Hello, The VAT amount is not charged on my invoice. How can this be changed?Thanks Ted

I hear clearly that Adobe doesn't want to over a discounted plan for, say AARP members. Here's another idea for the marketing/product department.  If I got the Photography plan, I would be happy to pay $20 for 30-days access to products I use only for a special project or occassion - say compiling some family video or a concert recording of the grandkids.  Right now I'd have to have an annual subscription. I'm not proposing a price cut.  I proposing I pay for the value received - when I use the products, which is very seldom. Just and idea to treat less intensive users AND Adobe fairly.

Da es für das Foto-Abo (20 GB) keine Prepaid-Verlängerungen mehr gibt, habe ich stattdessen ein Prepaid-Abo für das  Foto-Abo mit 1 TB gekauft und aktiviert. Unter dieser neuen Lizenz laufen nun Photoshop und Lightroom bei mir, soweit so gut.Nun steht das alte Abo, dessen Gültigkeit zwischenzeitlich abgelaufen ist, aber mit Status „Ausgesetzt" in meiner Abo-Liste. Offenbar wäre eine Kündigung erst möglich, wenn ich wieder ein gültiges Zahlungsmittel hinterlegt habe. Das möchte ich aber vermeiden, denn mir ist sonnenklar, dass Adobe in dem Augenblick, in dem ich dies eintrage, eine Abogebühr für das 20-GB-Abo einziehen wird, das ich ja gar nicht mehr benötige, da es durch die 1-TB-Version ersetzt wurde.Eine direkte Support-Ansprechadresse scheint es nicht zu geben (auf Adobes Website steht ja im Wesentlichen „Als Privatkunde such' Dir Deine Hilfe in der Support-Datenbank oder im Forum"). Daher wende ich mich nun hier an die Community: Wie kann ich das nicht mehr benötigte Abo loswe

  Back in september i had the free trial for adobe then paid $30 per month for my plan. i paid for the month of september but ive been struggling with money so the payment of october declined. I recently got paid and 30 dollars was immediately taken from my account, I am trying to change my plan to the 11.99 one but it still says i owe 30 dollars when 30 dollars where already taken from me for the month of october.

Hello,3 days ago, i cancelled my acrobat pro and incopy subscriptions. On that same day, Adobe did try to refund me the $2.58 (for acrobat pro) and $4.99 (for incopy). Hi, I moved from the Netherlands to Zweden and stopt my company in the Netherlands and started my new in Sweden.I want to change my old dutch VAT-number to my account to the new swedisch VAT-number, but i can not do that when i click on ''edit billing and payment'' because it says ''invalid input''On my invoices has to stand my new Swedisch VAT-NumberHow can i change this?

Necesito mi reembolso, me hicieron 2 cobros, yo no quiero eso, no uso la aplicación, solo uise ver la interfaz, me pusieron trabas para la cancelación el mismo día así que obte por bloquear tarjeta y sacar una nueva, igual me cobraron, hoy hice la cancelación de ambas suscripciónes, pero quiero saber si es fiable. 

Schon seit einer Woche versuche ich vergeblich mein Abomodell zu ändern und befinde mich in einer Endlosschleife.Ich möchte wegen der Preiserhöhung vom alten Fotoabo zur gleichen Version als Jährliches Prepaidabo wechseln.- ich bekomme (bei "Zustimmen und Abonieren")  jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung, daß die Änderung nicht möglich ist: "Dein Abo konnte leider nicht geändert werden, versuche es später erneut"- ich habe alles nach Anleitung gemacht und aktuell gibt es KEINEN Zahlungsvorgang der das behindern könnte.- der Virtuelle Hilfeassistent teilt mir ständig mit, daß kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar ist, ich bekomme also keine Unterstützung.Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen??

Hi, I am just so furious about how adobe will not resolve my billing issue, no matter how many changes I do to my payment method. What is even more frustrating is that the invoices are being paid. I went through my bank statements, and YES they have been PAID. For 3 months adobe has ripped off my money but it still ays I have a billing issue. Billing issue for what? You guys have been taking my money. Why am I still having this problem??? I haven't been able to use any products for the past 3 months thank you.

The old software from adobe that is not sold or not serviced anymore, can I use them? and when they ask for activation, the activation is not possible anymore so can I pirate them?

My 13 year old son has accidentally signed up for a one-year contract for After Effects. How do Adobe control purchases by minors? He tried to cancel the subscription and is now being charged a cancellation fee. He has a credit card with a small amount on it for direct purchases but how is it possible that he signed up for a one-year subscription? How can this fee be reversed? Can I email anyone to help with this? He used his email for this subscription.

I want to change from monthly to annual to keep my current payment plan, new contract startes November.  However NOTHING I do can change it.  I go to manage account and my only option is to cancel.  I just want to change to annual to keep my current payment level as opposed to the £5ish a month increase. I have read all the advice, all leads me to manage my account, and that allows me to cancel, nothing more I have tried to contact billing but keep getting directed to help pages rather than somewhere I can ask them to change the billing.  If I cancel and re start a different account, which I dont want to do, I risk early finish fees Anyone actually managed to complete this seemingly simple task?  

So i recently bought the creative cloud free trial as well as students plan but when i install any software and open it i get this error attached in this post and when i tried to change my billing or update it again the site wouldn't load and the trial period gonna end like this but that's fine but it's gonna charge me money for no reason if i can't use the apps

Bonjour j'ai appris hier que j'étais prélevé depuis plus d'un an 23 euros puis 26 euros tout les mois pour un abonnement indesign qui avez une période gratuite et que je n'ai pas résilié . J'ai réussi a changer d'abonnement mais souhaite être remboursé des frais qui mont été prélever alors que je n'utiliser pas indesign. Je suis une tres grande consommatrice de la suite adobe sur une autre adresse mail et souhaite continuer de pouvoir l'utiliser correctement. Hallo,per Mail wurde mir der Rabtt für Bildungseinrichtung gerade wiederholt bestätigt. Wenn ich in meine Kontodetails gehe, steht dort jedoch, dass mir auch im November der volle Betrag abgebucht werden wird.Der erneute Nachweis wurde genau zu Beginn der Sommerferien eingefordert – in der Zeit konnte ich von meiner Schule keinen aktuellen Nachweis bekommen. Jetzt habe ich ihn und habe bereits zwei Monate den vollen Preis bezahlt.  In der Rabatt-Bestätigungs-Mail (auf die man natürlich nicht antworten kann) steht, dass ich mich an den Kunden-Support wenden soll, wenn ich bereits "zu einem anderen Abo (nicht für Bildungseinrichtungen" gewechselt bin. Aktiv bin ich nicht gewechelt, vermute aber, dass es trotzdem passiert ist, da ich bereits zwei Monate lang den vollen Betrag bezahlen musste. Auch die Produktnummer in den Rechnungen hat isch geändert... Wie komme ich nun wieder in das Rabatt-Abo? Der Chatbot hilft mir nicht weiter, Mitarbeiter sind dort anscheinend nie verf

Olá, preciso de ajuda para recuperar minha antiga conta.Eu usava uma conta do facebook para fazer login, porém perdi o acesso do hotmail que eu usava para logar no facebook, e, consequentemente perdi o acesso ao facebook e adobe.Quero saber se consigo trocar o meu e-mail antigo sem precisar acessá-lo.Tentei falar com o suporte no chat, porém o atendimento automático não consegue resolver nada, senti falta de um atendimento humano.

Ich bekomme immer wieder den Hinweis, mein Konto würde von mehreren Personen genutzt werden. Das ist falsch. Ich habe die Creative Cloud an nur zwei Rechnern installiert und arbeite immer nur an einem Rechner zur Zeit. Niemand sonst nutzt meinen Account. Der eine Rechner steht bei mir im Büro, der andere zuhause. Es ist also unmöglich, dass ich an beiden rechnern gleichzeitig arbeite. Das ist also genau die Situation, die mein Account erlauben sollte. Dennoch bekomme ich immer wieder den Hinweis, dass eine andere Person mein Konto nutzt und muss regelmäßig mein Passwort erneuern. Ich habe schon mehrfach mit dem Support Kontakt aufgenommen, der aber nicht helfen konnte. Einmal wurde meine Installation ohne vorher zu fragen remote von meinem Rechner entfernt, so dass alle meine Voreinstellungen verloren waren. Genützt hat es nichts. Ich finde diese Situation äußerst nervig und erwarte, dass Adobe hier eine Lösung findet.
