Hello,I need to change organizaiton name. This AI Chat doesnt help and cant create case to support because there is no button for this action. Also i dont have edit button in admin console to edit it by myself. How can i change it?

I think there is huge space for improvement at Adobe. Today - after assigning e.g.  CC apps plan administrator cannot see if app is actually being used. So if I assigned 100/100 apps available in my organization and I have another request there is no way for me to tell if all 100 users that hold licenses actually use them. Expectation - provide admins oversight of CC apps usage, e.g. equivalent of last login date in Adobe Workfront, a clear indicator of when was the last time a given user actually did open up and used the app. Happy to provide further details to Adobe team if interested in picking up this topic

How do i delete my account? I don't have any subscriptions. I went to https://www.adobe.com/privacy/privacy-contact.html and under "Other Privacy Questions Not Listed Above", I clicked "Click to begin", I filled out the information, got a code, under "Request Type", I clicked "Account or personal information deletion", clicked next and I got this.I clicked the "these instructions" link and it told me to go to https://account.adobe.com/privacy, click "Data and privacy setting" and scroll down to "Delete Adobe Account" under "Connected Apps" but I don't see that option. "Connected Apps" is the last thing on the page.

So yeah i dont know how to even type this in a coherent manner,   I bought a year adobe membership from this third party website, all of a sudden all these profiles started popping up, with only one having the actual license on the profile, the others just exist for some reason. I dont know how to delete them, and on some actually have portfolio work.    I want to consolidate all profiles into my main original one ( that didnt even get the license on it btw, another profile had it activated) so all my work is again in one singular profile. And i want to take these admin / org rights away from them or whatever and give all power back to myself because this is becoming extremely annoying. When selecting different profiles, the organization also changes to that org, I have no idea  going on and it pisses me off. I was connected to an organization with my school email. I graduated and used my school email for a free trail for 2 weeks then charged $20 a month which I am okay with and I changed the email to my personal email now. When I clicked on indesign this morning it said "Your InDesign license has expired. For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your IT administrator. You’re currently signed in with your email ID *******@17413941. You can also sign out and use an adobe ID that already has a paid subscription." How do I contact my IT administrator??????? Hey everyone, I keep getting a 400 error when I issue POST calls to the User Management Action API. The documentation says that 400 errors occur when "some parameters of the request were not understood by the server or the Service Account Integration certificate has expired." Is there a problem with my JSON? I'm working on Federated/Enterprise IDs, so domain isn't included in body (though I have tried that). Why did I cancel my subscription but they are trying to take 350€ from me? please help me

Hi TeamWe have been buying licenses through Adobe VIP program last 10 years, few of our users are in other location adn it is been stating that those licenses are not valid or they should not use in other geo location which comes as compliance ?Our head office is in India, we have few locations in USA where in 80% of license are used in India and 20% are outside. We have been now asking us to move to high cost enterprise edition under agreement which we are interested.  We would like to know buying in India doesnt have rights to use other regions when my major work force is in India only ?   

I am stuck for installing the Creative Cloud after uninstalling it on Win10. My creative cloud app suddenly mentioned issues for launching. Cannot start the application and thus i uninstall the app in control panel to try reinstallAfter uninstall everything, I have no way to install the creative cloud app back. The set up program will not open with admin but only create some files such as a OOBE folder in the system. Many methods tried including:The creative cloud desktop uninstaller app - click repair will mention repair failed beccause error.   click uninstall will mention uninstall succeed but with error.  either without error code.Also use CC cleaner tools to remove All.But the set up app is still not working. Can anyone help to figure out how to solve this? Any special key in Registry is stopping this or if I missing some C++ why there is not even an error?

I cancelled the adobe subscription yet it still says I haven't and I'm being charged 22 dollars a month that I can't afford and it's $100 to cancel the subscription. Can someone help 

I have payment to reseller on dated 20th of June'25 but still license not showing in my admin console. Doe's anyone tell me how much time will take  after payment to resseller.
