Ich habe Adobe Acrobat Premium über den Samsung Store abonniert. Zahlung war erfolgreich aber im app steht das ich die kostenlose Version benutzt 

I am trying to subscribe to Creative Cloud and Adobe does not accept any of my credit cards for payment. There is no other payment method available. There is no issue with my cards or bank account and I have been using them for other online or offline payments with no trouble. Error Message: "A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank." I tried using the Help Forum as per previous advice here, but when I request agent assistance the Ai chatbot says I need an active Adobe plan in order to do so. How can I activate my plan if I cannot even pay for it? Please help! 

Today, I was charged 23,99€ for a subscription for "Creative-Cloud"Funny thing is that I have never seen this subscription, nor have I cared about it. I have seen hundreds of reviews stating the same thing happened to them. I already called your support but you were insufferable, trying give me fault for your shady doings. This is absolutely intolerable, and an absolute scam that I am ready to take to the police. I want my money back and everything cancelled!

Hello, I am writing to inquire about a recent charge on my account. I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial and successfully canceled my subscription before the free trial period ended. I have not used any Adobe services since then.However, I have just received a billing notification indicating that I am being charged for a subscription. This seems to be a mistake, as I am certain that I canceled my account correctly and within the free trial period.Could you please clarify why I am receiving this charge? I cancelled my plan on 11th Aug but on 12th Aug ₹2,872.71 was deducted from my credit card. Why was it deducted? I only get ₹638.38 per month, but ₹2,872.71 was deducted. Please refund it to my credit card immediately. I am not using it. I have paid for 3 months. Please cancel it immediately and refund my money.

how to i cancel the subscription

i started a free trial for students and teachers and by the time the trial ended, i decided that it was not at all what i wanted (i think it was called creative cloud, i dont really know how it works since i dont really work in digital). Ofc they took my money after that but that was not the problem since it was my fault. The thing is that i went and tried to cancel the plan or subscription but there is no active plan, neither a facturation email or anything that tells me that i have any reason to pay. I just went ahead and blocked adobe from my card thinking that they will not be able to continue payments, but they just took my money the second time yesterday so ig that didnt work out. im just trying to get a refund for the last month and cancel everything but idk from where. can somebody help me? thank you 

Hi,I availed the free mobile subscription to Lightroom. I no longer use it and I haven’t received any notifications that my free subscription will be ending soon. Upon checking today, the free trial has already ended yesterday and I was auto deduct in my GCash amounting to P1,050. I would like to ask for a cancellation and refund via Apple/Gcash. Please help me on this. Does anybody know who I need to contact? It's quite frustrating as I really want my money back.  Regards,Cleah

위 제목처럼 이번달에 플랜을 변경하면서 결제를 했는데 지금까지 써왔던 플랜 가격으로 결제하라고 메일이 왔어요.  플랜 관리 창에 들어가면 변경한 플랜으로 바뀌어 있고, 이 전에 썼던 플랜은 안 떠있어요. 전에 쓰던 플랜으로 결제를 하는 날 몇일 전에 변경해서 메일이 온걸까요? 이 메일은 제가 또 결제를 해야 안 오는걸까요? 그러다가 다음달에도 또 메일이 오면 어떻하죠..? 가격이 좀 나가서 두 번 결제를 하기가 좀 어려워서게시물을 작성해 봅니다.

Now I’m considering subscribing to one of the official Substance 3D plans.Here’s where I’m stuck:There’s a plan that only includes Designer, Painter, and Sampler.But does this plan also come with unlimited Substance 3D Assets downloads?Right now, when I try to download assets from Substance 3D Assets during my trial, I get the message: “No permission to download, please contact your administrator.”So I’m not sure if that’s just a limitation of the trial, or if the Designer/Painter/Sampler plan itself doesn’t provide full asset access.Has anyone subscribed to this plan and can confirm whether unlimited asset downloads are included?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, when I wish to subscribe to Acrobrat or PhotoShop, I am unable to as it insists that I already own "Creative Cloud Pro". However, on my account, it correctly shows that I have already canceled my Creative Cloud Pro plan and my subscription is no longer active.

My annual plan with monthly renewal started on August 16, 2024 and ends on August 16, 2025.I know the promotional price would end and that's why I went to cancel my Adobe plan on August 12, 2025. By cancelling the plan, the site made the offer to renew for €38.89. I accepted but the site gave an error. The message "the operation could not be performed. Try again." I kept trying and advanced until I activated the mbway app to authorise the payment of €38.89. Then an error message appeared and nothing changed in my Adobe account information. No money was charged on my bank account. On August 13th I went to try again but the information that appears in my Adobe account is wrong. It appears as renewed until August 16, 2026 for €80.61 and no longer let me cancel free of charge. This is an error from the Adobe website, I didn't renew it. Hey, im trying to purchase Preimere Pro Plan CANCEL ANYTIME, but I have always got this message : We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.I tried to change credit card, also didn't work.So.. I created a new account and tried credit card, also, didn't work.I thought it maybe the bank, So I talked with them, and they told me that they didn't get the obligation from adobe. also, they said that my credit card should work, and it probably a problem from the site.After all of that, I have decided to remove my payment card and add it as new, but guess what, I dont have any option to remove my card, and why is that? beacause I dont have an active plan, so now my card is save in my accound forever?! Hi, I sign in to my Mobile LR (Android) with my Adobe account. Adobe account is still active, but it says that my subscription has expired. I have tried the various methods here on Adobe community to re-activate, but have been unsuccessful. Hoping for some assistance. Thanks!

I have been charged twice a month for two months in a row so 21.34 x 2 for two months, how do I get in contact with customer support to have this either refunded or go towards the cancellation fee? 

I've been trying a number of ways to change the Instagram account linked to my Lightroom community account as the wrong account is connected. I've tried changing in under profile settings but there's no option to change the account linked. I've also tried changing it on the Lightroom community website page but the 'my profile' section doesn't load. As a photographer my Instagram is crucial to the growth of my exposure, so for this not to be working is not only frustrating but limiting for my usage of the platform.

Hi guys,  I was charged ~430$ for "buying Adobe" from visa card 3 days ago, though I don't buy it and I don't share my payment method to anyone. Despite the truth that I was hacked, I must pay for this charging but it's really upset. Hi! I set up my new computer a few days ago, but every time I start Adobe CC, I need to log in again. It tells me, I've reached the device activation limit and it only can be activated on 2 devices simultaneously, so I need to sign out from one of the three which are displayed. Fact is, it's only activated on 2 devices (my old pc and the new one), but somehow it doesn't remember the new one and adds a third ("this device")!?? When I'm signing out from the new pc (middle one in the screenshot below), it seems to work till the next restart of the computer. Can somebody explain to me what happens here and how to fix it? It's really annoying to login everytime. I did already reinstall Adobe CC with the deinstaller-tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/at/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html). Didn't do the trick. Thanks for help! 

Quiero cancelar mi suscripción, pero al tratar de iniciar sesión, como olvidé mi contraseña, me envía un código de verificación, lo ingreso y cuando me pide que digite una nueva contraseña ups! de casualidad el sitio se cae y no me permite continuar. Lo intenté unas 10 veces y el sitio siempre se cae.  

I had two plans I didn't know were still active and was charged 50 dollars. This is not an insignificant amount of money and I need a refund please.
