Sys admin here, a few users want to use the Auto-tag feature with cloud tagging enabled but for some reason, their Adobe Acrobat will hang at 20% when attempting to autotag a document. The big mystery is I have other computers in the same environment with the same version of Adobe Acrobat that will autotag with cloud tagging enabled and not hang at 20%. I have tested this on a few different computers, all using the same PDF file. Both computers have the latest Adobe Acrobat version 26.001.21745. I have a few other computers with slightly older versions where autotagging with cloud tagging is enabled and those work too. The issue seems hit or miss on what computers are affected and I cannot figure out a fix. I’ve tried completely uninstalling Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud and then running the Adobe Cleaner Tool afterwards and used the clean “All” part of the tool, and of course rebooting the computers after running the cleaner tool. Looking for any recommendations to get this resolved. Th
I have a “Boeing CC” license installed on my company desktop computer. I wanted to install Creative Cloud on my home computer so I used my Boeing’s credentials which granted me, after second authentication, The Creative Cloud app installation. Now from within the “Creative Cloud Desktop” I hit Install directly under Photoshop or Premiere but nothing happens except a window on the right that says “NO RECENT FILES. Contact your admin, file storage is not included in your account. If I hit Firefly “Open in Browser” it will open. I also tried the “Download” button and it does download a file like “Premiere_Set-Up_707q.exe” or but when I Run it as an admin the User Account Control window will ask authorization to install but again nothing happens, absolutely nothing, not an error, not a message. When I go in the “Overview” tab it says “Adobe For Enterprise” and under “Included in your plan, Photoshop and Premiere are there. What am I missing?

Hello, some of the users in our company are suddenly unable to access the firefly homepage, despite having more than enough generative credits. There is a red banner at the top of the page stating:"You do not have access to Firefly. Request access from your IT administration."I have attached a screenshot of the firefly page and the users account showing the credits. Our admin had no idea how to fix this, what can we tell him to point him in the right direction?
Hi! We were approved for the Adobe Acrobat Pro's nonprofit discount, which is awesome. Per the Adobe website, up to 10 individual annual subscriptions are available per user licence with this discount. I’ve added one user but I can’t add any more users. I’ve tried using the link that was sent from Goodstack and I’ve tried going directly on the Adobe site but in each case I get an error message that the plan is not available. Any suggestions on how to add users under this discounted plan? Thanks in advance!
I appreciate the toggle in Acrobat to be able to turn off generative features. But some of us admins need the ability in Admin Console to turn off generative features across any/all apps for our users and prevent them from using them. Those of us who work for organizations like publishing companies may need to do this as a matter of legal compliance, not just disagreements about AI development philosophy. We need to make sure that our editors and designers are not accidentally plaigiarizing or accidentally using content that should remain internal and is not yet approved for publication. Other tech vendors such as Google have given us this ability to manage our users. Adobe, we need this for your products as well. This technology promises great power, but with great power comes great responsibility, as well. Please help us use and manage this technology responsibly.
We purchased an Adobe Creative cloud Enterprise license. I have created am adobe account, but the license provided didn’t have a serial number. It has a subscription ID, a tennant ID and a proivder service ID listed? Some instructions indicate that I need to log into the “Adminconsole” in order to allocate a license. but I only have one account and when I attempt to access the admin console it says “We’re sorryyou don’t seem to have access…..” How do I attain the correct information and license this software that is paid for? Thanks!
why do we get email asking us to consolidate individual accounts into a team account?
We have a team account using the Adobe Business ID as the directory. A user had a personal adobe account in addition to her team account, and she was having issues, so I asked her to delete her personal account, and I deleted her team account. Now, I can’t add her back to the team. When I try to add the email address to the team, I get the error “Something went wrong while saving. Error ID:” (the error ID is gibberish that changes each time I try).Using a different browser as well as a private/incognito window gives the same error. I checked that the user is not shown in the Business ID directory. What do I do to add this email address again?
Question:Can Adobe implement a license deduplication functionality directly within the admin console?Details:With SCIM in place, we can implement dynamic licensing based on Entra ID group membership. We use Intune to push individual Creative Cloud applications (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) based on ServiceNow requests. The issue we are trying to fix is the fact that All Apps users have to be in the individual app groups as well to get the corresponding installation, meaning All Apps users end up double licensed with Single App and Acrobat. The proposed fix is simple: If a user has All Apps assigned, either don’t assign or suppress the license requirement for any other Single App or Acrobat licenses assigned to the same user within the admin console. This seems like a relatively simple, high value change benefiting most customers that use All Apps in combination with other licenses. Most customers using All Apps will run into issues with license juggling and overlaps. Rather than forcing eve
I can't access account management or plans. What could be causing this?

Hello,We are currently experiencing a high volume of alerts in our SIEM (Elastic Security) related to a specific process behavior associated with Adobe Creative Cloud Experience. The observed process chain is as follows:Parent Process:C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libs\node.exeParent Command Line:"...\node.exe" "...\js\main.js"Child Process:C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exeCommand Executed:C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /d /s /c "C:\WINDOWS\system32\reg.exe QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\CCXProcess""We would like to confirm whether this behavior is expected.Specifically, could you please confirm whether Adobe Creative Cloud Experience is designed to invoke cmd.exe and reg.exe to query the following registry key as part of its normal operation?HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\CCXProcessIf so, could you also confirm that this behavior is expected by design?Your confirmation will help us accurately classify this activity and appropriately tune our SIEM detection rules.Than
I have one available license and I enter the employees email address but product button is grayed out and my only option is to cancel.
My Admin console will not let me add users, button to save is greyed and so is + product!? Help please what am I missing. I did already purchase and have 2 acrobat licenses that aren't assigned
Merciiiiii
It would be very helpful if additional columns could be added to the Admin Console.Within Groups:When viewing the members of a specific group, it would be beneficial to have a column displaying the product(s) each user is assigned. Currently, you have to open each user's profile individually to determine their assigned products.Within Users:It would also be helpful if the Users view included a column showing the group(s) each user belongs to. This would make it much easier to identify user assignments at a glance without opening individual profiles.Having these additional columns would significantly improve visibility, reduce the number of clicks required to find information, and make user and license management much more efficient.
Dear Adobe Security Team,We are reaching out regarding multiple alerts observed in our environment tied to the execution of node.exe within the Adobe Creative Cloud Experience directory. Also, the hash is successfully blocked by Trend Micro based on hash reputation.Key details from our investigation:File path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libs\node.exeFile hash: d14ba95cdce1ef7dc9ad3ac74949ca5db38b27378ee30f30a23cf26f9e875a11File signature: Signed by Node.js Foundation, consistent with Adobe’s legitimate bundling of Node.js Parent process: ccxprocess.exe (Adobe Creative Cloud component)Child processes: cmd.exe creating a scheduled task to launch CCXProcess daily, and cmd.exe querying registry keys under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\CCXProcessGiven the initial association of this hash with the Photo ZIP campaign, we would like Adobe’s confirmation on whether this behavior is expected and benign, or if further investigation is warranted. Please advise on next ste
I'm trying to find the Adobe Acrobat/Reader unified installer that can be customized in the Adobe Customization Wizard. I need to deploy a custom version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat to work computers. The issue I'm seeing is when using Acrobat with the Adobe customization Wizard, the suppress sign in feature does not work. The other features appear to be working. I am able to block cloud access and block the EULA. The main issue here is if a staff member doesn’t have an Adobe Pro license, they won’t be able to use the software. My employer has an enterprise license and we have already tried downloading a copy from the admin console but that didn’t work because it was the wrong version and couldn’t be loaded into the Adobe customization wizard. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Hi, I (role: system administrator) was following the documentation to setup SSO for our Team (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/sso-setup-azure.html) and was stuck because identity is missing in the settings menu. After contacting support through chat I was told “currently you have the teams account and this function is available in the enterprise account only” and referred me to https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/identity.html - but on the top of the page it says “Applies to enterprise & teams.”. Is this feature not available for teams then?
With Microsoft's recent announcement in ending it's support on Windows 10 by October 14, 2025. Does this mean that Adobe Creative Cloud suite will also recommend users to upgrade to Windows 11? Can someone provide an estimated timeline on it. Thanks
Hi Team,We are using Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 across our environment and are experiencing an issue with PDF file previews in File Explorer.Error Message:"The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer. If you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view its contents."We have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:Installed all the latest Windows security updates and patches.Manually unblocked the PDF files via:Right-click file → Properties → General tab → Unblock After unblocking, the PDF preview works correctly. However, this is not a feasible solution as we have a large number of files stored locally and on network shares. Used the following PowerShell command to unblock all files in a folder: PowerShell Get-ChildItem "C:\Folder" -Recurse | Unblock-File Show more lines This works temporarily, but whenever a file is replaced or a new file is added to the same location, the issue reoccurs and the command must be run again. I have access to my company’s admin management portal. There’s a user who is licensed with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I downloaded/installed Creative Cloud and then went to install Acrobat Pro from there. However, Reader was installed. Whether in the Reader app or in CC, I don’t see an option to upgrade to Pro. The user is able to edit in the web interface as a temporary workaround, but would like to be able to use the Pro app. Is there a separate macOS installer anyone has for Pro that I can try, rather than what’s on CC or Adobe’s website? Or know where else I can go to get an installer?
