I took the 7 day free trial of acrobat adobe on 20th may 2026 and created an autopay but i got to know about a free website to do the same work, and that's why i deleted my autopay on 20th may at around 4 pm but when i checked my bank statement it said that my 2600 rupees are deducted on 20th may 2026 at 3:22 pm , and asked me to talk to bank , then bank told me to ask to phone pe, and then phone pe asked me to talk to the merchant that's adobe, but when i cancelled my subscription i got an email saying I won't get a refund according to the refund policy, but when i went through it , it was mentioned that if i cancel my subscription within 14 days then i will get a full refund, and i cancelled within 5 days only. So how come you can say I won't get a refund. Check it and give me the refund , also i can share images

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS, but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files. I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs. Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.
I got the free trial of 7 days and now I want to unsubscribe it, but when I go in “manage subscription” in the app it’s not there so I can’t do anything. Could you unsubscribe it for me?
