Am I missing something? How do I scroll after zooming in in Adobe Express? Whenever I zoom in I can't scroll. The app zooms in on a random place on the artboard, not on the object I select, and I can't scroll to get to the object I needed to see in the first place.

This seems like it should be a super simple feature, yet it is completely not visible from what I can tell: I have an image inside a larger canvas, I have resized the image the way I want, and now, I simply want to have the canvas match with this image. There appears to be no straightforward way to do this.- I can resize the canvas, but have to type in the dimensions, this seems clunky at best Am I missing something obvious?

I THINK I was finally able to cancel what was the most horrible interfaces/apps I have EVER seen in my technolgoy filled life. What a joke. Adobe, you need to seriously reconsider how your unferiendly your program is for non-tech people and Neurodivergent people in particular. What a complete waste of my life siging up for this thing then spending hours cancelling the  "free trial" expcept it's not free - it steals your time trying to sell you every upgrade under the sun that is completely unuseable unless you are a tech genius. Worst experience.

Hi, It is for Aobe Express on Mac.I try to remove the bakground of my video dance. But, the resut is not good , less than Capcut and also Canva! I do not understand because normaly AE is more powerful. How can I improve this? Thanks for your advice and sorry for my bad English

I've come across a hurdle that I've never seen before in the five years I've been hereMy videos at the end the showcase are cutting them shorts sometimes it's the audio cutting short sometimes it's the video cutting short but it's been a constant for the past four projects Anybody else experiencing Is there a work around Is this a glitch it's new to meand I'm on here constantly so if anyone could help me with a fix or is this maybe possibly something to do with my settings for output or downloading or something I don't know I'm lost at this one Any help would be great Anthony

It did the same thing on yhe computer but it refreshed. On Mobile it hasn't. I logged out and logged in, checked uodates, restarted my phone and still nothing. It's usually between the Templates and Get started section . But it's no where to be found now. Any ideas ? Thank you!  

I use a semi-transparent rectangle on many projects for a client in AE. Why can't I mark a shape as a favorite? I can mark stickers, icons, designs, etc., but not shapes.  Am I missing something or is this feature not available in Adobe Express? 

Im currently trying to work with an adobe font called "Gravita GEO" its not showing up in Adobe express, and gives a small blue exclemation mark at the top right of the text box, why is this happening? in the font menu it also says "font not available", but its a adobe font so it should work right, Hopefully anybody could clear this up 

Can someone please help me understand why, this week,  I can't hear any audio during editing, after uploading a (any) video to Adobe Express? The audio doesn't show in the timeline under the video. I also can't hear any audio that is added straight from Express. I can however hear the audio track after downloading the "completed" Reel. Sound is on and up. I can hear youtube audio for example. Nothing muted. Chrome. Browsing Data cleared/reset recently.  Why do I pay for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it sooo difficult and confusing trying to export or download a 10 page carousel that I just designed in express? Nothing intuitive, no download button, no right click options, no options clicking the three dots, why is it so hidden? I'm trying express out to help speed up my workflow but this is brutal; what am I missing? I'm a bit of a newb on this platform but it's so non-intuitive - at least everytime I try. TIA

I'm having trouble editing video on Adobe Express Web. It's not internet-related. It won't load or play the files. I haven't been able to use Adobe Express properly for a month now; it keeps giving me errors. 

I found four new fonts on the adobe fonts website, and I installed and enabled them. There is nothing else that I can do to ensure that I have them enabled and turned on (or whatever the terminology is). Whenever I look for the fonts in Premiere Pro, they are all there, so I can only assume that they're present for all the other apps as well, but when I look for them in Adobe Express, they are totallyt absent, which is very confusing to me. Why do my fonts show up in Premiere Pro but not Adobe Express? Keep in mind that these are NOT CUSTOM FONTS, but instead are fonts that I found on the ADOBE FONTS WEBSITE. Any help is much appreciated. The font shown is only one of the four I installed.

Hello!  Im doing a course for Adobe - which requires me to do a creative exercise in Adobe Express. First time ive used it, and its already giving me an error of storage full.. and asking me to upgrade.. however, the storage on my Creative Cloud is just 44.1 MB... any work arounds for this? ve searched other discussions about it and deleted everything in my CC.. using it on macosimage attached for reference looking forward to hearing from the community

Adobe Express with Chat GPT shows worst designs esp. regarding Logo. and neither it loads template on new Tab when we select a theme to check. The effort is good from your team, but please try it yourself first before testing public users. it wastes precious time for graphic designers. Also add an option for Ui Ux design. Will be looking forward to your response.

I am experiencing a problem accessing Adobe Express on my PC one day randomly showed me this error, I tried so many ways to access Express but it didn't work then I went to inspect section in the browser and changed the display setting I can use Adobe express but only in inspect section. What would I do? Also when I connect pc to lan network it blocks the Adobe Express.

I had a adobe audio clip deleted and it still keeps on playing the clip. I have edited videos clips on there still and the music still keeps on playing 

Hello, everyone!  i'm trying to work on a project with fonts that I have added from the creative cloud. Many of them have a pencil with a line through them and I cannot select them. I'm using mobile, and everything should be updated to the latest edition. Any suggestions?

I can open the app, but can't open any new projects. I just keep getting a loading screen. I tried signing out and back in and deleting/reinstalling the app. No dice.  

Hi all.  Anyone shed light on this issue?It doesn't happen all the time, just frustrating when it does.  When I click on an image and it shows Replace, Crop and Delete, and a More buttom (...) - except the More button does nothing (won't open more options) - why?  I just want to copy and paste, but I can't!  At the moment I am on a PC but it also happens on my Ipad.

How to make a character animation as an assignment in a classroom? It is not an option in templates.
