Until now i can not figureout about this problem,My lens blur always greyed out (disable) on smart object.How to fix this? thanks

the colour gradient in the "h" slider appears to be doubled up and doesn't reflect the actual colour around the middle of the slider. The "b" slider also looks a bit messed up. I think this started to happen after the last update. I'm on OS 14.6.1 and photshop v26

I'm working on a project that aims to generate an appropriate background for a book cover, which should seamlessly merge with the book. It's worth noting that the book itself also needs to be generated since I only have the cover.This process needs to be automated. Which Adobe APIs would allow me to accomplish this task? I read about autoblend. Can it be used in the API? Would it be useful for this problem?One of the difficulties I've encountered so far is that while using Firefly generates backgrounds, it systematically fails to include a book, and even when I manage to generate a closed book, I don't know how to integrate the original book cover.

Hi! I am currently learning Photoshop and want to know how I can isolate this photo.  I am using the Select and Mask tool. I particularly want to isolate the girl in the image from the background as you can see in image 1. I want the overall product for the project I am working on to have the shawl on the girl completely showing but when I went to Select, then Select and Mask it got rid of parts of her shawl and adds part of the background. You can see this in  the final in Image 2. How do fix this?  Image 1: Image 2

Occasionally, the empty spaces below the panel buttons turn black for some reason. Exiting full-screen mode temporarily fixes the issue, but it reoccurs after some time. Photoshop: v. 26.7.0macOS v. 12.7.6 

When I look at the Adobe Library folder (/Library/Application Support/Adobe) it is filled with sub-folders (see screenshot) dating back to 2017.   Since this folder has now grown to over 11GB, I would like to delete any old an unused fles/folders.   How can I proceed without causing problems for active apps? OS is Sequoia 15.0.1 Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Hi everyone,I’m trying to create a text light ray effect similar to the Star Trek: The Next Generation title style. The tutorials I’ve found so far on YouTube don’t offer much control over where the light rays go.Does anyone know how to achieve this effect in Photoshop? Hi community,  As the title suggests, is there a way which I can transfer all my workspace and pen brush settings to another computer? My wacom has a bit of issues and hence I wanted to back up and keep my photoshop settings and transfer it to another computer, just in case the whole data in my Wacom is wiped after I sent it for servicing. Thanks in advance.  

Ever since I updated to Photoshop 2025 on macOS Sequoia, when I try to relink a layer to a file, the app completely closes. Even after todays 26.1 update I cannot relink to file without a crash. Any suggestions? Thanks

HelloI'm doing laser cut of maps, so I have a scan of an old maritime map and I need to vectorise it in Illustrator. The image is yellowish and there ae a lot of writings (names, depth, headings...) that I need to keep and engrave at the end. Unfortunatly I cannot succed in having a decent result, the vectorisation is hawful, just big splashes, as I need to keep the coast line true and be able to read the engravings.Also in the full map the "white part" color is not consistent, so I spent hours cleaning it, is there a way to do it quickly?So if someone could propose a process to do it... Thanks a lot.

After a few days without opening Photoshop, I opened it today and found my file like this. Some layers have this glitch and are uneditable. The background was supposed to be clean, not like this (it seems like the used fonts created those cutout shapes all over the canvas).Luckily, the file is just a sketch... but imagine if it were a final version? Hi guysLooking for a way to remove reflections from a glass window/wall of a meeting romm inside a building.As you can see from the test shots, there is loads of reflection from behind, left and right side too.My question is, what advide do you have for processing it further in Ps in order to reduce or even eleiminate the reflections?As a side note: While shooting I did experiment with different angles, a polarizer filter, but the results have not been pleasing too. So if you have in addtion some ideas it would be much appreciated.Thanks

Photoshop 2025 How bad of programmer HR people do we have at adobe? If we cannot request to terminate all of the HR department than why are we suffering? If we cannot save at least a 50-200 gig photoshop file, then what's the point of paying for it? Its bad HR because any good programmer doens't have certifications.Plus all the foo foo non-listeners, This is Hollywood. I want a 90 terrabyte PSD not PSB. You don't think I don't know that your inter master adobe #1 user Eddie Sparks cannot use a non-psd for your own interuse in AE or PRE or all the other crap I want to use.U shouldn't listen to users that don't at least use a production computer or raid. This is professional software. This isn't mom n pops corel draw. I've paid at least 5k to be very good at being a God of Adobe Products in Hollywood. But I can't get as much as a 3 gig photoshop file because of your HR choices.

Hello, I'm currently using version 26.2 of Photoshop 2025 on a 2023 Apple M3 iMac on Sequoia 15.2 I use the rotate tool all the time and have previously never had any issues, but I saw this message appear today: "Could not complete your request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows." This is the first time I've ever had this issue and I'm not sure how to solve it. I found a few older posts where people were experiencing a similar problem, but on a Windows PC. How would I resolve this on a Mac? 

I wamted to use the same generative fill background that was created on a few different images in a series.  However, you can't just drag and drop, then mask on the additional images as the layer will also have parts of the previous photo in it, instead of just the images pulled by Generative Fill AI.  Also when using the same prompts on the next image, the results are different.  is there a way to get consistent results in a series of photos?

I am trying to use recorded actions to replay my brush strokes. The replayed strokes have extra, unwanted features (a blob at pen down) that aren't present in the original, recorded brushstrokes. Recorded brush strokes:Replayed Brush Strokes (note the extra circular dots at the start of each stroke):I am using a Huion Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) to input my brushstrokes.

Hi everyone,I’m not very tech-savvy when it comes to using Creative Cloud. I have the basic Photography plan and am working on a 2017 iMac 27" with an Intel chip. My system is running macOS Ventura, which is the latest version supported on this machine, so I can’t upgrade to Photoshop v26.Aside from that, I’m having trouble installing the TK Print Plugin for Photoshop, provided by TK Panel (I’m sure many of you are familiar with TK Panels). Creative Cloud won’t allow me to install it, and attempting a local installation hasn’t worked either.The error message says something about updating Adobe XD before installing, which has me completely puzzled. The TK Print Plugin is for Photoshop, and I’ve never had Adobe XD installed or had a need for it.It’s been really frustrating, to say the least. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or help from the Adobe Community. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to write the script as I can't do it myself and would take me weeks if not months to learn by myself, not very interesting since I use PS a few times per year.I want to have a white layer to progressively turn black vertically by drawing black pixels on it at random X coordinates. The layer being 1943 pixels wide and 194 high, thus 10 more pixels would be black compared to the previous line. The X positions will be random from 0 to 1942 included, and can't be picked twice on the same row. Black pixels can have the same X if they are on different lines, and can be next to each other on the same line (ie X=583 & X=584). So for example on the first line I could get 10 black pixels with Y=0 and the X coordinates of 443, 622, 657, 766, 789, 886, 1259, 1376, 1555, 1643. Then second line 20 pixels with Y=1 the X coordinates would be 81, 302, 312, 322, 458, 605, 812, 856, 861, 930, 1369, 1394, 1431, 1490, 1560, 1563, 1602, 1652, 1735. Thanks

Not sure if it's just my computer, but everytime I open a new project on Photoshop I get presented with a transparent layer on the layers tab, while the layer is white. Usually there would be a locked layer that says "Background," but I don't get that. I've tried changing the rgb options, and the background color but neither worked. I also tried adding a background layer from the layer tab and it shows up a completely different color, and it's affecting the way I use the blur option as far as I know. Help!!

I was directed to the New Features Summary page for PS 26.2. But there are no features listed, except for new Type tools.There is a an Update button, but my system is not compatible with 26.2 so I can't even see the new features summary to evaluate a possible hardware upgrade.Where is the summary?

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue in Photoshop 2025, specifically in the Filter Gallery under the "Sketch" section. When applying any filter from this section, the results do not display correctly. Instead of getting a black-and-white image (as it should be), the output shows completely different colors. I’ve tested it with various images and text, but the issue persists. Hi, hope someone can help me with this... couldn'f find anything related to this.I read in the guide that you can specify export size when generating images assets from layers in photoshop.Suposedly if you us this name structure: 300mm x 20cm Rounded_rectangle_3.png But when I try... it just doesn't work. It does export all the images in the correct format and so on... but the size part just doesn't work. It just crops the asset to the minimum size with no empty space. Is there something i'm missing? Do I need to activate something somwhere...? For now what I'm doing is creating a mask with the correct size in each layer, but would be much quicker if I could just put the size in the name and get it done. What can I do? Thank you very much in advance! 😄 I'm using photoshop 2022 in a mackbook pro with MacOs BigSur 11.2.2
