Hi,when we first started using libraries a number of years ago,we use to create them, erroneously, with the "Everyone" sharing option by default, and then adding members individually as well.Over the course of the years, a number of people, while using adobe stock, have been unknowingly saving their stock files in these libraries, because of the lack of the (odd) way creative cloud handles default Stock folders.This forces us to periodicallly go through the libraries and deleting these unwanted random files.Is there any way to remove the company-wide access to these library, and only keep the interested individual members? At the moment the "Everyone" option seems to be set in stone and i can't see any way of changing it. Could some IT admin have permissions to do that?As these libraries are widely used on a number of  assets, we would like to avoid going the route of duplicating/recreating the libraries, for fear of screwing up all of the linked items.Thanks!

This forces us into a long and frustrating cycle of reaching out to Adobe support, being redirected multiple times, and struggling to get a new contact assigned. The process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially for professional businesses paying significant annual fees.We’d like to know:Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, have you found a better way to ensure continuity in your VIP account management?Adobe Team: Can you provide a solution or escalation path to prevent this from happening in the future? Hi, I've been using adobe apps for 3 years now with my university student license and I can access all apps with no charge, and recently when I attempted to use my Indesign app, it says my License has expired but I still I am still an existing student and have a few years left in my degree. I remember receiving an email a few years ago for a renewal and that fixed it before, however now I did not receive a license renewal email and currently in need of help if Adobe possibly made a mistake in expiring my student license.All help is appreciated.

We have an Adobe Enterprise account with one product: Adobe Sign - Enterprise.The person that set this up, and is listed as Contract Owner has left our company.In the Admin Console I can see pages for Overview, Products, Users, and Support. The Support page just links to this community and tells me to contact our administrator.In the users list I am listed as an Administrator but under Admin Role it says: "Product, Product Profile".So, my assumption is that the person that left the company thought they had made me the admin for the account, but they haven't.Now of course my issue is that nobody at our company has admin access to our account and, as far as a I can tell, no way to request a transfer. Does anyone know how to contact a team at adobe that deals with enterprise accounts? Anything I try to do to contact them through their portal just tells me to contact my admin.Is there an email address any one can suggect I can contact to get a process started to authenticate a new contract

You recently added some ads for apps and features that most of our enterprise users are not allowed to use, generating frustration on Adobe products.Example: Adobe Express and AI Feature Could you please remove shortcuts for apps/features in CC Desktop app if user is unlicensed to use them?

I work in healthcare. Our Security and Info Systems departments are extremely vigilant. My impression has been that using Adobe products and tools (such as Generative AI functionality and certain plugins) make us vulnerable to security risks. Are there special add-ons available for an Enterprise Account that mitigate these conditions? Forgive me if the subject is misleading. It's the verbiage I received back from Security about an Adobe plugin that was not working properly.

Hallo, ich habe die Info bekommen, dass die Verlängerung meiner Adobe-Lizenzen bald fällig ist und soll mich bei meinem Kundenbetreuer melden und die Verlängerung zwischen dem 11.08. - 10.09.2022 in Auftrag geben. Leider ist mein Kundenbetreuer nicht oder nicht mehr erreichbar und ich hätte gern ein Angebot für die Verlängerung mit den entsprechenden Konditionen hierfür. Wäre schön wenn sich mal jemand von Adobe bei mir melden könnte. Danke 🙂

Our company is implementing Conditional Access with our rollout of Windows 11.  We have found that the Creative Cloud Desktop application does not support logging in to the user's Adobe ID with Single Sign On when Conditional Access is enabled.  The issue seems to be that the Device ID is not passed during the authenticaiton attempt, so Conditional Access does not trust the device, even though the device the user is attempting to login from is a trusted device.  Adobe's workaround is to use Sign In using your browser.  This method works, because the browser login does pass the Device ID correctly.  But the issue with this workaround is that SIgn In using your browser is hidden in the Help menu, not in a place where it is visible to the user.  We ask that Adobe improve the login experience so that the default login form passes the Device ID correctly and otherwise conforms with Micorosoft Kerberos to support logging in via SSO.  Failing

We have Adobe Entertprise for a School District, is the Content Scheduler a feature now that is able to be used for our Enterprise account? As of 2022: *Currently this feature is not available to Creative Cloud Enterprise users, but it will be coming soon to Enterprise. This is currently only available to Creative Cloud Express premium users and Creative Cloud Teams members.Thanks!

We have about 50 Creative Cloud users, which need to have the exact same user settings for InDesing. I could'n find anything that allows us to define every setting of InDesign, pallets, scripts etc. I found out, that there are packages I can define. But the guide is very unspecific on the settings I can predefine.https://helpx.adobe.com/de/enterprise/using/package-templates.html Until now I must setup every user manually. But early next year we getn new hardware for everyone and I really don't want to do the setup 50 times. It takes around 2-3 hours each. We use JAMF for the Mac deployment. The users only have the CC Desktop App and install the programs they need themselfs. That is handy for the genreal deployment, but makes it unable to setup any user and program beased settings. Are there any solutions?

Nabeel Ahmed is experiencing an issue accessing Adobe Acrobat Pro. While his license has been renewed and he appears to have the appropriate access in the user list, he is currently unable to use the software. Hi everyone,Since July 2024, the company I work for has been charged 4-5% more than the contracted amount for our Adobe subscription. There is no fixed overcharge and each month the amount changes between 4-5%. I contacted Adobe support twice, and they confirmed that they have only charged the exact invoice amount. However, our bank also stated that they have not applied any extra fees or exchange rate adjustments.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I yesterday cancel my membership. When I receveid back my money?

Who else has been experiencing too many issues with their Adobe programs? From Photoshop to Illustrator, premier and creative cloud. Every program we use as a team has crashed, frozen, glitched, or disconnected itself.   Adobe what is happening? I have used this service for over a decade and have never experienced so many issues that ultimately affected my workflow and our overall business. Adobe please help us out here from being crippled by these issues.

Hi, I just had a chat with the support team; they said they would contact me in 24 hours, but how can I see the case? I can't seem to find my open cases 

I'm having an issue where myself nor anyone in my school district is able to log into Photoshop Express, Lightroom, or any other Adobe app though Google.  We can log in with a web browser but when we go to log in on our iPads it says "An error occurred while logging in.  Please try again after some time."  Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated

Background:We were forced with all of our accounts to move to a different Organization as something was wrong with the old Organization and Adobe was not able to correct this.Adobe assured us that moving users to a new Organization would also move all the data to the new environment. But that didn't work.Every user had to export files an libraries and import them in the new Organization.Unfortunately there is no possibility to export Adobe Acrobat Agreements. Users also get messages that they are logged in to the new Organization and that the Adobe Sign license is for the old Organization.The users are also unable to create new e-sign documents. So we're a kind of stuck. We are urgently looking for a solution for the Acrobat running and historical agreements and e-signing. Preferably while retaining existing agreements. 

Hello Folks,We're getting some issues with licenses not assigning to the user.In fact, on the Admin Console, we see the user is assigned an Adobe Pro license, but when he logs in on his device, the Adobe Pro is locked, and only available via a Free Trial.Is there something we're missing ?

I have some questions about Creative Cloud for Teams.I need to use Illustrator and Indesign, and my colleague uses After Effects and Premiere. By purchasing 1 license, can we both install CC on our devices and use it at the same time?  Can we share the same e-mail address in order to use CC in each device? 

I would like a contact number to talk to an attendant about renewing a plan, but the numbers no longer work in Brazil. How can this be? Was it just me who noticed that? I don't see people complaining about this lack of consideration. If I can't get in touch I can't close the purchase because if something happens I won't have anyone to call.
