Hello, I have problem with login to my account and cancel my subscribtion . I have only adres email without password and my cards number. I’m try to connect virtual assistant but without password they can’t help me . I need to contact with normal human. Please help me 

Hello i need to cancel my plan without password. I have my cards number and data of this . I’m from Poland and i can’t call with number from table support to Poland . I can’t do it with virtual assistant becouse they dont understand the questions. Please help me i need cancel my plan .

Não estou conseguindo cancelar o teste gratuito. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Mandei um e-mail para cancelar, mas até agora nenhuma resposta. Segui o passo a passo para o cancelamento, mas não aparece a  opção. Aguardo retorno, o mais breve possível. 

I already own a stand alone copy of Light Room. If I try the free trial and cancel it will that effect my stand alone copy?

I signed up for a free trial of the DC Pro. Free for 7 days then a fee.  $14.95 a month later and after a few months of payment, zero value, I cancel and get charged a $29 early termination fee?!?!  Talk about total BS!!!! I'll be buying Adobe's competition from now on. 

seguinte, assinei o teste grátis de 7 dias do after effects. porém acabei nem utilizando pq meu notebook não rodou, como qualquer pessoa eu esqueci de cancelar o teste gratis e agora todo mês vem cobrança de 60 reais, como não deixo dinheiro nessa conta a divida não foi retirada, porem eu quero saber como vai ficar, pq eu não vou pagar uma divida de algo que eu nem utilizo diariamente, porfavor tem como cancelar essa assinatura?????

I closed my business by the end of 2025 and want to remove the VAT ID in my Adobe account. This is apparently impossible: (I try to translate the Adobe UI in German to English.)Selected my plan, selected Manage payment, selected the currently used credit card and selected “edit”: removed the VAT ID (earmarked as Option in the UI) and saved the changed setting. (The price of the plan did not change - as I expected.) The January 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment with the credit card - edited above - and it showed a VAT ID - I had removed it ?!?!? I got into Manage payment and selected “new credit card”, entered all required data about the credit card and did NOT fill in the VAT ID - and saved this new payment. The February 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment of the recently entered new credit card: a VAT ID was shown. Are you sure your brain is functioning properly? I already stated that I completed the trial membership. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel. Refund my money immediately. And whether I use your ridiculous app or not is none of your business, know your place!

Hello,We added a subscription on creative cloud on our account <email removed-kglad>. Hello, I renewed my Lightroom subscription via the App Store on iPhone and it’s valid until 2027. But the app shows that Adobe suspended sales. I live in Germany/Kazakhstan but my account is Russian. Payment is made but I can’t use the subscription

I have two computers with same login, one I use with Lightroom Classic (some times Photoshop in swedish) on the other I use Photoshop in English so that I don't have to start and change language and start again.Now I'm getting warnings that someone is logged into my account, but it's none other than me. I received a message to change my password or Adobe would do it, I have changed my password and verified it with a numeric code. But still I get the message again. Shouldn't you be able to have the same login on two computers anymore?Regards Mikael Seise

Hi Adobe Community,I recently signed up for the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro and provided my card details during the trial. However, I am now seeing billing issues related to ₹1,596.54/month and ₹398.84/month plans, which I did not intend to continue after the free trial.When I try to manage or cancel the plans, I encounter a message saying:"You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan. If you take no action, your plan will be suspended."I’ve attached a screenshot for reference:I do not wish to update my payment details or make any payments. I signed up for the trial & cancelled before the 14 day period. I have a “we’re sorry to see you go” email from them on 1/11.26.  Yesterday I got an email that my payment failed. At this point we’re very used to being scammed so I just tried to cancel the account again. This time they said I cannot cancel or they will charge me an early cancellation fee. I can't find a customer service number or any way to resolve this. The only thing it allows me to do is update payment information. 

I’ve been using Photoshop for years and receive my invoice by email every month.For the past two months, the invoice has suddenly been sent in Turkish instead of English, which is the language I’ve always received it in.I checked my Adobe account settings and removed my native language (Croatian), leaving only English selected. However, the invoice is still being sent in Turkish.I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue and having my invoices sent in English again.Thank you.

@Jeffrey_A_Wright The exact same thing happened to me too. I pay waaaay too much now and I am wondering with whom I should talk for the refund! Thank Goodness I checked my account and saw many withdrawals from my bank account that made me question. 

Is there a way to remove the collection page? I want to organize my navigation, but not to have each collection have its own page.For example, I have two separate pages in my portfolio for my graphic design work and my illustrative work. Originally I had them in a collection labeled “portfolio” but I don’t want a portfolio page showing the two collections, I want them to have their own separate page but still be organized separately from the rest of my navigation. Is there a way to organize navigation aside from collections?

Dear All good day i have an issue with adobe subscibtion i had a Trial and  i forgot to cancel , now when i remember to cancel they said you have to pay early canclation because you have annual subsribtion and i dont know how i subscribed in this backage i just use a trial so tell me please how can i subscribe without pay this fee please NOTE : i have to cancel today befoe pay monthly fee  Thanks in advance 

I forgot why I hate adobe so much, but after years away I needed to start work on a project using photoshop.  I signed up for the monthly bill (glossing over the "annual" part - and I think they do their best not to inform you of the $99 fee to cancel).   Life got busy and after 3 months of being charged and no time to work on my project I decided to cancel and come back when I have more time.  Surprise - $99 fee!   Ok, well at least let me turn off auto-renew so next year I don't end up with another years commitment.   30 mins wasted with the "help bot", and I am unsure what to do.   I think my only option is to cancel the membership so I can cancel auto-renew.  Pay the $99, plus the wasted 3 months I never got around to my project and chalk up  the $160 as a reminder to stay away from Adobe as a consumer.    Am I missing away to turn off auto-renew without cancelling?   Is there a way to "pause"

No es justo que pos suscribir un tiempo de prueba con ADOBE, me esten descontando mes a mes $50.000 pesos colombianos , cuando ese servicio no lo se utilizar ni lo utilizo , Hice el proceso para cancelar  suscripcion y me colocaron condiciones donde debo pagar $400 mil y mas .Considero que es un mal procedimiento a pesar de menconar que tiene clausula porque en ningun momento decidi tener uns suscripcion anual. Por tanto requiero pronta solucion para evitar seguir recibiendo debitos automaticos por parte de ustedes por un servicio que no utilizo.<personal info removed by mod>
