Is there a way for a group to own an Adobe Express file instead of an individual account? For instance, if a team member works on a project and then leaves the organization, how can it be assigned to a new user hired into that position?

I want to design posts for Instagram and Facebook but have no design experience. What's the best starting point templates or scratch? And how do I pick fonts, colors, and layouts that look clean and modern? Any beginner tips or key features to know?

Adobe Express file approvals show a 'Something went wrong. Feedback could not be sent. Please try again.' error message if an approver tries 'Needs work' or 'Approve' leaving feedback. 'Approve' without feedback works. Basic troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue - clearing browser cache, incognito window, different web browsers, tested with multiple files and approvers. We’re using the simple approval process and do not have access to Workfront. How do we resolve this issue without additional steps?  Note: During troubleshooting, the only thing that seems to resolve the error is asking the user who requested approval share the file with the approver. This is an additional, clunky step in the approval process. We hope to avoid it for better UX.

When I try to import the PSD file, Adobe Express does not accept it. This issue is slowing me down significantly.

Hi Adobe Team, I am an Airtel broadband user in India and I recently tried to redeem my bundled 12-Month Adobe Express Premium subscription benefit via the Airtel Thanks App.  Unfortunately, during the redirection and account authorization process, the system accidentally mapped the redemption token to an incorrect email address that I do not own or have access to.  The Airtel Thanks app currently shows the benefit as "Active," but my actual Adobe ID is stuck on the free tier. I have already spoken to Airtel Support, and they confirmed they cannot revoke or reset the voucher from their end. Adobe Chat Support just directed me to this forum so a backend community manager can assist with manual synchronization. Could a Community Manager please help me unlink the token from the wrong email address and manually apply the Premium status to my correct Adobe ID? I have changed fits and not used resize, and I still cannot use Adobe Express for free. My work is trapped and I cannot download it without upgrading for a fee. I work for an anarchist grassroots org and we can’t afford to pay. How do I block premium features? 

For about three days now, ‘Couldn’t Load Projects, please try again’ appears when I go try to access my projects page. I’ve signed out and in. Tried different browsers, different devices. Same result. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? re: Adobe Express 

I exported an InDesign file to Adobe Express. I opened the file in Adobe Express, and there’s no content at all, nor is there any way for me to edit or resize the project. I’ve tried uploading the .indd file itself in Adobe Express, same story. Nothing seen, nor can I edit. I tried just creating a new file, opening a template file, and same story….I can’t see the job, nor can I edit. I’ve quit Creative Cloud, deleted preferences, restarted the computer 5 times, and I’m still stuck with this issue.

when I try to login - it doesn’t recognize my account email.  I tried every email I had, but, it is saved in my log ins, so, I know I have the right one.  It forced me to create a new account.  I paid for software.  Now I have no access to my software or my saved projects.  Anyone else having this issue?  I emptied all cache, I restarted computer - I have done everything I can find on line as a possible solve.

I created some project some months ago with Adobe Express (websites). Recently I wanted to review these for updates, but nothing could be found in my projects list anymore. Also the hyperlinks I archived seemed not to be active any longer. I have a premium subscription which gave me access to Adobe continuously. So the volatility of these projects is a mystery for me. How can I recover or reactivate the links to these ? Or should Adobe intervene ?

I create an mailer an on which i add a box saying “Click here” and i add an hyperlink to the box with the Zoom meeting invite, i the save my mailer and send it via Whatsapp to the participants, in the assumption that when they click on the box which says “Click here”, it does not open the hyperlink, what i realized is that the pic goes as a PNG and hence becomes only a Pic and the links are disabled. Is there a way / direction on how to open Zoom and join the meeting when the participants click on “Click here” to join the meeting.  

Is anyone else NOT seeing the Generate QR code feature in Adobe Express? It used to be so easy to find, but this latest update is making it impossible to find. 

When exporting a project for the final image as Download, the file format selection should remain consistent according to what the user selected for a previous download, so that the file sizes are reliable for web applications and efficient for and mobile device usage. Thank you.

Having the exact same issue now! It just redirects to downloading Adobe Express from the App Store and does not take me to what I linked! I tried clearing cache, I tried the view-only link, I tried the URL directly, nothing works!

Upon creating a QR code for a client. i couldnt track the scans and i was relying on those results

I post daily videos for tarot cards and schedule them to air in advance. Is there a way to download them from the content scheduler? I did some research but the answers did not work as there is no way to edit the videos and they are not in my projects as I use the same template and overwrite the previous. Seems there should be a way.I asked this on the general forum and was told to repost here.

Everytime I work on Adobe Express I have issues with the server lagging or being extremely slow!!! Adobe Express has major issues how slow the site is I honestly do not know how it has not been addressed yet. Simple tasks like changing tools causes to server to slow and you end up waiting minutes for it to load. Most of the time you end up reloading the website and often lose work. Zooming is my biggest problem with this site. When you zoom it glitches and causes a duplicate of your work to appear and you are forced to reload the webiste, EVERYTIME. When working you are constantly zooming in and out to see details and then the full scale again so this makes it nearly impossible to use the site.  I really love do love Adobe Express for its simplicity and yet still being able to produce quality graphics and creatives. The ongoing problems with the site however have made me utilize it less and less. When I do I usually end up disappointed or frustrated midway and switc
