Hello,I know Adobe Prelude is discontinued from 2024, but I don’t succeed to find where to download it.

As my last documentary project took ages to load on startup, I would like to try premiere productions. On short form films it works fine so I read the "best practices" guide, but didnt find what I was looking for. Whats the best way to organize your project inside the production so it starts quickly and everything is availabe?In the traditional project I have a folder with footage for each day and corresponding sequences with all the footage so its easy to preview and log footag.Should I put the footage from every day with those sequences into a seperate project per day in the production and then add another project for the final edit? 

I'm unsure when this started, and I've made sure to update my software just in case, but I can no longer find any file by searching within the bins in my projects. This doesn't happen with effects, but purely in the project window. It's really slowing down my workflow for searching for a quick graphic or music file during an edit. I can't find anything on google or this forum that helps with this problem.I've tried clearing the cache, updating the software. It just won't come back and I need to try and get it fixed ASAP if I can.Any help would be reatly appreciated. To illustrate the problem, I attach 2 photos. One with an unfiltered bin showing a file with "radio" clearly present in the name, then with the word being searched and it showing none of the files, even though several radio imaging mp3s contain this word.  

While starting/stopping playback and attempting to scrub to find specific frames, the Program window just doesn't respond like it should. It hesitates before starting playback, and there are times it just can't handle scrubbing at all. Sometimes, in fact, the video freezes while the audio continues playing. Here's everything I've done, after spending countless hours researching. I typically take home movies with my Google Pixel, so I understand I'm already in trouble due to VFR. So I convert the VFR files to CFR ProRes Proxy files using Shutter Encoder. I attach the proxies to my raw files. I create a new sequence I have the Adobe software on my system SSD, my video files and proxies are on a second, internal storage SSD, and my cache directory is set to a third SSD (external). I delete the cache often (likely unnecessarily). I've checked boxes to use the GPU wherever I can. I've read, however, that certain processes never use the GPU and only use the IGP.&nbsp

I bougth the “Digital LED LCD Clock Maker” template from Adobe Stock.Importing the module to the Time Line is ok. In the Effect Setting window, a couple of parameters like Font, Time and size settings appear and can be set.But whatever the setting is: No clock function, no time count, only one fixed (frozen) display according to initial settings.(tested with Premiere 2025 and 2026)

Premiere Pro 25.6.4Sequoia 15.7.3Am trying to Project Manage a project to pass along to another editor, but every time it hangs with the progress bar at whatever % that looks to beWondering how best to troubleshoot what’s causing the issue why Adobe doesn’t have a more detailed progress bar which could identify/ flag troublesome files  

What amazes me is when it fails stabilizing simple scenes, just how much it fails.The slightest movement in the background of the scene such as a hand, and suddenly warp stabilizer becomes bad.Are developers using AI for warp stabilzer? could that be an issue?What is worse is when you play around with the warp stabilizer setting, and suddenly the playback fails and you get a black screen.What is just as bad is when you deleted the effect, and playback fails!Why does the frame rate drop and playback fail when you get rid of WS?Do any of the settings even mean anything? Having tried the other settings it just makes the video worse. What is the actual point of them when everyone uses the same thing (such as position + stabilize video, for example)“Synthesize edges” NEEEEEEEEEDS to be reworked. After upgrade to version 26.0.0 the effect “Blend” is missing. I used it to change the opacity of source clips. Does this effect now have another name or is there another way to change blend modes/opacity of source clips?  

I’m a Creative Suite subscriber on Windows 11. I see that the PRIN file generation has been implemented, which has been active since some earlier beta versions of Premiere. But I’m on the current full version (25.6.4 Build 5).Is there currently a way to disable PRINT file generation? It’s simply not a feature I use or need. And I’d like that not generating in my project folder.

I've looked through the adobe help/web search and I can't for the life of me figure out how to dock a floating panel in premiere pro 6.0.

Since upgrading to Premiere 2026, my audio files are not being displayed correctly, but instead I see either “blocks of audio” or “blocks of nothing”.  The audio plays fine, but its hard to edit with accuracy when you can’t see the breaks in audio

Hi there. When I export a short selection of my video straight out of the source window, the new clip starts at 00:00:00:00 completely ignoring the original source timecode. I even have a timecode generator on the clip which shows the correct timecode. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue that I have never experienced before until today, I would be greatly appreciate. Thank you. 

In the new version of premiere, the new object masking is not working properly on my device, when I am hovering the cursor over objects, it not showing any selection, but when i am selecting the area with rectangle or lasso tool its detecting the object, NOTE : Auto hovering is on and tried with different clips also, Kindly Help me solving this issue.

Hi there. I'm working in Premiere 26.0 on my 2025 Mac Studio (M4 Max, Tahoe 26.1, 36Gb Ram). For some reason, when I create a new sequence by dragging a clip onto the icon in the project panel, that sequence defaults to 0 instead of matching the clip timecode. I’ve tried clicking the “Set by first clip” box but it only changes for the individual sequence, not globally. Is this a bug? Is there a new setting i’m missing? Thank you.

The videos that I am editing have been converted to 1080p from an original video recorded on iPhone 16 pro max in 4k. After finishing my edits, I proceed to render the entire work area to get ready for exporting into a mp4 format. As I begin rendering, the following error comes up:Video Preview ErrorError compiling movie.Unknown error: -1610153855 I have noticed that this error pops up only when the videos that I am editing are from iphones. When using content from my Sony AX-700 converted to 1080p the error does not come up.This is driving me nuts. Please help.

IWhen I change the opacity nothing.happens, it remains and 100%Well, This is embarrassing.That last statement is the result of an “open, mic,” as it were. But I can't figure out how to clear it.Anyone know how to so that? 

Since more and more customers especially from events I film at, ask for clips of overview shots or just people dancing etc. I always grade them and edit them perfectly to make sure the clips are perfect. Now I do know about the nesting each clip to batch export it in media encoder I was wondering if there is a faster way? Since I am also using an adjustment layer above all the clips and constantly matching each shot and then selecting all the layers to nest is just getting a bit annoying.I also know that you can make multiple sequences for each clip but if you have to export 50+ clips it's just so much work for something that could be so easy. Is there a way or maybe a future plan where you can just select your sequence and say I wanna export each clip on this timeline individually with all the effects and adjustment layers applied?

I am unable to copy and paste audio attributes, specifically volume. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried creating a new project. This used to work fine. I'm on a deadline for a huge project and am getting frustrated. Adobe is so expensive and issues like this aren't ok!Anyone got any ideas or fixes? Keyframe.Erstelle ich den 2. Greetings, When editing the captions of a simple sequence and hitting spacebar to start playback, hitting spacebar again presents a significant and annoying delay to stop playback. Clicking over the timeline to reposition the playhead doesn’t work either, as it seems locked until the software can pick up. It’s super frustrating since it happens when reviewing the captions, and when they are the “one word at a time” type of captions, it makes it annoying to try to pause to correct a mistake and not being able to, thus having to scrub back to the wanted spot.This only happens in the Captions Workspace, as when I go back to Editing it plays and pauses on command, so I’m not sure we can say it’s a hardware struggling to keep up issue.FYI, I’m working with 1080p videos on a 1080p timeline, no effects or heavy transitions, mostly jump cuts. Only a very simple color lut adjustment layer on top.Thanks in advance.

Been working with PP CC since it came out and have had almost no problems. Now I have a head scratcher. I can't drag a video clip from the project panel to the sequence. The audio comes but the video won't. All I get is the close hand with a line through it when I hover over any of the video tracks. The clips play fine in the source monitor but still cant drag it from source to sequence either. Tried this with clips from several projects and cameras but no go. When I export a video ( h.264 ) I am selecting to create a sidecar file ( SRT ) on the captions tab , when I export, it does create the SRT file, but it also burns the closed captions into the video. When I select NONE for Caption Export options when exporting, it is still burning the closed captions into the MP4 file.This is happening on all 23 sequences inside my project file. The only way I can get the captions to not burn in, is to turn off the eyeball on the Subtitle track. Which then requires me to re-render the entire timeline. This is using Premiere v15.4.1 build 6 . Any thoughts ?
