Hi all, I believe this topic has been coming up quite often and I have gone through quite a fair bit of proposed solution and it does not work for me. E.g. Resetting host, generating response code via offline activation and etc. I had reformatted my Mac recently and tried to reinstall the Lightroom 6 that I had purchased in 2018. However, i am always stuck with the screenshot as shown below, even though i am using my home internet to write this Help Message now. Has anyone managed to resolve this issue? How can product stop working for legacy product as it had removed the activation page? Appreciate your help. Thanks.    

I keep getting this message when attempting to open ID  Missing file: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/TypeSupport/.../KOREAN.TXT and then it shuts down. Any suggestions please? Cheers

Hello. I have a 30-day trial for all creative cloud applications, but I can’t use anything in the application itself, it says that the trial period has expired. Help, what to do?

Hi,I recently downloaded the Trial version of Premiere Pro.  I would now like to purchase Premiere Pro.  Because I'm not entirely familiar with the purchasing of the software, I'm hoping someone can help.I already have a licensed PHOTOSHOP CS6...So I'm a little confused, when I go to buy PREMIERE PRO online under the INDIVIDUALS Tab it gives the option to purchase PHOTOGRAPHY - SINGLE APP - ALL APP - ALL APPS + ADOBE STOCKMy question is.  If I purchase the PHOTOGRAPHY option does it include PREMIERE PRO?  Because under the drop down list there is no mention of PREMIERE PRO...  and I don't want to purchase PHOTOSHOP again as mentioned that I already have this.

Photoshop v 25.1 and Photoshop (Beta) v 25.2 are both auto-updated. Shall I remove Photoshop v 25.1 manually? A similar situation exists with Illustrator v 28.0 and Illustrator (Beta) v 28.1. Do I need to keep both versions of each app? Shouldn't auto-update have removed the older versions? Do I need to keep both versions?

I have a new MacMini and older versions of Adobe Photoshop 5&6  and Illustrator 5&6 and I'm trying to them to function (work) on my new mac mini with the OS sonoma, any help would apprecated  

I just upgraded Lightroom Classic CC (version 8.2) and Photoshop CC (version 20.0.3). But today, Adobe Creative Cloud asks me to reinstall them all!! (see image).I am logged in. I tried to logout/login, restarted my computer. Nothing works.Also, something VERY ANNOYING. When clicking "Nouveautés" (What's new), it redirects you to a page of the 8.1 version of Lightroom Classic CC (New features summary for the December 2018 release of Lightroom Classic CC)Since the subscription model, I find the Adobe CC upgrading process very buggy and frustrating.

A few years ago a friend gifted me an Adobe CS6 master collection, and he installed it himself on my current laptop. I'm getting a new laptop, same 64 bit, same operating system.Is there any way I can move my license to the new laptop? Would i have to install all the programs in the package individually for this?Also, is there any way I can recover the product key? Or see it within the program? I can't currently find my friend to ask them for the product key. Is it by chance the same as the serial number I get in System info (within the open program screen, under Help)?One final question, if I manage to get the license on the new laptop, do I need to deactivate it on the old one? I've found some posts that said a license can be activated on two computers at a time.Any info appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Needing to replace my 2013 iMac (old Intel with old spin hard drive! UUGH) - and right when I wzs going to purchase an iMac with the M1 chip - it disappears and now only the M3 version is available from Apple. Illustrator is my main program I use every day (work), but I cant find if it will work with the M3 chip, only that it now is native to the M1 chip. Any thoughts or knowledge on this situation? Would you jsut buy a refurbished iMac with M1 or wait it out until Illustrtator is working with the M3 chip?

Ei kysynyt asennusavainta lainkaan, vaan ohjautui Adoben sivulle josta ladataan kk-maksullinen CC (se kuuluu jo vuosipakettiin). Luulin, että maksun sijaan sinne se koodi syötetään. Mutta ei, heti lähti maksu CC:n osalta tuplana.Jouduin purkamaan ja poistamaan kaiken, mutta uudelleen asennus ei onnistu.Kuinka se onnistuu (tai kuinka peruna kaupan ja aloitan kaiken alusta) ?Ymmärsin, ettei Gigantti peru ladattavia kauppoja. 

I've bee trying to download premier pro from the creative cloud on my MacBook Air. MNy subscription is still active. But when I go to the cloud to check if its installed, premier pro is stuck on the "waiting" process. I tried clicking cancel and going to the downlaod page in the cloud to cancel it also but it doesnt work. Does anyone have a fix?

Kann InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator (alle CS6) nach Neuinstallation des Betriebssystems Windows 10 22H2 zwar von den CD's installieren, aber nicht beim Adobe Account anmelden. Fehlermeldung: Mail Adresse und Passwort stimmen nicht überein. Daran kann es aber nicht liegen, da ich online auf meine Accounts zugreifen kann. In meinen Accounts ist die Software registriert. Derzeit ist ID ist auf zwei weiteren Rechnern installiert, auf einem ist es deaktiviert. Photoshop und Illustrator auf jeweils einem Rechner. Soweit mir bekannt, kann die Software mehrfach installiert sein, aber nur auf einem Rechner gleichzeitig genutzt werden.Jemand eine Idee? Danke im voraus!

I just finished a new pc build, and I can't access my old harddrive. Now when I try to install my photoshop elements 10 on my new pc, i keep getting this message, "This serial number already in use." And I am not able to do anything else.What do I need to do to get this to work?

Hi guys. I need some help. I used to work for a company that closed in 2021.  When they let me go, they gave me the laptop as I was planning on freelancing. They bought the Adobe CS5 Master Collection which is installed on said laptop.  I have been using these programmes for years without any problems. About 2 weeks ago I opened Illustrator and was met with the 30 day trial screen.  This is the same with all my adobe programmes (photoshop, indesign, acrobat etc.)  I've reached out to them asking for the serial keys, but unfortunately nobody knows where it is. I've downloaded Belarc Advisor and it found a serial key for the Adobe CS5 Master Collection, however, it says trial? I've tried inputting this serial key but it doesn't work. Does anyone know a fix for this?  Is there any other free software that I can try?Would really appreciate any help. (I've tried the system info on the programmes but no serial keys) Thanks in advance for any

Hello,I recently used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to delete my version of subscription Creative Cloud, and accidentally deleted my permanent license as well. I used the tool because my subscription expired and I was unable to get into Creative Cloud to uninstall it that way. I don't have the serial number as the computer was a friend's and it came with the version of Photoshop from when they were using it, and they don't remember their serial code. Is there any way I can get my app back? I use it in my every day life and I can't afford a Creative Cloud subscription.Thanks,Sage

Hallo,vor 2 Tagen wurde mir mitten in meiner Arbeit die Lizenz für Creative Suite CS3 Design Premium entzogen.Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten mit verschiedenen MA von Adobe wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Lizenz nicht mehr gültig ist. Ich weiß, dass sie sehr alt ist, aber das heißt doch nichts. Ein Auto wird mir nach 10 Jahren auch nicht vom Hersteller abgenommen! Die Version hat mich damals 2.500 Euro gekostet und ist einfach so - von heute auf morgen - beendet von Adobe. Mein Fall-Ticket wird dann mit den Worten "Ich hoffe, wir konnten dir helfen" geschlossen. Unverschämtheit!!! Hat jemand auch ein solches Problem? Ich bin richtig sauer ... vor allem, weil man mir im Anschluss an das letzte Telefonat gleich neue Abo-Preise zugesandt hat, obwohl ich das nicht wollte. Reine Abzocke!!! Falls jemand einen Tipp für mich hat, wie ich meine alte Version noch nutzen kann, wäre ich dankbar.Ich benötige nämlich einen Link zum Download, da einer der "kompetenten" Mitarbeiter mir dazu gera

I am also having trouble installing Creative Cloud. Fresh Windows (newly formatted) 10 build and worked perfectly on Windows 8. Download installer from Adobe site but gets to 5% and hangs (see screenshot). Have given it an hour or more but never moves. Followed above procedure, but only change is it now asks me to login first.

I delete it and it keeps coming back, cluttering up my Documents (os x) folder.  How can I get Photoshop CS6 to put it somewhere else? (or do I have to hide it like one does with Microsoft Office?)  In advance, thanks!  Bruce Spear

After the V13 update of Lightroom Classic I noticed I had also installed Lightroom in error. As I don't use Lr, I uninstalled it from Windows 10 (Ver 22H2) control panel. Since then, when using LrC, Creative Cloud Desktop (ver 6.0.0.571) loads and the pop up below displays, sometimes several times whilst editing images. In an attempt to stop this happening, I have reinstalled Creative Cloud and logged in again. I have also reinstalled Lr, then uninstalled it the correct way via Creative Cloud, however, the issue is still happening. I also run the latest versions of Bridge and Photoshop. Any suggestions to prevent this will be gratefully recieved.  

Ich habe in der Creative Cloud eingestellt, dass er alle Aplikationen in E:// installieren soll aber er installiert es immernoch in C:// Dabei habe ich den PC schon einmal neu gestartet etc.weiß jemand, wie ich den Fehler beheben kann? Hatte vorher alle Programm auf C und da er nach dem Ändern die Programme nicht automatisch rüber kopiert hat habe ich manuel die Programme auf E geschoben in der Hoffnung, dass die Creative Cloud diese erkennt, aber Pustekuchen. Er dachte ich hätte sie nicht installiert und dann wollte ich diese neu installieren, aber er hat sie immer wieder auf C gepackt

Hello, I can download the e.g. installed for Photoshop on my MacOS Ventura 13.6 ("Photoshop_Installer.dmg") and it start up, a colorful "Adobe Creative Cloud" window pops up and fetches the downloads, a popup is displayed with a text "Adobe Creative Cloud will launch in 5 seconds", a countdown, and then... simply ends. No crash info, no nothing. The DMG file has disappeared. No CC installed, no Photoshop, no nothing. What now? Thx for any pointers.
