Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

All,  I have a paid account with adobe lightroom and I am trying to download adobe lightroom on my laptop. When I use adobe lightroom downloaded ( which is the default option ) and try and use my log in ID and password, it keeps displaying this message below:I have used the approved list which is Chrome, Edge, Mozilla and have java script enabled on all of them and it does not work. Lightroom camera fails to save Dng pictures I take via the app. Previews are shown in the bottom left corner, but never appear in the album.Nothing phone 3a pro; lightroom V10.5.4

Jetzt habe ich festegestellt, dass meine fertigen Bilder nicht die Megapixel anzeigen, die meine Kamera hat. Meine Kamera hat 20.9 Megapixel und ich habe gerade beim durchschauen gesehen, dass Bilder mit 14 oder 10 Megapixel gespeichert sind. Hi everyone, I like to edit my pictures in lightroom mobile (android) but I prefer the ai denoise on my laptop. I want to move my pictures with denoise to my phone, but the denoise isn't synced to the cloud and when and when I export as DNG the denoise setting isn't moved with it.  I didn't have this problem when lightroom still created a enhanced dng. Does anyone have a solution for this for this. Please note that I use both lightroom and photoshop mobile. Because photoshop mobile doesn't support DNG I can't do it afterwards sadly.

I used it and pay monthly. Now I canceled my subscription. Cant log in to my photos anymore and it is insane, that a manual tag of faces is not alowed in cloud version! Thank you adobe, but you are making a product that make a big big stain on your company name!   [abuse removed by moderator]

So quickly didn't find answer. How to make exported HDR images from Lightroom mobile work in instagram on OnePlus 12? Edited, ticked as HDR P3 and 2020, in Instagram image selector can see the HDR image as HDR (JPG), avif shows muted colors. But when trying to post (is that the filter selector), HDR has been gone. When still posting without editing and filtering on Instagram, only SDR image shows up.  So how to HDR image 6/2024 with Lightroom, OnePlus 12 and Instagram (or desktop version Classic and exporting from there). Thanks. And please bring the HDR preview support to OnePlus 12.

Lightroom mobile is set to import automatically from the camera roll of my iPhone 12, but it had been quite a while since I last opened Lightroom, so syncing took a while. Now it says it's complete, but I can see it has missed a lot of photos. I usually delete the entire camera roll after importing, but I have to do it in bulk, as I don't trust Lightroom to catch them all. This happened last time I had a a big import too. What is wrong?

No painel de Assinaturas do iOS consta como paga e válida até 15/05/2026, porém essa assinatura não aparece no meu Histórico de Compras detalhado.   Mesmo assim, o status em “Assinaturas” confirma que está ativa e vinculada ao meu Apple ID. Já confirmei que estou logada no Lightroom com o e-mail correto da minha conta Adobe e também já tentei a opção “Restaurar compras”, mas os recursos Premium permanecem bloqueados. Hello, My Adobe ID is: <Email redacted> I have a critical issue with Lightroom Cloud: I had more than 26,000 photos stored.My license expired on 15/09/2025, and I reactivated my subscription on 16/09/2025 using the same account. Since then, my cloud storage shows 0 GB used and my entire library has completely disappeared.According to Adobe’s policy, my photos should be retained for 1 year after expiration, so they should still be present on the servers. Please escalate this case to the Lightroom Cloud technical team so they can check whether my library is linked to another organization or profile under my Adobe ID, and help me restore access. This is extremely urgent as it concerns 26,000 professional photos that are currently lost. Thank you in advance.

Bonjour,Je me sers d'Imagen pour traiter et éditer mes images.Ensuite, elles sont importés dans lightroom pour que je recadre et peaufine les retouches.Les masques créés à partir d'imagen doivent être mis à jour sur chaque photo...J'ai fais la mise à jour en lot mais ça ne fonctionne pas.Et quand je la fais photo par photo, ça fonctionne mais en revenant sur mes images au bout d'un certaine temps, il faut refaire la mise à jour. Pour des gros dossiers à 500 photos, c'est plutôt pénible !Avez-vous des solutions ?Merci d'avance

Morning please may anyone help me, I have a Macbook with Adobe Lightroom not Lightroom Classic. I cannot find where to import my photos at all there is no import photos album, so I then went to the help section and it mentioned importing it into the cloud . Now when I go to the log in page to download the app for the cloud on Safari it keeps taking me to a Chinese Adobe webpage not in english then it says "it looks like you are in Africa go to that website" which I then press okay but all it does is re load the previous Chinese Adobe and I go through the same process.  Please see attached error message. Please Help!

Worst program in phototgraphy history in 2025!!!!!!!!!!!    Get up to date!!!!!  Program crashes every time I open it, images are EXTREMELY pixalated from transfers from NIKONZ.  ADOBE won't even let me post this feedback! 

Hello,  Is it possible to retrieve Cloud files from an Adobe school account that has been deactivated? I'm currently waiting to hear back from my university's ITD Help, but I wanted to know if there was a way through Adobe. Our accounts were deactivated without warning, and now I'm unable to log back in, as the accounts were deactivated, not just the license. I specifically am looking to grab my Lightroom edits/presets - any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Since the new update in Lightroom (8.31), when I export an image, items I've removed with generate remove do not apear in the exported image.
