+I'm subscribed to Lightroom mobile Premium through my iCloud which is the same email as my creative cloud account.+Since Lightroom mobile renewed for this month, the app's been stuck on "preparing your subscription"+The App Store states that it's active and has been payed for.+It has been about 4 days now. What's going on? How can I fix it? Thanks in advanced.
I am filtering my album for 'Not edited" photos so I can know where to resume work. I have noticed that when I apply AI denoise, the current picture disappears and the next photo in album is loaded. I can no longer go back to editing the photo that underwent denoising while the 'not edited' filter is applied. I would expect to stay on the current photo until I manually move on to the next photo. I do not think this is intended behaviour.
Does anyone have any helpful tips on editing jewelry photos. Specifically getting a more white background, getting rid of reflections and glare with high polisehd metals and getting stones to sparkle ? ThanksMB
Had issue since early 2025. Already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and new updates, still nothing worked. Device is not rooted, installed directly from Play Store, and app was working fine for years now until the February update. See attached link for the screen recording of the issue. https://drive.google.com/file/d/13HqzNc4jW8mkXDJhhrLjtJbgzhMv2MvF/view?usp=drivesdk
I can't remember after which update this started happening, but now when I take photos in Lightroom iOS (iPhone 11Pro), almost always the photo ends up coming in way darker or sometimes blown out. I have checked that there are no auto-settings being applied. This is driving me crazy! Please see the attached examples. One is a screenshot of the preview of the photo right after snapping it, and the next is a screenshot of viewing the photo within the "LR Camera Photos."
On an Alienware x15 with a GTX 5080 the Intel GPU is selected on Lightroom start and even disabling the device in Windows doesn't make it select the correct one. We have tried every Nvidia setting.
I bought a subscription of one year after all payments my app dont allow me to have primium feture please help me out
I'm entering this as a 'Bug', because that's the only explanation for this terribly faulting search. Because Lightroom has still has not been given the ability to 'Filter' by lens (duh! it's a no-brainer!), users are required to 'Search' for 'Lens', and it returns only a few of the lenses I've used to make photographs. Interestingly, the lenses on the list are listed the same way they appear in the Metadata, so Lightroom must be accessing that data in its Search, yet, not even the lens used to make the photo directly in the background of my attached file is listed. Definitely a BUG!Lightroom version 10.3.0 9B89DD/197iPad version: 11" iPad Pro M1iPadOS: 18.4.1To reproduce this BUG, simply type 'Lens' into the Search.

Hi all, I have images in my Lightroom cloud account that were directly imported into Lightroom Mobile from my camera card during an initial cull in the field. All my images are stored on a hard drive after I return home, and these can be viewed through the local tab in Lightroom desktop. When I want to review all the images after returning home, I can choose the "Add photo" option from the Cloud tab, and lightroom desktop recognises the previously imported images in that file structure and wont let me re-import them. But if I browse these same folders on my hard drive through the Local tab, Lightroom does not recognise the versions previously imported and now in the cloud, meaning I can easily end up with many duplicates in the cloud. Is there a way to search/identify from the Local tab these previously imported images? The "Copied to cloud" filter only seems to return images copied to the cloud from the Local tab, and won't find the images imported directly fr
Haptic response is gone on temperature sliders after this update?! That was a life saver when editing 😞
The most frustrating thing about getting a new laptop is glitches like this, with no other person online experiencing this. I recently switched from a cheap low end Victus gaming laptop to a Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 9 Gaming Laptop - Intel 20-Core i7-14700HX(Beat i9-13900HX), NVIDIA RTX 4060, 16" 240Hz IPS WQXGA, Windows 11 Pro, 64 GB DDR5, you'd think it would run everything much better and it does, at gaming. But when it came to denoise, the ENTIRE photo is covered with green pixels !! Looks like when an old TV loses signal. I tried EVERYTHING in the performance tab, from turning off GPU processor to ticking the high performance box, no change. Why is this happening??! And what can be done to fix it. And yes a did restart the LR and the PC. And yes it's not just the preview the saved photo has the same thing. PLEASE HELP thanks
As I look over images in large grid mode, I'd love to be able to tap/slide left side to assign star ratings or flags. This will speed up my efforts to separate images with potential from those I'll delete. Now I need to go through one at a time and I'll often star or flag something only to discover a better candidate farther down the process. Then I go back and remove the star/flag. Especially when shooting 20 frames/second, there are so many to weed through.
Lightroom for mobile (Android) supports ARMv7 or x86 processors till Lightroom for mobile (Android) version 8.3.1. If you currently use an ARMv7 or x86 processor, search for Lightroom on Google Play Store or Samsung Play Store and install Lightroom for mobile (Android) version 8.3.1 vivo
Running on Windows 11, all drivers up to date, I'm so confused...Lightroom is Version 8.3, and it crashes a second after starting the app. No error messages, no nothing. Just closes. I've tried running it as administrator, nope. Actually dumbfounded.
I remove the background in my portrait photos a lot. I use Lightroom CC for the initial edits, but I have to take it to Photoshop to remove the background properly. For initial review pics to be sent to my client, I prefer a simple workflow that I can accomplish in Lightroom. [Even Canva has a 1-click background remover (which I use many times when Photoshop can be cumbersome in my workflow)]. When pressed for time, I use the "mask" feature to select the background and decrease exposure or change color. But this impacts the edges of my subject. Removing the background cleanly and adding a simple background would be great from inside Lightroom. This will help me accelerate my workflow tremendously! Do you have any tips or workarounds?
How do I increase my 1 TB ios Lightroom subscription to 2 TB ?

Hi! My prior Adobe license recently expired. I today purchased a new license, but when I open Lightroom (Web or on windows) all my photos are gone. Is there any way I could access my old cloud storage connected to the previous expired license? The previous license was a company license, but I have always used my personal profile. Or do I need to request this somehow with Adobe support? Daniel
"I hope the developer considers adding batch editing with masking functionality. Currently, batch editing doesn't seem to apply masking, requiring individual edits. It would be great if this feature is improved soon."
After the Lightroom Update 8.3.1, the Dehaze tool makes the entire picture black! And on one of my edits, someone's white hair is entirely black. When I try to use the Dehaze tool on that photo, the rest of the photo turns black and leaves the masked white hair. PLEASE FIX! I'm using a Macbook Pro with Sequoia 15.4.1 installed
Hi,besides my Sony camera, I shot quiet often with my mobile as well. On Xiaomi 15 Ultra I use two applications for shoting - GCAM (AGC 9.2) and default Xiaomi Camera app. Both have pros and cons, and both produce a bit different DNGs. I wanted to have them correctly handled, so I took my X-Rite Passport ColorChecker to the studio, took some shots, and with Calibrate Profiler prepared 8 profiles, 1 for each Xiaomi camera for each app. Then I have imported them to LR on my computer. And there where problems started to appear. When I select DNG from GCAM, then I see 4 GCAM profiles:but when I select DNG from the main app, I do not see any of imported profiles for that app:Actually, I cannot see these profiles for the Xiaomi Camera app nowhere. So I figured maybe I did not import them at all. I tried to re-import them, but I just got message that they are already imported. So my question is - how to make them appear? Or how to remove them, if I cannot see them in the camera profiles? That'f
