Help, our subscription has been renewed until 2026, but users still get access deniedwhen trying to access acrobat, I have assigned the licences etc. when i login to admin centre it says i need to renew, but if I check the renewal date it is valid until October 2026, now none of our users can use the software?? Please help - Ashley

Hi,I have Adobe Pro (purchased with this acount) and can't access to the admin console. I am the purchaser and should be the admin. I purchased it through a discount with Goodstack that should include 10 users. I am wanting to add a user to our account through the Admin portal, however, I received the following message:We're sorry.You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator. Thanks

I was trying to allow the ability for our users to use Non Adobe Generative AI in Photoshop but it is telling us we need to allow it in the Admin Portal under Settings->Asset Settings.  I do not have that as an option nor does our other administrator.  We are using an Enterprise account.  Anyone have any ideas?

As a license Admin, it is essential to keep track of user licenses as people join, leave and change roles within the business.Currently there is no way to track even basic usage of Adobe software.  We need an option to see the last sign-in time for a user at a minimum, and ideally that data on a per application basis, so that we can see what software users are running to ensure we have the correct license applied. I'm not asking for any detailed tracking, but the user has to be signed in to their Adobe account within the software, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, and presumably when the application is launched this performs an authentication interaction with the Adobe platform, so it would be very easy to give a last signin time.

Hi, our domain is claimed and we enabled the Azure/Entra User Sync for SSO.Sometimes SSO does not properly because a person has two accounts for our domain.A business account (created by the Azure Sync) and a personal account which they created themselves some time ago when the domain was not managed.As a regulatory and legal requirement we need to get rid of those personal accounts.Either migrate their data to the company account or force the user to change the e-mail address to their personal one. How can this be done ?

Where can I download Adobe InDesign 2023, Version 18.5.2? It’s no longer available on Creative Cloud, and all the newer versions cause serious issues with Bengali, Arabic, and Urdu languages. Only Version 18.5.2 can handle these files. I tried copying InDesign 2023 from another Mac, but I received a system error message saying, “Adobe InDesign is missing required system fonts or CMap files. Please reinstall InDesign.” Please help!

This meant admins needed to rely on users to maintain the auto-update setting correctly, or manually manage updates across individual devices, often leading to inconsistencies in app versions, delayed updates, and additional administrative effort. My employer recently purchased an institution-wide license for Acrobat Pro, which I am now set up for on my laptop. But now when I try to enter Photoshop or Lightroom, which I have through an individual paid subscription, it won't let me in and it tells me that my license has expired. It's not. I went to the Adobe website and logged in with my email address and password from my individual account. It's showing me the recent files that I had saved to the Creative Cloud, which is not all of my files, and it's giving me the option to download the desktop app. But I already have the desktop app, or at least I did before. If I download it again, will it keep all the files that I have in there, or do I lose them all? I use Photoshop and Lightroom frequently and have them in the access tray at the bottom of my screen. I would like to be able to click there to open them (or click on a file in my hard drive) without having to log in through the Adobe website all over ag

Couldn't not sign in show - "This site can't be reached" need help

We have a requirement to retain the  Audit Logs for much longer than 90 day, which is the current option in the Adobe portal. If that option isn't possible, it would be good to provide API access to enterprise customers to export and retain the logs themselves. Manually exporting the log every 90 days, while possible, is unreliable and unsustainable process. Please refer to E-001712519. Thanks,

Hello everyone,Since this morning, the review links no longer work when trying to open them in the browser. They always show an Error 404. They can’t be opened anymore / nobody — no matter which account or computer is used, or which browser. What happened? Is the server down? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?The document storage location is the same, and the document hasn’t been renamed.Please help. Thanks!

Hi Team, I’m unable to access the Adobe Admin Console through my Adobe Pro (Enterprise ID) account. They removed our 71 licenses and said there will be a refund within 1-2 weeks and until now, it's been a month and we don't receive any refund, On top of that, they ask us to pay again for those 71 licenses.  They know we rely on their products. Instead of finding solution, they just want to get money from us 

Can I install the Elements 2025 bundle on multiple computers without having to create a separate Adobe Account for each?  I have separate licenses for every computer. I work at a public library.  We have computers for public use.  Due to Windows 10 EoL, I am preparing new computers to replace our old ones. We purchased 14 licenses for the Photoshop and Premier Elements 2025 bundle, one for each of our new public computers.  When I installed it on the first one, I ran into the requirement to activate it using an Adobe Account.  Despite some alarm bells, I created a new Adobe Account for the library (I hoped) and activated the first of our 14 licenses. Do I have to create a separate Adobe Account for each license?  It certainly seems so!  This is a pretty incovenient process already, and it will be much worse if I have to create 14 insitutional email addresses in order to create 14 Adobe Accounts.  Then there's the problem of ongoing

Hi there, I recently upgraded to Creative Cloud Pro, so I can allow another user to access and edit my existing files on Premiere Pro on their own personal device. However, my projects still haven't appeared on their dashboard, since then we contacted Adobe support. I followed their advice, I un-added them and re-added them. We're not sure if it'll work.  I'm still looking into other ways to fix it, but I wanted to know if anyone else has encountered the same issue with data migration and resolved it. Thanks!

Hello everyone, We’re in the planning stages of migrating our organization’s Adobe users from AdobeIDs to Federated IDs and are looking for any recent insights or experiences from others who’ve gone through this process. We have a Google Workspace tenant with a dedicated domain, so we expect the switchover to be mostly one-to-one. With Microsoft's recent announcement in ending it's support on Windows 10 by October 14, 2025. Does this mean that Adobe Creative Cloud suite will also recommend users to upgrade to Windows 11? Can someone provide an estimated timeline on it. Thanks
