Issue Description: I am experiencing a persistent "Download failed" error when trying to download or publish assets. This occurs even when using simple projects, such as a single image placed within a Premium Mockup.Despite having an active Premium Subscription, I am currently unable to download any content.Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken: Storage Management: I have deleted the majority of assets on my account to ensure it is not a storage capacity issue. Browser Maintenance: I have cleared my browser cache and cookies entirely. Session Reset: I have logged out and back into my account multiple times. Testing: The error persists across different files and templates.   System Details: Account Type: Premium Error Message: "Download failed - Sorry, something went wrong. Please try downloading or publishing again    

Earlier today I was working on some projects with the normal version that has been the same since I've been using it on my other account for a long time now now an update happens I'm forced out of my account having to create a new one and now this version only lets me Use it in landscape and it's completely a very frustrating experience trying to find and just everything when I was so used to using the old way the very least you could've did was have a classic mode where people could transition back to the old version while working on their projects and then slowly learn a new way just forcing us to try to use this horrible update which I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one complaining about it cause I'm looking at every messenger board all over social media and people are mad. Honestly think I'm about to just cancel my entire account not even doing this to get my way or whatever I'm seriously thinking about looking at other competitors because whatever this software is it is Not very u

Does the free online avatar creator in Adobe Express use gen AI or is it just puppeting the same way the old whiteboard syncing sites used to do (10-15 years ago)?

Hi, Could you help me with how I can set up nudge preferences in Adobe Express.  I am not able to move the image/ text by 1 pixel.  It moves by 2 pixels when I move up/ down by arrow keys or by holding option key.It moves by 18 pixels by holding down shift key.   Thank you,Vandana 

I created a menu with links to slideshows & movies in iDVD and have created a physical DVD disc I would like to share this, as is, online. I am hoping it’s possible to embed my DVD image file (ISO?) as a link into an Adobe Express project so that it will show the interactive content online just as if I were putting the DVD into a DVD player. I have never used Adobe Express before …… please could you send me a tutorial link, or offer another solution. Thank you very much.

The Enhance Speech function has been working on a short piece of audio for days now and is stopping me from downloading the video I’m working on as it’s still processing. I can’t seem to find a way to cancel it working on the audio, is this possible? At this point I just want to be able to cancel this function so I can download the video.

Anyone else having these problem working on an IPad? It’s an IPad Air, less than a year old. Apart from the items I want to edit flying up or down, despite me moving them very slowly, and the zoom not working well, and the side menu taking more room than the space needed to work on.  These are all little glitches that I’ve gotten used to. But my main frustration is the edit/resize bar just won’t go away. Once it appears it stays there.  This means I cannot see the top of my work properly.  It’s just always there on top of whatever I’m working on.  I asked support months ago and the response was to “tap anywhere else on the page and it will disappear!”  As if I’m a child.  No, it doesn’t, that’s why I’m contacting support.  In fact their whole attitude was as if I must be wrong.  I shouldn’t have to get used to these errors and it does make work longer than it should be. This time I’m not accepting it, I want to know why. The short cut key Lock is not working.  

Loading the url: (https://new.express.adobe.com/) works, but when I go to create a new design or start from my content, I keep getting the message, “Something went wrong Please wait — we’ll reconnect you when it’s fixed.” A wheel then just constantly spinning and nothing loads so I can’t do anything. I have cleared cache, cookies, and history, restarted my machine, and also tried multiple other browsers, but still encounter the same issue. 

All project are gone. seemed to go missing during an update. Years worth of stuff. I checked everywhere in "my stuff". PLEASE HELP

Hi! Since the Adobe Express comes with a standard license, can it be used for Print on demand? I have been using Adobe Express since many months for print on demand, however all of my designs contain only texts without any illustrations or graphics. Does the Adobe standard license also apply to Adobe Express projects which contain only font (texts). If yes, can the designs be printed on merchandise for sale? Please explain. I am getting confused and worried.

I’m, trying to enable the google drive add-on, but as soon as I try to add it via the button on the google drive page it says “contact your administrator to enable this add-on”. But I tried it logging with the admin account and it says the same thing. I tried to look on some settings to make it work but I don’t find any way to enable it.Can you help me ? 

Trabajo en una Macbook Air M1. He terminado un archivo, cuando intento descargarlo en el formato que muestro acontinuación (PDF para imprimir), al llegar al 90% se queda ahí por unos 10 minutos (probablemente 15 minutos) y despues me arroja el error.Como información extra, ya he descargado el archivo anteriormente y en el mismo formato. Solicitando apoyo de la comunidad de Adobe, me atendieron del sistema de soporte y me ayudaron a solucionar el problema con una Laptop con windows en modo incognito, tambien lo intente borrando la cache y cookies y soluciono el problema, pero solo en ese dispositivo, en mi equipo de trabajo principal sigo teniendo el problema, aún habiendo borrado todo el cache. Al regresar al dispositivo con windows me arroja el error nuevamente, me parece malo tener que cambiar constantemente de equipo solo para poder descargar mi archivo, espero alguien pueda apoyarme, ya que considero usar Adobe Express como mi plataforma principal de trabajo. Help!  Have to get files out today. I am attempting to download a pdf and can't.  Just checked and it won't let me download any type of file.  It goes through the motions and goes to "100%" but it doesn't ask me where to save it.  It' not in my downloads or recents.  It's simply not saving anywhere.  I'm on a Mac and I've cleared my cache and updated adobe.   Don't want to totally restart because I have some programs open and can't loose the conversations with gtps. Thank you!!

Everything I used this for is apparently gone now.  How do I wrap my text in a circle now?  The 20 second "tutorial" shows using a template that doesn't exist in my verson.  It used to be that you made a text box, clicked the magic text button, and picked a shape.  Please help!

Hello! I am trying to put an adobe express video that I made into my webpage. However, when I paste the view only link from adobe express, there is an error that reads “No video to display.”  The video is published. When I copy and paste that link into another window, the video works and plays. Please assist :) How do I solve this? 

Adobe Express constantly crashes when I use the timeline. It’s a new annoying bug that is getting more problematic. Anyone else having this problem?
