe. Sind das separate Speicherplätze oder wie soll ich das ganze verstehen?Immer wieder erscheint auch die Fehler Meldung "133" in Creative Cloud. Ich bitte um Hilfe!

I am trying to set up my Macbook Air 10,1 with my Adobe programs. I successfully downloaded the Creative Cloud app but when I try to download any of the programs like Indesign or Photoshop, it immediately says failed to download. Several blogs posted ideas on trying to find the file Adobe AAMUpdater and such but I cannot find those files. I did a search but they do not exist. I am running Mac OS Monterey 12.6. Help!

I've had the Creative Cloud and Illustrator for years but got rid of my subscription for a couple of months. Now I have the subscription again (same one as before), but I can't login anymore on either app. On illustrator it says "we can't verify your subscription status'' and on Creative Cloud it says ''you aren't signed in'' and I go through this endless sign in loop.  I've tried unistalling and reinstalling. Sometimes it doesn't even unistall properly. I've tried restarting my computer already. I've tried downloading the latest version. Nothing seems to work.  Wifi is fine. Storage is fine. Everything is fine. I don't know why this is happening or what to do about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a Professer on campus who swears by Pagemaker for Windows and has used it since the early 2000's. He is moving to a newer windows 10 computer (which has been running PM 7 with no issue) and we have managed to lose his install disks. We still have a copy of the original order through Adobe with the license key. I opened a support ticket with Adobe for assistance and was told basically to go fish.I know the program has been out of support for years. I've been able to download a trial version of Pagemaker so I then asked support about how to enter my license key to activate it and was told to go to the Community forum for help as they no longer support PM.I don't see an obvious way to enter the license key. Anybody have any suggestions? I am not looking forward to being the one to tell the Prof that his only option is to go to InDesign especially since my boss (who is no longer here) was the one that would not let the Prof hold onto the install disks!

When trying to update Adobe Creative Cloud, the process freezes, usually around 51%.  Then I get an "Update failed" message with Error Code 184.  Adobe suggests restarting computer and retrying, but there is no change.  I have tried going into task manager and closing all the processes I can, but I still get the same error.  I have tried to uninstall/reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud but it won't let me without uninstalling my apps, in may case Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.  Are there any other suggestions short of uninstalling all my Adobe apps and reinstalling?Nat

I have a Adobe account through my school as a teacher, and use Photoshop, etc. I currently have Photoshop 2021, and wanted to download  Illustrator. all of my choices are not compatable, so I decided to search for Illustrator 2021, and could not find it? Want to install craetive cloud so i can then install other apps. when i run setup it says that another installer is already running. i go to task manager and nothing is running.I have read many discussions, but i have no apps to run cleaner on, or any apps installed to delete opm.db file.I have downloaded the zip file extracted and run setup as admin.I do not know what to do at this point.Thanks for any helpjose.Avila

Hello, I work for an organization that does not allow "Cloud-based" software. Is there in option within Photoshop CC in which you can choose not to install the cloud features, or to disable them once installed? We can only have localized software on the machine.Thanks!

If you are like me and work in a fairly secure office where all Internet access is routed through an authenticate proxy server (you have to use an ID and password to get to the Internet) you might have noticed that installing CS6 products can be difficult.The installer told me to go to http://www.adobe.com/go/getactivated for an offline activation.It is not practical to "Disable the firewall" or"Disable the proxy" as most of us worker bees have neither the authority or ability to do such a thing. So back to that last bit: "Disable the proxy server." Well I could not do that, but I could disable my PC's ability to connect to the proxy and therefore make it seem like I had no Internet whatsoever. I recently bought a new HP laptop with Windows 11.  I've downloaded Photoshop Elements 10.  After the computer restarts it is stuck on HP screen and gives Bios errors.  I wiped out all the apps and started over.  Downloaded again with the same problem.  I'm currently looking for answers.  At this point I'd have to wipe the pc clean again and go without Photoshop 10 on my new computer.  Any help is appreciated.
