Hey Adobe "geniuses,"WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH YOUR [removed] NEW VERSIONS?!?! Every time I try to MOVE or COPY ARTBOARDS, the program FREEZES for MINUTES on end—like it's taking a [removed] coffee break! Then, out of nowhere, this [removed] "MOVE" process dialog pops up like some [removed] error you forgot to fix.I NEVER had this [removed] in ANY previous version—ZERO issues, EVER! Now I'm TERRIFIED to even copy an artboard because Photoshop might CRASH and CORRUPT my whole [removed] file. Are you kidding me?!WHY AREN'T YOU DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?! WHY does this [removed]persist through your so-called DAILY UPDATES?!You've had MONTHS to fix this garbage—stop ignoring us paying customers and TELL US: WHAT'S THE DEAL? Just updated to latest version of Photoshop, version 27.0.0 on Windows. For some reason generative fill using either Gemini or Flux Kontext Pro is not working.    I make a selection In the contextual task bar I click on Generative Fill I select either Gemini or Flux I type a prompt (can literally be anything)   Photoshop shows the progress bar and it creates the Generative Fill layer. But at like 50/75% of progress the progress bar suddenly disappears and the generative fill layer also is gone. No errors, no crashes, just .. as if it never happened. Firefly generation works just fine. I have tried different images, from scratch, different prompts. It doesn't matter, the 3rd party generative options simply do not work for me. I have also installed the Photoshop beta just in case, and that has the same issue unfortunately.   What can be the cause? Is there some place where I can check logs for any possible errors?

Where is the Magic Wand tool???? Its not beneath my object select, nor in my Essential Workspace. Tool presets states "cannot be found"

Hello! I've updated my Photoshop to the version 27.0 and unfortunately I can't check out the new functions. Both Flux Kontext/Nano Banana or Topaz Sharpening/Noise removal don't seem to function. It's behaving similarly to the day of the huge AWS breakdown - a window with a loading bar pops up, but it disappears halfway or like 75%, not having any effect. I've waited since friday to check it out again, but nothing has changed, I figured that maybe I don't have the necessary generative credits, but I'm not able to check the balance - the whole section in the top-right dropdown menu is not loading at all, the error says this section can't be loaded. Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?

In the past, I’ve been able to apply and edit strokes, color overlays, pattern overlays, drop shadows, etc, and see the changes before exiting the panel. Specifically was trying to move the pattern overlay around on the canvas before committing.Now, even with the checkbox ticked to preview changes, I can’t see anything I’m affecting until I confirm the Layer Style. I’ve printed the descriptor of a text layer and it has 2 “textStyleRange”. In the first one, the color in the “textStyle” is like this "color": {    "objectType": "RGBColor",    "value": {        "red": 242.96399384737,        "grain": 231.608835160732,        "blue": 124.368603229523    }} and in the other it looks like this"color": {    "objectType": "RGBColor",    "value": {        "redFloat": -0.1768099963665,        "greenFloat": 0.65371006727219,        "blueFloat": 0.70756006240845    }} It seems that, if I clamp/clip the values redFloat, greenFloat and blueFloat to the range [0, 1] and then scale them to [0, 255], I get the RGB values I see in the Photoshop UI, but I don’t know if this is the correct and reliable way of converting them to [0, 255]. By clamping, I mean that I set them to zero, if they are less than 0, and set them to 1 if they are greater than 1. Does anyone know if this documented somewhere and if this is the correct/reliable way of doing it? I need all colors

Cropping individual layers as a default option and if I want to crop the whole canvas then we should select all layers.I’m finding it difficult to follow steps for cropping a single image and feel this should be the default option when looking to crop something.

When the detailed Layers panel is open, it sometimes obscures the image I’m working on. The usual 2-finger-drag gesture to move the image on the screen doesn’t work when the Layers panel is open. Workaround is to close the Layers panel, move the image with a 2-finger drag, and then reopen the Layers panel, which isn’t an ideal workflow. Thanks for listening.

This is RBG color with Lighten Blend Mode. It disappeared with white color BG but it is visible with black color BG. What is the reason? Video also uploaded.   

This has got to do with Photoshop App Crashes when hitting the Print Button.I have 2 PCs both running Photoshop 2025 and 2026 running on Windows 11.The odd thing is I can print out a file in one PC but not on another PC. It crashes every time I hit the print button in the Print Menu.To divert but with the same problem I experienced is with a Canon Scanner which I was unable to print a perfect image as it comes out with a thick 1cm black line vertically right in the middle of the image. I had brought this to the attention of Canon and Microsoft. Canon replied that the model has no update on the driver and MS never replied. A year later… odd as it seems….. my Canon Lide 110 just sprang back to life and scanning was perfect.Now who to point the finger to. I suspect the frequent updatings on the app and windows may have an effect on this.Anyway…. this is something to probe into. regardsLong time user since PS started.

Hi,When I click "Get More Brushes" and scroll down on Adobe.com, I can only download eight Kyle Webster brush packs. Unfortunately, "Charcoal" and "Concept," among others, are no longer available. Does anyone know how I can download and use them again? Thanks in advance.

photoshop will not open from desktop. It opens as a background process. Running Windows 11 pro.

After selecting download, the loading bar goes to 68% and doesn’t move anymore.  After pressing cancel, this message appears.

I know you didn't used to be able to extend multiple video layers at one time, but has this been updated?? I am trying to move (extend) 50+ layers in the timeline in Photoshop CC 2017, but would like to be able to highlight (shift click) all of them and extend at the same time. How is this done??

I have a new computer that is an ASUS Creative laptop with Windows 11. I cannot do anything in Photoshop upon installing the latest version of it from the Creative Cloud app. Brush strokes, shapes, fills, etc, do not ever appear. The Selection Tool does though. The artwork does appear in Animate though, which makes me believe it’s a problem with Photoshop itself. My pen is a third-party one from Amazon that doesn’t come with a driver or Bluetooth, so I cannot be paired with the computer, even though as I said it works in Animate, as well as other apps like ToonBoom and Clip Studio.  Any ideas?

Everytime when i get updates for Photoshop, all my shortcuts gets dissapeared. Is there a posibillity, to keep them in the next version? In my settings i have activated that i keep the settings from the older version and delete the last version so i have only the actual version of photoshop.

I have a terrible time seeing both the Menu and Toolbar in Photoshop.  I've edited the Interface in Preferences to Large and UI scale however, it doesn't make a whole lot of difference.  Is there any way to make it larger?Thanks

I am taking an image then increasing the canvas size.  Selecting the inverse of the original image and then using the Delete option with contents set as Content aware.  then using the generate option to generate the extended image into the increased canvas.The problem is that when I finish the generate process, it places a rounded border around the original image.  I attached my instructions that I created with all the steps and screenshots.  The last screenshot is the final product with the border that is not desired.

Hi CS6 Image Adjustments Variations.showed the result of adding red or magenta or blue etc, with a sliding scale for amount and choice of shadows midtones highlights. Great for revealing which direction to take the colour adjustments into.Used it in CS6Now I am also with 2026, its gone, go to CS6 its there.I wanted to adjust some pasted in grass that was a different colour to the existing grass, and this did so.Instead there is no tool that allows one to pipette the grasses and have Pshop match grass.Surely feeding in the RGB average of the two grasses would allow Pshop to establish the conversion, Basic fundamental stuff, but without variations I am a fish out of water.Just why remove a so useful tool ?Were folk screaming blue murder at it ?Merlin
