Escribo este mensaje para exponer mi profunda decepción y frustración con el servicio de soporte al cliente de Adobe. La experiencia que he tenido no solo ha sido ineficiente, sino también irrespetuosa y francamente inaceptable.He intentado contactar con el equipo de soporte en múltiples ocasiones para resolver varios problemas, y la situación se ha convertido en un ciclo vicioso de desatención:Abandono de las conversaciones: En varias ocasiones, los agentes de soporte simplemente han abandonado la conversación sin previo aviso ni solución, dejándome con el problema sin resolver.Cobros indebidos: Mi cuenta ha sido objeto de cobros incorrectos y excesivos en mi tarjeta de crédito, lo cual es un grave error de facturación.Ausencia de reembolsos: A pesar de haber solicitado las devoluciones de estos cobros indebidos, el equipo de soporte no ha procesado los reembolsos, lo que me hace sentir que han retenido mi dinero de forma injustificada.Falta de resolución: Ninguno de los problemas que

Hello community, be careful for these scam emails with bills attached and invoice, they feature your email and have a contact number attached. Its a scam and they are trying to get you to call them.

Hola, hice sin querer una compra el 17 de agosto y ese mismo dia la cancelé. Ese mismo dia tambien me mandaron una factura de nota de credito de mi reembolso pero aun no recibo el dinero en mi cuenta. Necesito la plata urgentemente, alguien me puede ayudar porfavor!!

No es justo que pos suscribir un tiempo de prueba con ADOBE, me esten descontando mes a mes $50.000 pesos colombianos , cuando ese servicio no lo se utilizar ni lo utilizo , Hice el proceso para cancelar  suscripcion y me colocaron condiciones donde debo pagar $400 mil y mas .Considero que es un mal procedimiento a pesar de menconar que tiene clausula porque en ningun momento decidi tener uns suscripcion anual. Por tanto requiero pronta solucion para evitar seguir recibiendo debitos automaticos por parte de ustedes por un servicio que no utilizo.<personal info removed by mod>

Application Acrobat 25.1, widows 10.Bonjour, depuis quelques temps, Acrobat agit comme si je n'avais pas d'abonnement, il s'ouvre sans être connecté, appuyer sur "se connceter" n'a aucun effet, et au bout de quelques secondes il se ferme. Je l'ai déjà réinstallé deux foix en enlevant les fichiers qui trainaient, mais rien n'y pas. Le plus étonnat est que ce souci arrive sur ma tour pc, mais aucun souci sur mon portable Mac (où là il voit ma licence). Que faire ?Merci

Hi, Just a few monts ago i bought a new adobe package for indesign, illustrator and all the other programs. I now have a new laptop but when i try to log into my account i cannot seem to find my appliances. I use the same email, ive tried other ones but i cannot for the life of me find my right account...  Someone have some advice?

I'm unable to purchase creative cloud subscription. I'm entering correct payment details. When I click the submit button, it shows a pop up and asks me to type OTP to confirm payment. I subscribed for the free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in October. Only later did I realise that I actually have to cancel the subscription to not be charged. However, in my account there is no plan listed or any possibility to see / change the payment method. I don't understand what I am being charged for if the plan is not even showing. Please tell me how to cancel my subscription!

HELP!!! I keep getting this message, at the moment only when I open photoshop, no other CC subscriptions apps. I have two identical iMac setups, one at home and one in office. On occassion I have been known to leave my home computer on while I go do something and forget to go back to it and turn it off, so on occassion I would have two Photoshops open at the same time on two different computers, but only actively using one at a time - a bit hard to use two iMacs in two different locations at the same time. Both computers do have the same name. This message has come up the past two day so last night I double checked and home iMac is shutdown so I am definetly not using the software simultaneously, why do I keep getting this message and how do I stop it. Frustration has set in. My "Manage account" shows my email address  as primary but I need to change it as I am losing that email address. When I try to change it to the new one, the system tells me the account already has that named address, even though it is a new address and not the one shown as primary.  In trying to talk to support via chat, they tell me that my old email address that I need to change is NOT listed as one that has an account associated with it. If that is the case, why would it be listed as PRIMARY email and the new one I am trying to use, they say I can't use because it is already associated with the account. I've recently received an email from dobe to say my monthly plan for Lightrom & Photoshop will increase by 50%, as follows: "The price of the Photography plan (20GB) annual, billed monthly plan is changing from £9.98/month to £14.99/month (including applicable Tax/VAT) on your next renewal date. To maintain your effective current base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change your subscription to an annual, prepaid plan." Try as I might, though, I simply cannot find a way of changing my payment to an annual basis in order to retain my existing annual cost at its current level. Please can someone help me with this.
