I was moved to a business account earlier this year and alongside it, my personal files and behance account, however, when I was let off of the company, I lost access from all of my personal files and accounts without any proper warning and can't seem to revert that. I haven't found any solution to that issue yet.

hi,I've set up a subscription with my company account, but I can't access the admin console - it says that my admin might have blocked that (which is pointless as I'm the admin). I can't even access company support, so I'm kind of stuck. Actually, I just want to have invoices from my subscription. Does anybody have a clue? How can I contact Adobe? Thanks

Ayer, domingo 8 de junio y de manera repentina, mis apps de Adobe tanto para móvil y escritorio, habían dejado de estar disponibles (con un candado por sobre sus íconos) porque "había caducado mi plan".Esto no fue así, ya que siempre tuve el pago al día, y mi fecha de facturación son los días 9 de cada mes (o sea, hoy). Adobe me notificó que tenía que renovar el plan, curiosamente me llamó la atención porque aún faltaba un día para la fecha de cobro, y no tendría de por que haber recibido esta notificación y bloqueos de apps.De todos modos, como no tenía otra alternativa, procedí a renovar el plan. Al aclarar que soy estudiante, y avanzar -nuevamente- con un plan anual vía pago mensual, Adobe me duplica el perfil, y además, me genera un nuevo cobro (los días 8 de cada mes, habíendose ayer, debitado los $20.521,60 Ars por el nuevo perfil) y hoy nuevamente, Adobe quiso cobrarse los mismos $20.521,60 Ars de mi cuenta bancaria, por mi perfil personal). No sólo que con mi perfil p

Hello,Our organization recently had a problem with our Adobe Identity Management sync, and I restarted provisioning in Azure to fix that.  Our users can access their Adobe products again, so that's great.However, all of our privileged admin users of the console have had their work/school accounts either deactivated or removed from the ability to access the admin console.All of the "contact support" instructions begin with signing into the console, which is the one thing none of us can do, and that chat bot is worse than useless, so I'm posting here.If someone from Adobe Support could please let me know what they need from my organization to reprovision our Admin Console access, I would very much appreciate it.

I am a new administrator at our school.  The old administrator added me then removed themselves and left.  I can see partial contracts but not all of them, primarily the creative cloud.  How can I contact the enterprise support to get this sorted?  I only have the option for K-12 express as a support option in the enterprise console.

Hi we have a Creative Cloud for education | K–12 School Named User  license, but without Adobe Portfolio/Behance. It's free now for schools during this time, but it's not listed in our Adobe Admin Console to turn on. Anyone know of a way to activate it for our students now? It works for adobe accounts not tied to our Named User license.

I cannot access my existing Behance profile. When I login, it always access the new profile without project posted.  I still receive my Behance notification via my email.  Please help!

Without knowing the consequences of what could happen to my Behance account, which I have not been able to recover, I have already tried several times to log in with the personal and business profile, but I can not log in to my behance account as usual, it appears as if it were a new account completely from 0, this affects me greatly as

I work for a large organisation. All staff have compueters with Adobe Pro - and it is allocated to us under our direct email addresses.As I am the only person to do graphic design - we purchased Illustrator - but under our generic office email for Invoicing purposes.Now - because it is loaded on my computer - the programs are not working together. It shuts down. Asks for switiching profiles every time. Its crazy.How do I getthe two to talk to eachother?

Hello,I had two questions about the User Management interface in the Admin console.1. Is there anyway to see the user's last login time?2. Is there anyway to filter by the product the user has access to (i.e. show only users who have access to Target)? Thanks.

To be succinct, I've not received a reply from my organization's Adobe rep in a month despite repeated emails and, when I try to create a support ticket by going through the Admin console, the link gives me a 404 error.  Are there any options besides making the time for a proper phone call?

Já que baixei diretamente do site oficial da Adobe e não apenas de um instalador, mas de todos eles, e o interessante é que nem sempre é quando você adiciona o arquivo ao site do Total Virus que os resultados são revelados, como no meu caso eu só consegui uma vez e depois não consegui sair da página CAPCHA, o que é estranho para quem é contra o download de software pirata por causa de vírus, e seu instalador contém 5 vírus de acordo com o Total Virus.

Hi everyone Two weeks ago our CC Libraries in our Teams account stopped synchoronizing between users.The work around at the moment involves an export of the Library and local import for each user. I find conflicting information on Adobe whether this feature is no longer available or not to teams accounts. Any advice? Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my Adobe plan, which is set up under my university email. When I attempt to cancel, it says the account is managed under an Enterprise plan and that I need to contact an administrator. However, when I reached out to my school, they confirmed that they do not provide Adobe coverage and that my email is not tied to their enterprise account. I also don’t have access to the admin console to manage or cancel the subscription myself. To make things more confusing, there’s no billing information visible on my account, so I’m not even sure if I’m subscribed under an annual plan or monthly. I want to avoid being charged, but I have no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription. Has anyone experienced this or know how I can get this escalated to Adobe support?  Thank you!

I have a subscribtion through school and it is working on one PC. On my other PC, the creative cloud recognizes my account, but the other apps do not. If I open the Acrobat and try to sign in I get this message "adobe initalizing registeration please try after a minute". If I open Adobe Premiere or Photoshop it tells me it can't connect to Adobe servers, error code 20400. I tried every solution I found, including reparing the installation, uninstall and reinstall, clearing the host files, and trying Adobe connections to CS6 and CS5.5...etc. None of them is working! They used to work on this PC and the other PC at the same time without any problem. Thanks for help.

Hola soy administradora de cuentas de CCE para varios centros de FP de Imagen & Sonido en CLM y asigno licencias a los alumnos a traves de su mail de estudantes con el dominio propio de su centro, tengo problemas con la asignacion de licencias a correos de alumnos a los que ya habian asignado la licencia en anteriores ocasiones, cuando fueron estudiantes de otros ciclos formativos, pese a haber dado de baja esas licencias previamente... ¿alguien podría decirme a que puede deberse?
