Photoshop Elements

Får endast upp den här bilden när jag försöker installera Elements. Går inte att göra annat än att avsluta installationen.Hur göra?

I can see thumbnail and play video with Media Player in Windows 11. In Photoshop Elements 11 the thumbnail is blank and cannot be played. Do I need another codec? If so how do I find out which?I am almost certain I did not have the problem in Windows 10.I tried playing the files in Quick Time in Windows, but that also does not work.

I’m using the Organizer in Elements 18 and I am going through all of my 9000+ photos, sequentially, in order of oldest to newest. They are displayed in a thumbnail grid, in All Media view. Last night I stopped at item number 451. The organizer identified this number on the screen, I think in the bottom-left corner, but when I just went to resume at item number 452, I could not find an item number listed anywhere. When I select an item, it says "1 item selected | Jan 1980 - Feb 2026" (if nothing is selected, it shows "9290 items | Jan 1980 - Feb 2026". I can’t figure out what I might have done that caused the Organizer not to display the item number (it was probably something dumb). I tried a Web search and could not find an answer. Then I asked ChatGPT for help, and it had several suggestions (maybe I was using a filter? I wasn’t clicking on the thumbnail? I’m not sorting from oldest to newest, etc.), but none of them resolved the issue. Anyone here know what might be causing the behav

I just purchased PSE 2026, downloaded, and installed it.  Then I get an error message saying it cannot be activated because only one device can be used.  The PSEs I have on my other devices are older and not 2026.  I am told to deactivate the others first.  Why should I when they are older?

I have used PS elements (currently on 2020) for several years - Recently, the loading screen opens, the organiser opens from that, but the Editor will not open.  I have tried opening as Administrator, Running the “.exe” file direct, uninstalling and re-installing, then all of the above again, but still not working (Windows 11) I don’t need all the new stuff on 2025, and am tempted to ditch it completely due to frustration - I have been trying workarounds for several hours.

Hi,I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements yesterday directly from Adobe and installed it. I'm running a Macbook Air (2018 model) with 16GB RAM and approx 200GB free SSD hard drive space. It's running Mac OSX 10.15.2. When I try to launch Photoshop Elements, I get a screen telling me Adobe Sign-in required. I'll enter my Adobe username and password, a green check will appear next to the password which I assumes is telling me my credentials have been verified and instead of launching, it just goes back to the sign-in required screen. I've tried everything I can think of including changing my Adobe password and verifying that it works in the Adobe website, creating a new Adobe account in the sign-in screen to launch Photoshop Elements, linking my account to my Google account and trying to sign in that way. PSE 2025 on Mac Sequoia 15.7.3 installed more than a year ago and. have been using several catalogs. Today when I opened PSE Organizer my current catalog is empty. I have been able to convert/restore a 2023 catalog but not a recent one. I. have had trouble creating backups in the past, I don’t know if it is because my current catalog had over 25k files.

Bonjour à tous,Suite à un crash hardware j'ai dû remplacer quelques éléments essentiels sur mon ordinateur.À ma grande surprise PSE 2023 ne reconnaît plus sa licence et me demande de désactiver mon ancien ordinateur, chose qui m'est bien entendu totalement impossible, les éléments hardware étant fichus …Je ne trouve aucun lien, aucune info relative à la résolution de ce problème. On peut retrouver la liste des licences qui ont été achetées et leurs numéros de série, mais l'interface Adobe empêche soigneusement la désactivation de toutes ces licences ce qui fait que je reste coincé sans que ce soit ma faute.Comment faire, où appeler les personnes compétentes, pour résoudre ce problème ?Merci beaucoup à la communauté 😊Fabrice    

Er zou een oude versie op de pc staan. De oude versie is echter verwijderd. Bij het installeren kan ik geen keuze maken waar ik het programma wil plaatsen. Wie weet hiervoor een oplossing

download the program via the product tab after activation the product.  Installed normally, went to run program, nothing happened. ran as admin, nothing happened. did a uninstall and a reinstall, again, nothing has happened with the program.

Bonjour,J’ai acheté PSE 2022 en téléchargement sur le site d’adobe. Suite à un problème, je l’ai désinstallé puis réinstallé sur mon PC, le numéro de série m’est demandé mais je ne l’ai pas. Et sur mon compte Client chez Adobe ma facture n’est plus en historique (gardées 3 ans….).Comment faire pour continuer à utiliser le produit, merci ? 

Why is this image displaying as a blank thumbnail in Elements 11? If you try to ‘Get Media’ again it tells me it already exists. Should I delete from catalogue and try the whole thing again? I honestly think all was OK before downloaded windows 11.. 

Wie kommt Adobe dazu, nach einem überhaupt in 1 1/2 Jahren zur Verfügung gestellten Update mein käuflich über Idealo.de erworbenes Photoshop Elements zu sperren??? US-amerikanische Konzerne glauben wohl, wie ihre Regierung, über allem zu stehen. Ich habe nach gut Treu und Glauben eine Software käuflich erworben und diese bestimmungsgemäß genutzt. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit, Kunden so zu behandeln. Keine E-Mail, keine Infonachricht über den Adobe-Account (Wofür hat man den? Zum Datenabgreifen für Adobe?!). Das Geschäftsgebahren ist inakzeptabel. Man hat ja nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, dieses Unternehmen per E-Mail-Kontakt direkt zu erreichen. Ich vermute mal ganz einfach, daß mit diesen willkürlichen Aktionen die Kunden in Abo-Verträge gepusht werden sollen. Als Kunde möchte ich das aber nicht. Wenn ich ein Produkt käuflich erwerbe, ohne zeitliche Limitierung der Lizenz, dann möchte ich es auch als mein Eigentum nutzen können und jederzeit Zugriff erhalten. Ich bitte um

Seems to me that when a picture is wrongly orientated (shown landscape in Organiser when the picture is composed portrait, or vica versa), faces that are clear, but on their side, are not recognised.  I know I can "Mark Face" - but, when I have re-orientated it, is there a way to ask Photoshop to run face recognition on an individual picture ?

I use the selection tool, select the sky, and now I don’t know how to accept that selection.

I want to remove adobe raw from Elements 2024.  I found instructions that said to delete the plug in.  I uninstalled the plug in, but adobe raw still appears in the edit menu.  What do I need to do to remove adobe raw?

Elements 26 Organizer and Editor will not open .Nothing happens at all , no error message ,when i click on organizer or editor the blue thing goes round but nothing opens .

These are instructions for a class I am taking:  Press shift, control J to cut out selection and place on it's own layer.  When I do I get an error instant GIF off and it doesn't perform the task.Also if I use shift control U to make pic black and white I get in-game replay message and doesn't turn pic black and white. I am using PSE 2024 with windows 10.   Any ideas why this is happening?        

Until a few weeks ago, I have been able to print from PE 2024 to my WiFi connected printer, an Epson ET-8550. I am running this on Win10.The printing utility in PE allows me to select the printer and change its options, but when I click the Print button, it spends the next 15-20sec doing nothing and then defaults to the default printer (HP Laserjet). I haven’t tried switching the ET-8550 as the default, as it seems to me that it is timing out on connecting to it. In the printing dialogue, under More Options, the colour management is set to “Printer Manages Colors”, and under Edit>Color Settings, “Always Optimize Color for Computer Screens” is selected.I have found that I am able ro print from Windows Photo Viewer, and little else, as a .tif file.I’d appreciate some help on this. I have been using the Photoshop Elements photo editor just fine, but recently it won't open and sends me to a Free Trial page. I have it on my PC with Windows 11. I was able to get the Photoshop Premiere video program open, just not the photo editor. 

(google trad) Hello, I'm having trouble installing Photoshop Elements 15 on a new PC (Windows 11). Photoshop Elements 15 refuses to activate my license. After contacting Adobe support, I was able to verify (unsuccessfully) that my license was indeed deactivated on my other devices. I also tried reinstalling with my antivirus and firewall disabled.Has anyone else encountered or resolved this type of problem? Thank you for your help. 

If I open two designs in 2026 and I want to move a design in one to the other design how do I do that?  In 2021 I just highlighted and moved to the screen at the bottom of the other design.  Now I can’t find any way to make this work.  Help.

Moved all Photos from old laptop to individual folders on new ASUS 15” laptop then purchased new Photoshop Eliments from Adobe. Opened Elements organizer and highlighted all photos in each folder and imported into Elements {all 6000+ of them}. Have found photos are not in date order as expected, they all seem to have a 2026 date even though the earliest was around 2013. Also some of the photos have a cloud symbol on them, I have not asked for any of these photos to be stored in the cloud. Some thumbnails have a tick mark on them why? I am sure most of my issues are probebly due to the operating system being updated from my older version. But its strainge, I am thinking I should have stuck with my old laptop with Elements 2013. I was hoping for a smooth transition but it seems its a new learing curve. Disapointed that it does not recognise RAF raw files from my Fuji S200 camera, got about 1000 files to convert to DNG;s   

I have Photoshop Express in an iPhone Pro 12 and an iPhone 17. The 12 shows “Combine Photos” as an option (I use it all the time). The 17 doesn’t. I cannot add layers.  And nothing happens when I tap “#Combine Photos” right under the search bar
