Photoshop

Not all images I save out from PS as an EPS will import into InDesign as grey, but there are times that it does. Not sure what the issue is? So I have artwork with text in PS 2025, save it out as EPS to retain the vector informationand then import the image into InDesign 2025. The image doesn't appear. What shows upis a grey image. Anyone?

The option to use a foreground to transparent gradient in the 'Basics' folder of the gradient tool has disapeared. This is affecting both normal gradients as well as layer masks, making it so I can't make a layer fade out. It was fine until yesterday. The Basics folder in the image below previousy had 3 options, the third being transparent which is now gone.  Re-installed the latest version but still missing. Using Windows 11.  

Hi, please could someone direct me a guide on how to apply the above. i have a headland , so surrounded by water which makes sky replacement not effective. So, I'm looking to select the headland in the initial image (first) layer then apply it to subsequent Milky Way images, from which I'll convert to jpg and make a Timelapse.  I've seen many like this so know it's possible  and should be easy, but as much as I've tried searching, I'm coming up with everything except what I'm trying to do. thanks  I have Photoshop, lightroom, lightroom classic and LRTimelapse (if the latter helps ) 

So, today I loaded up Photoshop to do some art. However, something is wrong. The mouse pointer and tools/menu keep flashing when I go to any menu or try to do things in them. As if something is loading or communicating. It doesn't do it if it is just setting there with nothing open, or if I go to another window/tab on my PC, if I don't have any psd or file loaded. Starting up PS is normal and everything is fine, but once I open a image or PSD it starts. And if I have something open and I come back from another tab once I click on the menus it starts again, even running the mouse over the menus, you can see the mouse pointer start flashing only when highlighting menus, etc.. Think of it as if a key on my keyboard was being held down, or something is loading and the pointer/menu's keeps flashing, that is how it is. Anything I click in menu's etc it flashes there too. But, there is nothing happening on my mouse or keyboard. I have this weird issue whenever I move an object inside the box area at vanishing point. Whenever I'm moving the object, the object will leave messy marks/dots/lines like the picture below. What's with the issue I'm facing below? It's really frustrating the the messy marks remains there when I apply the vanishing point. Thank you. 

Vanishing Point tool is completely unusable even after clearing my settings. I'm able to paste images fine and drag them into the blue grid, but the behavior is unpredictable and broken. 1. The biggest problem is that, after pasting content and moving it in the grid, the content does not align with its bounding box and moving it around is unpredictable.2. After opening the vanishing point tool, the photo is not centered which wouldn't be an issue except the Hand tool does not work, so I'm not able to move the photo aroundIn the screenshot, I'm using PS 2024, but the issue persists in '23 and Beta.  

Is it possible to remove the colors when editing in RAW? There are so many colors that it is impossible to see the image...

Save the resulting color table (also known as the color palette) to a specific destination folder.I've been looking through the Photoshop scripting API but am having trouble finding the exact commands or syntax to achieve this, especially for the "Local Adaptive" option and saving the color table.Could someone please provide a code snippet or point me in the right direction? Gestern habe ich das Update von Photoshop 26.9. installiert, seit dem kann ich keine CR2 Dateien mehr über den RAW Konverter mehr öffnen. Photoshop stürzt ab und zeigt keine Fehlermeldungen an. Einziger Ausweg ist Programmende über den Task-Manager. Ich habe Photoshop deinstalliert und auch ältere Versionen versucht aber der Fehler übeträgt sich anscheinend auf andere Versionen. Ich kann jetzt gar keineCR2 Dateien mehr öffnen, weil der RAW Konverter in jeder Version abstürzt. Ich verwende Window 11.Was kann ich tun?

데스크톱에 작업물을 psd로 저장 한 후 아이패드로 불러와 작업하고 저장하려는데 클라우드 저장만 되고 아이패드에 저장이 되지 않는다는 것을 알았습니다.저는 작업한 결과물을 아이패드에 저장하고 싶습니다. 클라우드로 저장했다가 작업물이 날라갔던 기억도 있으며, 인터넷을 상시 사용할 수 없다보니 아이패드에 저장해서 필요 할 때 마다 작업하고 싶습니다. 

This is hard to explain but I hope someone can help. For years now I've been working on Photoshop using my trackpad with my left hand to move the cursor, and my right hand on my mouse to click and release. Now for some reason when doing this, after i lift my finger off the mouse, the selection stays clicked and wont release until i click my mouse again. This happens in all parts of Photoshop, when airbrushing, changing brush size, in liquify, etc. I've included a video to give an example, I've just updated to the latest version of PS and it didn't fix the issue. I'm on macOS Sequoia 15.6, and tried resetting tools to defualt. Using apple trackpad & mouse as well.

Exporting web assets from a layer or a layer group has been an important part of my everyday workflows. I used to organize hundreds of assets in PSD files and was able to export assets with exact desired sizes with just one click.  To avoid that PS trims transparent pixels, I used a layer mask that defines the desired area to be exported. This workflow keeps assets consistent and allows developers to easily control asset alignments.So why is Photoshop now trimming transparent pixels by default inside the export dialog and why can't this be turned off? Please solve this.

Photoshop Tool Failure and crashing . Tools failing, select tool randomly selects zig zags, pen draws in zig zags, rectangle select locks, and no zoom feature. Adobe's solve is to use a previous stable version of PS, which does not work. Updating graphics driver does not work.The only way to restart PS is to shut down via Task Manager or restart. I am a story illustrator. I was wondering if it is possible to have continuity using Generate image in Photoshop? If so, how do you do it?

I know this is a long shot, but i've had a client from many moons ago ask for an artwork for a book cover as a layered PSD...I no longer have it but I do have the high res flat Tiff. Pray tell are there any solutions that will save me hours of work that i'll not get paid for? Thanks

Hello Adobe Community, I hope someone can give me a definitive answer to this. I have a full license to the Creative Suite CS6 that I purchased and have registered in my name since late 2013. I'm a professional traveling photographer and it has been my primary production tool on my Macbook Air which it has always been installed in since late 2013. CS6 is still my primary production tool as I don't have Internet in my home and any subscription service is unaffordable at this time. My Macbook Air has battery issues and is now a liability and I must upgrade. I'm only looking at new Macbooks because I own this CS6 suite already and it still meets all of my needs and then some. I will only invest in a new Macbook if I know for a fact that my existing license will transer to a new a computer. I don't have installation CD's, I purchased a digital download version of my software from Adobe. Can this be done? I've heard conflicting answers some saying no, because Adobe will no longer honor the

I do not have the "adjustments presets" options available in v26.9 on Mac. I tried going to the dropdown to select "modern view" but i dont have this option either. Somebody said if i go to Layer there should be an option to add "new adjustment layer" but i dont have this option either. So i'm very confused what could be specifically issues with this specific feature set. Not sure if its relevant but in another thread I read that the adjustments features have a "call home" feature. Not sure what this means but maybe something could be preventing access from connecting to the server? But i disabled firewall and gave full disk access to photoshop and this still persists. And yes, i have tried re-installing, deleting .plist files, installing older version, no luck. Hi, everyone. I've found that when I change the properties of a font, the settings are sticky, so the next font I use will have the same settings (Tracking, Leading, etc.) I'm working on a scrapbook where I want the journaling font to have extended Tracking and custom Leading, but I don't want these properties applied to the title font. This means I'm revising properties of each for every new page I create. Is there a way to save the properties of the journaling font and not have them affect any other fonts I may use?I'm using PS 26.8.1 on a Windows machine. Thanks for any ideas you may have!

I recently reinstalled MacOS Sonoma on my iMac 24, along with the same version of Photoshop as before (25.0).  Immediately after the reinstall, I disable virtually all special keyboard functions so as not to interfere with Photoshop, but now some new keyboard-related gremlins appeared. When MacOS settings > Keyboard settings > Function Keys  “Use as standard function keys” is active… then the Photoshop Selection/Feather keyboard shortcut (Shift-F6) works as before. Perfect. But, the following 2 MacOS functions no longer work.  - pressing the Global/FN key worked with all FN keys.- pressing the Global/FN worked with the Delete key to forward delete text characters. Strangely… if I disable  “Use as standard function keys” then the FN keys work as labelled on each key, BUT the Photoshop Shift-F6 shortcut no longer works. So, I am baffled how to get things working as they were before. creative cloud uygulaması bilgisaayrımda yüklü ve hesabım açık. photshop uygulamasını yükledim fakat açtığımda "abonelik durumunuzu doğrulayamıyoruz" yazıyor ve photshop kapanıyor. başka bir internet bağlantısı ile girdiğimde böyle bir yazı çıkmıyor ancak hesbaıma da giriş yapamıyorum ve bir süre sonra photshop kendiliğinden kapanıyor.

I created a set of actions to open a RAW file, set to auto, save for web and then close the image.This all worked well as I wanted to save the image for web at 1920px. I now want to save jpgs as the size it is in RAW 6000px approx.To that end I then recorded another set step that saved at that size, but having gone to the trouble of setting up a previous step that saved at a lower size.Can I do the following.Run the action group and say, DO NOT RUN the 1920 step. Is there a way to turn off steps and not execute them, or do I have to create a new action set by recording save at 6000px and copy the open RAW/Close steps as a new set? I can see that there are check boxes, next to steps that you can click on and they then have a little square icon appear, I cannot see what this means, anywher.Any kind help appreciated.
