Also having trouble exporting. Premiere or AME frezees and crashes...Mac M1 also 

I'm editing a retro-style video using MPG clips from an old Handycam camera. When I import these clips into my project and view them in the source monitor, the video and audio are out of sync by 20 frames. This only happened once I installed 25.1 two days ago. When I view the clips in their folder on my desktop, there are perfectly in sync and void of any issues.I work with around 100 clips per video and cannot afford to manually sync audio and video every time. Has anyone else experienced this with the new update? I've re-installed the app, restarted my laptop, tried everything I could think of.

 I'm not sure why, but the multicam icon on the Program Monitor is not showing the other cameras, but I am able to see them in the source monitor.  My V1 track is selected/highlighted blue, and I've toggled the video tracks up and down, but still do not see the other cameras available in the Program Monitor no matter what I do.  Can anyone help me with this?  Hello!I have been trying to get access to the Color Primaries before exporting in Premire Pro, but this  is always grey out. I have tried many things but still I can't . I am trying to cuange it to rec 709 . If someone had the same issue or could give me a clue on how to get acces to it please. Thank you very much in advance 🙏

Hi there.  Since updating to 25.2.3, the Toggle Full Screen function has ceased to work. I have tried setting the (control + tilde) function myself in the keyboard shortcuts, but it stil doesn't work.  I'm simply looking to get playback full screen for working with producer.  Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks! 

I just updated the 2025 version. I imported the .srt file and found that the panel for adjusting subtitles in Previous Essential Graphic disappeared. I couldn’t find any settings to change the subtitle font, color, and size in the New " Graphic Template " Panel .Does anyone know where to find it?

Coloco o vídeo na sequência, vou em "Texto" para transcrever (PT-BR), faz todo o processo de carregamento, mas no final aparece "Nenhum diálogo encontrado."Já usei esse recurso várias vezes, mas os arquivos de hoje não estão sendo transcritos e é difícil legendar escrevendo cada palavra individualmente.Estou usando a versão 24.3.0 (Build 59) em Windows 11.  

I keep getting this problem. Text disappears out of a text box and I can't seem to find a consistent way to avoid it.  You can see the 'not here' has goneIf I pull the vector motion left then I can get the whole text - but I don't want it left. SO if I move the text box right to compensate then it disappears again. If I try reducing the font size, and chagning the various scales but that doesn't help. I often seem to have this problem and sometimes I can fix it by just messing around - but I'd like to know what is going to and how to solve it properly please.  ThanksHi - I keep coming up against this problem in various projects. Hello,I have been experiencing issues trying to edit in Premiere Pro, it starts lagging, freezing and it shutting down completly, logging me out of the app, and even sometimes messing with my computer. It has not only been me experencing this, at my school when we use our student accounts for premiere pro the computers start to lag, freeze and the computer starts blinking. I have updated everything and it still does not work. My school and myself has Windows. For my specific problem I have Windows 11 Home version 24H2. Graphics Card: 128MBProcessor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155U (1.70 GHz)Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)This problem hasn't happened on my computer because before hand I put things in the Premiere Pro timeline and it would not lag nor shut off. Now though it is giving me issues, I have version 25.3, would just like some guidance and help on this situation.

I have a task to create a simple animaned diagram with 99% of a circle of one color and 1% of the rest. In the previous Premiere Pro versions there was a Radial wipe effect. So I created an Essential graphics layer with two shapes of different colors in it, then placed the radial effect above both the shapes and animated the effects. Thus I could get a simple clean animation of a circle wiping in, with this small bit of another color appearing later. Moreover the radial wipe effect had a straight 100% scale so I could get whatever per cent I needed in no time. This whole process took me 1-2 minutes.Now I realize that the radial wipe effects is gone. So how do I create radial diagrams now? It's nonsense to go to Ae everytime for such simple things. And the radial wipe transition effects a layer at a time, so I'll have to nest the essential graphics layers created separately. This is not convenient at all.Don't you think this was a silly decision to remove a tool that not only worke

Hey can you tell me how u fixed. I've also tried every, had latest premiere pro on i5 13400f, 32gb ddr5 and RTX 2080s . GPU hit 100% , system becomes laggy and export struck on 33% or 71% 

I'm having trouble exporting my videos in Premiere. Whenever I export it to any kind video file, I can hear it, but the visuals have this bad glitchy look to them. What am I doing wrong?

I have to unsuscribe to Premiere.  I will not run for me anymore.  I have tried everything and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail.  My question: I have the project saved on an external hardrive (as well as internal).  If my film partner creates her own account can she import this project and hopefully finish it on her PC?

Estoy teniendo el mismo problema con premiere pro, tengo un pc con un Intel core ultra 7 265k y una rtx 5080 con 64gb de ram ddr5 y le di a premiere 40gb de ram no se que paso pero de un momento a otro ya no puede exportar ni renderizar desde la 25.4 y santo cielo no me deja de dar problemas normalmente edito en 4k 60fps y grabo con un Samsung s25 ultra lo que pasa es que antes grababa cosas mas complejas llevaban mas mogrt y eran mas largos y exportaba como en 30 minutos y ahora tardo 4 horas en exportarse hasta el 40% se quedo ahi atascado y luego crasheo intente de todo actualize mis drivers borre la cache 7 veces desinstale y volví a instalar premiere pro y nada el problema persiste es un video simple de 8 minutos con 32 segundos no tendría que costar tanto y sin embargo el programa insiste en usar toda mi ram por mas que la limito estoy frustrado llevo varios días queriendo hayar alguna solución  El problema avanza hasta hacer fallar otros programas genuinamente no se qu

Hello. I have been a creative cloud user for over 5 years. I kept the Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 verison from being uninstalled from my computer because I like it better. Now when I launched it today I got an notice from Adobe Genuine Integrity Service saying the app might not be geunine and it'll be disabled in 5 days. I understand that the 2022 version of the Premiere Pro has been discontinued but my version is genuine. I just never unistalled it when I updated the app. Is there anyway to keep my 2022 version from being disabled? 

I shot video using a Sony NXCM HXR-NX3 camera. It plays back perfectly in Windows Media Player. When imported into Adobe Premiere Pro 2025, the audio tracks are nothing but a constant level of static (white noise). I've never had this problem before. It does this in both 2025 and Beta. Attached is a screen shot of my audio hardware settings. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

All videos are with *.mp4 extensions. Is there any video with different extension? like *.bpm, *jpg, *.tif, *.png etc. all are still images with different file extensions.

I'm using motion graphics for titles on interviews I do and I can't seem to figure out how to make the masks longer or shorter based on the name for each interviewee.  Also, I can't figure out how to make the motion graphic title stay on the screen longer than 5 seconds.Thanks! 

Hello, everyone, I would love to ask for help or a tip:I shot vertical video, that is on PC in PrPro interpreted as landscape. Could you provide me with a quick tip, how to elegantly and effortlessly transform it from ladnscape to vertical?I would love to avoid:- in Sequence edits, because I reuse a lot of footage and the time, clicks and "oh I forgot to do it there" add up.- I learned about source effects (lumetri is awesome!) but transform would work only if the footage was a square. Like this it remains 16x9, rotates the picture 90deg to be 9x16, but the "video canvas" is still 19x9.- ingest or proxy - I work with normal mp4 files and adding extra time to wait and chew down the footage is not optimal. Gents and Ladies, thank you very much for any tip or path I can research. This would be a valuable piece of optimization knowhow, that I would be very greatful for. 😊 Take care and stay healthy!

I am having two ongoing issues in PP 25.2.3 specific to the Lumetri Color panel.  The first thing is, when I first open a project and have a clip or adjustment layer selected in my timeline and begin moving sliders on the Lumetri Panel, there is no change to the image. If I deselect that clip and reselect it, all the sliders in Lumetri are reset to zero, i.e. all the changes have not taken place. I then try a second time, and it works as expected.  Second is that the scroll bar on the right of the panel does not work. If I have a larger sub-panel open, such as Creative, I cannot grab the scroll bar to move down to settings below the fold. I have to use the scroll wheel on my mouse. Since I edit with a tablet, this means I have to put my pen down, grab my mouse and use the scroll wheel to scroll up or down within the Lumetri panel. This is exceptionally onerous. I also cannot grab the scroll bar with the mouse, it is ONLY the scroll wheel that works to navigate up or
