I am not able to use the "Share to Review" button to share designs with my team.I have tried Uninstalling Photoshop and Creative Cloud multiple times. I have even disabled my antivirus to check if it was blocking it.I have tried multiple methods from the Adobe Help Community and others. Still, the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.    

When I started at my new job I tried to access some entries in Workfront and inadvertently created a personal account associated with my work email. It didn't do anything, and eventually I was set up correctly and can access Workfront no problem, however EVERY time I access it (multiple times a day) I am forced to choose the company/school account from the select account field (see below) How can I get rid of the personal account option permanently so I no longer have to see this screen? I will never need to use "personal account" with this email address.

We have Adobe Teams Plan, Does Adobe supports or features any plan to track user's activity like what are the devices the user's adobe id is logged in?. Is adobe really have this facility in any of it's plan?.I fyes, Please mention the details. When i check i didn't find anything related to this.

Hi everyone, this is my first post to the Adobe Support Community. I am not sure if Using the Community would be the best place to ask, so please let me know if it can/should be moved elsewhere.  I'm experiencing many issues lately (cannot open Ai files, Pr sequences fail to render or export, and others). All issues are related to the storage of all creative content on our organization's servers. I have access to unlimited storage on these servers, and very little storage available on my computer's hard drive. So, I've been using this workflow for 5 years. Until recently, it has worked well to navigate to my files on the network storage, open, edit, re-export, etc.; now, however, the issues mentioned above are making this workflow impossible. (Additional note: I occasionally work from home. I would work from home more often if I were able to efficiently access my files. To do this, I must connect through a VPN, and the lag makes this nearly impossible as well, but did get me

Two weeks ago, our licences were automatically renewed, the money was automatically debited from our account, and then one of our paid licences disappeared. Support was unable to resolve the issue and suggested that we purchase an additional licence and they would refund the previous price. Unfortunately, although the new licence appears among our products, it cannot be issued to any user. For some reason, the system does not allow it to be assigned. So now we have paid for two licences but cannot use any of them. This whole situation seems completely hopeless. Can anyone help us find a solution?

This is a long one, so bear with me.  Our company manages the subscriptions for all Adobe products which, since early 2023 are now registered with our Teams account (thank you Adobe - this makes life much easier). Prior to that, each employee had their own subscription paid for by the company card.  Unfortunately as they left the business, it appears none of these subscriptions were cancelled.  In addition to the amount charged for the Teams Account, we are also being charged an additional 12 times for subscriptions each month.  I have contacted Adobe support numerous times and their suggestion was to contact the bank.  However, the bank has said that without knowing what subscriptions we are cancelling then they can't help.  The alternative would be to cancel all payments to Adobe from that card and change the Teams payment to another card.  This does not work for us - the card in question is one that is used for multiple business payments.  Why

I've seen several posts about this topic, but none of them were able to help with my specific situation. I have a subscription to InCopy that I pay for, that I would like to cancel. As others have noted, because I ALSO have access to Adobe for Enterprise through my school board, I am unable to manage ANY of my apps/products/subscriptions, including the one I am personally paying for. I contacted my admin last week about this error. They are unable to help, because my InCopy subscription does not show in the Admin Console. Essentially, I am unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription in any way, and my admin is also unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription. However, I am still being billed for it. I have learned my lesson about not using my school email address to purchase any personal subscriptions to any Adobe products, but I need to find a way to cancel the subscription I'm currently locked into. Hi, I just purchased 6 Adobe Pro user licenses for the department as a reseller. Now I need to give them these licenses to use as I have purchased on their behalf so I can invoice them. How do I send the licenses to them ?

I have made two appointments to get help for the error messages I'm getting to access your software for our company, yet no one responded to set up a link or call to meet with me. We have 3 licences, and are getting messages that our subscription isn't registered, and something called Error 10000. I am extremely frustrated, there is no person to speak with, and we have deadlines to deal with. Your company has the worst customer service access in my 30+ years of professional experience.

I currently administer two accounts in Adobe - one for my work and one for my private company. At work i have the license for Adobe PRO for use with enhavnced handling of .pdf's, while I in my private company have license for Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. Since I am using the same computer, I have to log out of my work-account and in to my private account in order to use Premiere Pro. This is frustrating, so I was wondering if there is any ways of linking the two accounts so that I do not have to log out of eather, and still have the proper use of both licenses just by switching between accounts rather than logging out / in? Hopefully the community have some good answers. 🙂 Regards, Storolav

I think there is huge space for improvement at Adobe. Today - after assigning e.g.  CC apps plan administrator cannot see if app is actually being used. So if I assigned 100/100 apps available in my organization and I have another request there is no way for me to tell if all 100 users that hold licenses actually use them. Expectation - provide admins oversight of CC apps usage, e.g. equivalent of last login date in Adobe Workfront, a clear indicator of when was the last time a given user actually did open up and used the app. Happy to provide further details to Adobe team if interested in picking up this topic

How do i delete my account? I don't have any subscriptions. I went to https://www.adobe.com/privacy/privacy-contact.html and under "Other Privacy Questions Not Listed Above", I clicked "Click to begin", I filled out the information, got a code, under "Request Type", I clicked "Account or personal information deletion", clicked next and I got this.I clicked the "these instructions" link and it told me to go to https://account.adobe.com/privacy, click "Data and privacy setting" and scroll down to "Delete Adobe Account" under "Connected Apps" but I don't see that option. "Connected Apps" is the last thing on the page.

Hello, I accidentally cancelled my account, and now I can't restore it. How can I do this? Could you please help me?

So yeah i dont know how to even type this in a coherent manner,   I bought a year adobe membership from this third party website, all of a sudden all these profiles started popping up, with only one having the actual license on the profile, the others just exist for some reason. I dont know how to delete them, and on some actually have portfolio work.    I want to consolidate all profiles into my main original one ( that didnt even get the license on it btw, another profile had it activated) so all my work is again in one singular profile. And i want to take these admin / org rights away from them or whatever and give all power back to myself because this is becoming extremely annoying. When selecting different profiles, the organization also changes to that org, I have no idea  going on and it pisses me off.
