Hey, i try to activate the use of Firefly with generative Credits for our staff.But everytime a user with logs into firefly.adobe.com we get an error about:You don't have access to this featureYou can contact your admin to request access. As an Administrator of the console.adobe.com i can use Firefly. But i cannot see how i can enable this Feature for everyone?I have enough Credits:Standard features500/500 credits leftNext reset: December 18, 2025  I can also not generate Pictures...  Please help

Hi...I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro licensed. I got issue during convert from PDF to Excel. Why after conversion, the columns and figures in Excel misalign or merge across a single column?

We are in product design team and have created 'projects' on creative cloud for our aic. files. Our product designer accesses these files to update dielines and our graphic designer accesses them to add/refine the artwork or print layers. Other team members open the files from time to time to export assets as SVGs. Why does Creative Cloud not notify you when a file is already OPEN or IN USE by another user? Can I change a setting so it is not possible to open a file if another team member already has this aic. file open?

We installed acrobat 2025 using chocolaty and building our transform's file etc to remove not allowed features etc. We are wondering is there a command we can run to trigger patches/updates from ansible as we would like to do this on a monthly basis with our other patching. The machines are locked down so users cant do this themselves. I need to get adobe suit, but via my company, and in order to do that, I can only send an invoice to them, so they can pay for it. is there a way I can connect to adobe support and do this process with them. I don't understand why we yet to have the option to download Windows files only. Organizations need to have that option as there are many that are Windows only. Because there isn't, we have to spend several days downloading the updates and chasing deleting the mac files to keep the server from bloating.Same with language. We should be able to choose the languages we want to download.I'm aware we can choose which products to download but this isn't very useful in many environments. We want staff to be able to use any of the products available. Also, exactly what does --cleanup do? It just cleaned up 70 files after running a fresh install, yet the Photoshop folder still has files for versions going back to 22.0 when the latest is 27.1. Isn't the point of the cleanup to delete all old versions to prevent bloat? If the apps get updated as soon as the CC app is opened, why do we need to have these extremely old versions still get downloaded?So what is the other option? Maintain a filte

Dear Adobe Customer Support, I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding an auto debit mandate linked to my Maybank account for my previous Adobe subscription. I cancelled the Adobe auto debit (managed via Pacific Trustees Berhad) through my Adobe account on 19 July 2023, and my Adobe service was scheduled to end on 21 July 2023. However, despite the cancellation, my Maybank account still shows the debit mandate as active, with an approved limit of RM30,000. This situation is causing serious concern, as it creates the possibility of future deductions without my authorization.
