I do what I have to on my image, go to Create, select print photo, I change the size and the whole PSE screen disappears. I have tried several pictures and the all do the same. Canon printer is connect correctly. Printer screen on PSE shows correct printer.

I do not understand why my photoshop elements 2022 that I purchased , now doesnt want to open at all when I did an upgrade on my macbook pro to Tahoe 26.1 ....No answers from photoshop,no answers from Apple ....just a simple answer Yes we know but it is what it is Quite irresponsible answer ....

Hallo,ich habe mir PSE 2023 gekauft, weil mein bisheriges PSE 2019 wohl nicht kompatibel mit Windows 11 ist. Premiere und Photoshop Elements laufen nun auf dem neuen PC.Von PSE 2019 habe ich ein Backup auf eine externe HD erstellt, um die mit PSE 2023 zu importieren. Restore funktioniert insofern, als es die Bilder und Videos in alter Struktur anlegt. Damit bin ich einverstanden, es sind auch die Datei-Daten korrekt übernommen worden. Der nächste automatisch ablaufende Schritt war die Konvertierung. Darunter verstehe ich die Aufnahme in den PSE-Browser-Katalog mit der Restaurierung der eingepflegten Tags und Bilderkennungs-Ergebnisse. Dieser Vorgang scheitert mit der Meldung:“Die Konvertierung des Katalogs ist fehlgeschlagen. Versuchen Sie, den Katalog mithilfe der Erstellungssoftware zu reparieren und wiederholen Sie die Konvertierung. I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 in December, 2024. I can't open the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times without any luck. I've found someone who has the similar issues with Photoshop, but haven't had any solutions.The app expires in 3 years. I have a version of Photoshop Elements 14 that I installed years ago on my PC and on a small travel notebook. Photoshop Elements 14 was always listed in my Adobe account alongside other software, but now it has disappeared.A little over a year ago, I switched from my old PC to a powerful notebook. I decommissioned my previous PC and no longer have it. Now I want to start working with Photoshop Elements again on my new notebook. When I open the programme, I get the message: ‘The serial number is already being used by the maximum number of computers allowed. You must deactivate another computer...’However, since I no longer have my previous PC and Photoshop Elements has disappeared from my Adobe account, I cannot deactivate the programme on my previous PC.So today I called Adobe's telephone support and asked for a solution. The employee was helpless and did not know how to solve my Photoshop Elements problem. He even said that the serial number of my licence was linked to a different nam

Worked fine with a Nikon Z5 under Camera Raw 17.3.  Camera raw compatiblilty list shows that 18.2 should work on the the later camera.  Buggy update?

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 25H2. Then I bought a 3 year lisense for Adobe Photoshop Elements. After download and install a just get to the wellcome window where I can choose Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor. None of these buttons is working. I can’t start anything. It looks like the application is loading, but after a while it just stop. No error or no any information. I have tried to run it as a administrator and have reinstalled the software 3 times, but still the same issue. Any tips for me here? Thanks in advance.  

How to convert 'point text' to 'paragragh text' and vice versa in Photoshop Elements 2023.

Hello everyone,I'm currently using macOS Tahoe 26 on my Mac mini (M4) and tried to install Photoshop Elements 21. Unfortunately, the program won't launch; instead, I just get a message saying the version isn't supported.Has anyone managed to get Elements 21 to work on macOS Tahoe 26? I have a license for photoshop elements v 15 and premiere elements 15 from years ago. I had this on several Windows based desktops. I now have a mac and I’d like to install the 2 packages there. Do those programs run on Mac?Are the downloads still available?Should I look at renewing with more modern software? Recommendations for low cost. I do photo and video editing.Thanks in advance.

The Save and Save As dialogs use the Windows file dialogs. The Save for Web dialog does not and instead uses what is by now an ancient dialog. This makes it difficult to know which folder PSE is going to save to and also makes navigation more difficult.If memory serves, there used to be a Preference allowing the user to chose which File dialog to use. That’s obviously no longer present.All file dialogs should be the same.

I used version 9 forever, purchased a new pc ans the serial number is not longer valid. So I downloaded the trial version of 2026. Im not a heavy user of the software but I make cards for family and friends and I like some of the photo editing functions. So when I went to create a greeting card it gave me a number of preset options but no blank card. I did after some research find that you had to select a card then remove and and all graphic on it. It seem like a laborious task. Why is there no blank card option in create a greeting card? 

My pc crashed and am trying to restore my back up file to the new pc, however on the new pc it is looking for a .tly file when my other pc saved the back up as a .buc file.  How can I correct this.

Elements 2026 keeps printing to my HP office printer instead of my Canon PRO-300. I'm dead in the water, can't print photos. I've disabled Windows Management, reinstalled the Canon software twice, reset Preferences in Elements, nothing helps.

I just got a new computer with Windows 11. I loaded Photoshop Elements 2024 on it from the original discs, and it works fine. However, I cannot access the help screens now. I get a 404 error message. Can this be fixed? (Help screens worked fine on my old Windows 10 machine.)

I had purchase Adobe Elements 2025 six weeks prior to 2026 coming out.  Adobe would not refund nor credit me for Adobe 2026. I thought 2025 had AI features but AFTER purchasing 2025 was told they had not come out yet.I lost 6 weeks of work in Adobe Organizer because of multiple issues.After opening multiple tickets with no response from Adobe, I went to AI.  After constantly hearing “It is a known bug”  I said “So, you are telling me that Adobe (the company) is crap.  Here is its response:I•     You’re right.•     Adobe’s business model is subscription‑first.•     Elements is a low‑priority product kept alive for marketing and holiday sales.•     No upgrade pricing.•     No grace period.•     No refunds.•     No loyalty consideration.•     No roadmap.•     No transparency.•     No engineering commitment.No personal comments here.  I have more.

Hallo. Ich bin in Besitz einer Lizenz für Photoshop elements 13 aus dem Jahre 2015 (Kaufversion), die ich immer noch  nutze. Durch einen PC-Wechsel (alte Festplatte auf die neue gespiegelt, dann alte Festplatte auf altem PC gelöscht) kommt beim Versuch, das Programm zu starten, die Meldung: Die Seriennummer wird bereits von der maximalen Anzahl der Computer verwendet, Anmeldug nicht möglich (wohl nur an einem PC möglich ..). In meinem Adobe-Profil steht "Keine aktivierten Geräte vorhanden", es gibt also nichts zu deaktivieren.Der Support sagt, er verstehe das Problem, kann mir aber aus technischen Gründen nicht helfen (alternative Seriennummer oder irgendwie zurücksetzen geht nicht ...) und hat mich hierher verwiesen, wo mir geholfen werden könne.Deshalb die Frage und Bitte: Gibt es einen Weg das Programm (Photoshop elements 13), wenn auch alt, wieder zu aktivieren (ich nutze im übrigen auch lightroom classic Version 6, da hat der Wechsel problemlos geklappt) ? When I use Add Location to add Monaco to photos Monaco is listed, but when I select it it doesn't appear as a place tag on the photos. Other places are added successfully. How do I add Monaco as a Place Tag? Monte-Carlo, Monaco doesn't work either.

Have been using PE 2024 for months. Today Editor won't open. ERROR : APP linked to Ipp Libraries.  Ver 2021.6  No DLL from list found.  ippcve9.dll (most suitable) Its been fine. What happened overnight and how to fix it?

There are issues with being able to open Adobe Photoshop 2022 elements. I have tried everything but for some reason it is saying either it's not registered or there's more than one computer running this software. I went in to the devices that were in the Adobe registration, and I deleted all of them so I could go ahead and do a fresh install on the computer. I downloaded it from the Adobe website again and done the install but it still will not open. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have purchased a copy on Photoshop Elements 2024 & need to get it activated. I have been informed that activation must be performed by the Adobe Support Team for Perpetual Licenses. Only this team can manually activate the license. How do I get in contact with that group? Thanks.

Ich verwende seit vielen Jahren Photoshop Elements 8.0 auf zwei Geräten (PC-Tower und Laptop) unter Windows 7 (64-bit).Seit geraumer Zeit lässt sich das Programm auf dem PC-Tower nicht mehr über den Startbutton starten, sondern nur noch (mit großer zeitlicher Verzögerung) über das Öffnen eines einzelnen Bildes.Dabei kommt zweimal die Fehlermeldung: „C:\Windows\System32\winrnr.dll ist entweder nicht für die Ausführung unter Windows vorgesehen oder enthält einen Fehler.“die sich dann aber mit „OK“ übergehen lässt.Was kann ich tun, damit Photoshop Elements wieder “normal” startet? Falls das Programm auf dem PC-Tower von der vorhandenen Installations-CD neu installieren werden muss:Was muss ich veranlassen, damit diese Neuinstallation nicht als unzulässige Installation auf einem dritten Gerät abgelehnt wird?Was muss ich außerdem beachten?Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung.

 Adobe has issued a camera raw update for Photoshop Elements 2026. This corrects an error that appeared in some versions - see image above. To update, go to the Editor and choose: Help > Install Camera Raw.  After the update completes you can check that ACR 18.2 is installed by choosing:Help > About Plugin > Camera Raw Press esc to close the pop-up window   

Hello, I am unable access my scanners.  I have PS Elements 2026.  When I select File/Import I only see WIA Support.  I have checked WIA and it is running and I see both scanners.  If I select WIA support, it freezes up completely and I have to manually stop running the program from task manager.  I am running Windows 11
