Hello, So starting today when launcing Premiere Pro I've noticed none of my recent projects show up as suggested options on the list anymore, instead just saying to create a new project. I'm used to seeing at startup a list of multiple recent projects I've worked on, which is helpful as I have separate projects/sequences for various clients I access daily. I obviously can just open a project manually each time, but it isn't preferred of course. I know you can change the preferences At Startup to just open your recent projects all at once, but I just want the list to be present again to click on a project with ease. Definitely not a serious issue (or bug?), just a little annoying. I've already restarted my PC, cleared cache, signed out and it still isn't showing my recents list when launching Premiere.  Any suggestions or is anyone else not seeing their recent projects too? Thanks! 

Just wondering if anyone else is running into this: I recently got a new MacBook M4 Pro and I'm trying to edit 10-bit H.265 (HEVC) footage from my DJI Mavic 3 in Adobe Premiere Pro. Everything is fully updated—macOS, Premiere Pro, firmware. But playback in the timeline is terrible. Constant stuttering, even with 1/4 resolution and hardware decoding enabled. Sometimes it does not play at all ... (see attached video) These exact same MP4 files play smoothly on my older Windows desktop in Premiere. No proxies needed. Files are UHD (3840x2160), 29.97fps, 10-bit, Rec.709 — standard stuff from the Mavic 3.Anyone else dealing with this? Is it just Premiere on macOS struggling with DJI’s flavor of H.265? Would love to hear if anyone found a reliable workaround (besides transcoding everything to ProRes).

i just bought a full creative cloud pro this morning, but when i open any adobe apps, it appears "Sorry, something went wrong." and error code is 12013. Its no problem with my internet connection, because when i log out and log in with another account, i have no problem to open adobe apps. only with the new account which i just bought creative cloud pro got such problem. can any advise me how to solve this?

I have been working on another computer and now need to work on the same project on a different computer.  Premiere Pro will not open the project - the message "an unknown error occurred while opening the project" come up.  Both computers are upgraded to the latest version. Please help.

bonjour me voici avec un problème que j’arrive pas a résoudre, j’ai fait l’achat d’un DJI mini 5 pro et j’utilise le profil D-Log M et la norme de codage H.265 en MP4, 4k 30fps et quand je suis dans première pro et que j’exporte mon rendu final ma vidéo saccade complètement, du genre 1 image toute les 3 seconde et ça toute la durée de la vidéo. j’ai essayer d’exporter sous plusieurs format et rien n’y fait que faire? je précise que j’ai ce soucis seulement avec première pro.

I have tried everything from resetting preferences, clearing cache, updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. My specs are 97800x3d, 9070xt 32gb RAM. Any help would be massively appreciated.

There used to be an elipse, rectangle and pen tools in Opacity. You could crop an area, apply the Gausian blur and it would track the selection. All that's gone now and I have a rush job that requires I track scrolling screens with sensative content I'm being asked to blur. All the tutorials only cover the old way. Now that the tools have all changed, I can't find anything to show me how to do it this week. I'm using Pr 25.6.0 Beta and Pr 2025 HELP!!!

Hi, (I was told to repost this here)I need help with a Premiere Pro issue that has suddenly started happening and is now blocking my editing workflow.I make short-form vertical clips using desktop/webcam footage. The source footage is usually a full desktop capture where the streamer’s webcam is in the top-right corner, and the video they are watching is underneath.My normal workflow has always been: Place the full desktop/webcam clip into a vertical sequence. Crop the source in the Properties panel so only the webcam remains visible. Because the webcam is already in the top-right corner, I only need to crop the left side and the bottom. Position/fit the cropped webcam in the layout. Cut the section where I want to add a punch-in. Nest that section. Open the nest. Apply the Transform effect first. Apply the Crop effect after Transform. Scale/position using the Transform effect to create a punch-in. This workflow has worked properly for hundreds of clips.The expected

Hi I know this may sound like an old thread and Loong time PP user. I have a dedicated second drive for my MEDIA CACHE and other stuff, selected from the preferences in Premiere. That part works fine with all peak,CMA files etc. anyway I noticed premiere keep creating these thousands of .IMS files inside the Windows “App data/common” folder, even after changing the destination in preferences. Is this normal? I would love to move it if possible.Thanks

I am trying to download the Premiere Pro C++ SDK from Adobe Developer Console.The downloaded file is named as a .zip, but it is only about 2 KB and cannot be opened as a ZIP archive. Inspection shows that the file is an Adobe Developer Console HTML page saved with a .zip filename, not the actual SDK archive.I tried:- Personal Adobe account- Incognito/private browser window- Clearing Adobe cookies- Different browsersIs the SDK download link currently broken? Is there an alternate download URL for the current Premiere Pro C++ SDK?

I am perplexed on the view of my edit. I had to reinstall windows and of course PPro and just loading up a current project the view is streched? i am attaching an image but the comp is 16x9 (HD 1920 x 1080) but eveything is looking distorted? not sure how to fix this and have never had this issue before. It also exports this way also and is just really strecthed in the sequence and export?

The Goal:  To sync an interview that involved 2 Nikon DLSrs, with external audio from a sound guy.  There are about 8 clips from each camera, and 8 audio files.I tried to drop them all in a timeline and just select all and sync.  Sync was greyed out.  I then tired just 1 set of cam a cam b and audio file, sync was greyed out.I then tried just selecting the audio waveforms form independently of the video clips, without the external audio...greyed out.Not sure what I need to do.  Meanwhile I am in manual sync mode.  Good thing the team that shot this stuff is on it with slate and keeping the clips tight.Any help would be awesome.ThanksRex

I’ve been using Pr and Au for a many years. Since I record on a boat I’m often contending with background noises like wind, engine, traffic etc, and getting clarity from my speech can be a long process until I reach something vaguely acceptable. The Enhance Speech, therefore, is a potential boon to speeding up my workflow. Except it isn’t. It’s awful. It introduces so many artefacts that speech ends up sounding distorted, tinny, adds echos etc. I have never been able to use this feature in Pr for a quick clean-up. Capcut’s equivalent Enhance Voice, on the other hand, absolutely nails it every time. It’s so good that I am currently running every piece of recording through it. Of course this adds to my workflow, but I just don’t understand how a premium product like Pr can’t come close to a cheaper alternative. In both cases I am not touching any settings. Both default to 75% intensity. Does anyone have any tips on using Pr’s Enhance Speech, or is this yet another Adobe AI service that j

Hello,  I am using object mask tool, it’s been working well, 15 hours so far making masks. One issue I noticed twice. •    Issue:If I duplicate a track, v1,v2, while the track has an object mask, the option to select the unassigned mask disapears. So you can’t edit the mask. What seems to return it, is if I make a new object mask on the clip. The old mask is there, but the ability to edit or see the keyframes get removed.    •    Steps to Reproduce: A numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate the issue.    •    Expected Result: What should happen after the final step? The mask options in unassigned mask should remain as is, selectable.    •    Premiere Version: 26.2.2    •    Operating System: Mac Tahoe 26.4 M4 Macbook Pro    •        •    Video Format: mov, proress.Make a object mask, twirl closed the carrort, sometimes it doesn’t open again.

How can I fix the start point and the end point of the video box in Youtube Shorts, or fix the position of it?Because as you can see in this photo, the position of video boxes in Shorts same person uploaded are all identical, and I don’t know the way to do it. All my clips and sound files have synched via the Multi Camera Source Sequence Method apart from 2 and as a newbie I am uncertain whether to just merge these other two clips so i can get on with changing everything to Proxys and editing...can anyone advise please? What would be the best solution?

Recently Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audtion and Media Encoder crash immediately on launch.  I’ve tried reinstalling, I’ve tried rolling the versions back as well as tried the Beta releases as well. The beta apps won’t launch at all. I worked with our IT company and they are stumped. I have attached the .DMP files if it helps. I am running the latest versions of both the general and beta releases. I am running Windows 11 Pro - v 10.0.25200NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3080 (Drivers are up to date)Any help would be really appreciated
